2 Zo werkt de ING Corporate Card De ING Corporate Card is een creditcard die u door uw werkgever ter beschikking is gesteld, bedoeld voor uw zakelijke uitgaven. Door het gebruik van deze zakelijke creditcard houden u en uw werkgever eenvoudig overzicht over uw kosten. De voordelen in het kort Gemakkelijk betaalmiddel waarmee u uw zakelijke uitgaven kunt doen Inzicht in en volgen van alle kaarttransacties is 24 uur per dag online mogelijk Veilig gevoel: bij verlies, diefstal of misbruik van uw creditcard neemt ING de eventuele schade voor haar rekening* Wereldwijd geaccepteerd bij 29 miljoen bedrijven en bij geldautomaten Inclusief SafeGuard Support, Insurance en Services voor hulp bij calamiteiten in het buitenland en een reisongevallen-, bagagevertragings- en vluchtvertragingsverzekering. Waar kunt u uw ING Corporate Card gebruiken? Alle zakelijke uitgaven, te bepalen door uw werkgever, kunnen met de ING Corporate Card worden betaald. Bijvoorbeeld vliegtickets, hotelaccommodatie en autohuur. U kunt wereldwijd terecht bij 29 miljoen bedrijven waar u het MasterCard-logo ziet. Bovendien kunt u bij geldautomaten met het Cirrus-logo contant geld** opnemen, evenals bij meer dan bankfilialen die het MasterCard-logo dragen. Uw bedrijf bepaalt of u met uw kaart wel of niet contact geld kunt opnemen. Voor geldopnamen bij geldautomaten moet u wel over de pincode van uw ING Corporate Card beschikken. Maar ook bij betalingen zal de pincode steeds vaker de handtekening vervangen. Wat is uw kaartlimiet? In overleg met uw bedrijf is een kaartlimiet vast gesteld voor uw ING Corporate Card. Dit is het maximaal te besteden bedrag per maand. Uitgaven en geldopnamen met de creditcard worden op de kaartlimiet in mindering gebracht. U vindt de kaartlimiet en bestedingsruimte op uw maandelijkse rekeningoverzicht en op Wilt u uw kaartlimiet wijzigen, neem dan contact op met de programmabeheerder van het ING Corporate Card Programma binnen uw bedrijf. * Mits u uw creditcard zorgvuldig gebruikt. 3 Hoe kunt u uw ING Corporate Card gebruiken? Betalen algemeen U overhandigt uw ING Corporate Card. Nadat u het bedrag heeft gecontroleerd, ondertekent u de transactiebon of u toetst uw pincode in om de betaling te bevestigen U ontvangt een kopie van de transactiebon van de ondernemer. Bewaar deze goed. Steeds meer betaalautomaten kunnen de chip op uw creditcard lezen. Dat betekent dat de pincode steeds vaker de handtekening vervangt. Onthoud daarom uw pincode goed! Veilig betalen via internet U geeft uw kaartnummer op, de vervaldatum van uw kaart en, indien gevraagd, de cvc-code (drie cijfers rechtsboven naast de handtekeningstrip, achter op uw creditcard). Voor nog veiliger betalen via internet kunt u uw ING Corporate Card registreren bij MasterCard SecureCode. U bent voor internetwinkels dan herkenbaar als de rechtmatige eigenaar van de creditcard. Ga voor meer informatie en het registreren naar Geld opnemen bij de bank* Met uw ING Corporate Card kunt u in het buitenland ook geld opnemen bij bankkantoren met het MasterCard-logo. Hierbij zal u worden gevraagd een geldig legitimatiebewijs te laten zien. Kijk voor de kosten van geldopnamen bij een bank op onze website onder terms & conditions. Geld opnemen uit de geldautomaat* U kunt 24 uur per dag bij alle geldautomaten met het Cirrus-logo geld opnemen. Hiervoor heeft u wel de pincode van uw ING Corporate Card nodig. Ook hier geldt dat er kosten verbonden zijn aan opnamen bij geldautomaten. Voor betalingen en geldopnamen in andere valuta dan de euro is een koersopslag over het aankoopbedrag van toepassing. Kijk voor de diverse tarieven op onze website onder terms & conditions. * Het kan zijn dat uw werkgever heeft aangegeven dat u uw ING Corporate Card niet kunt gebruiken voor kasopnamen bij een geldautomaat of bij een bank aan de balie. Kasopname is standaard gezet op maximaal 50% van de kaartlimiet. Wat te doen bij verlies of diefstal van uw ING Corporate Card? Verloren of gestolen creditcards moeten onmiddellijk worden gemeld via telefoonnummer +31 (0) Ons Serviceteam is 24 uur per dag, zeven dagen per week bereikbaar. Wij blokkeren uw ING Corporate Card dan direct en vervangen deze zo snel mogelijk voor u. U moet van verlies of diefstal ook zo snel mogelijk aangifte doen bij de politie. 4 (Online) rekeningoverzicht Maandelijks wordt de rekening opgemaakt en krijgt u een rekeningoverzicht toegestuurd, tenzij er in die maand geen uitgaven zijn gedaan. Daarnaast heeft u 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week online toegang tot uw transacties via ING Corporate Card Online. Ga hiervoor naar en registreer u op deze site. Registreren op ING Corporate Card Online ING Corporate Card Online is een gratis website waar u en uw bedrijf inzicht hebben in de uitgaven van zowel actuele als in het verleden verrichte transacties met uw ING Corporate Card. U kunt al uw transacties overal en altijd via internet bekijken. Voor uw declaratieproces biedt ING Corporate Card Online een efficiënt middel om aan te tonen welke uitgaven met uw ING Corporate Card zijn gedaan. Daarnaast kunt u er controleren of alle transacties correct zijn geboekt. ING Corporate Card Online biedt u vele mogelijkheden Inzicht in uw transacties die in behandeling en/of goedgekeurd zijn Inzicht in al uw rekeningoverzichten van de afgelopen 6 maanden Inzicht in uw actuele kaartlimiet en bestedingsruimte Mogelijkheid om uw transactie-informatie te downloaden. Hoe kan ik ING Corporate Card Online gaan gebruiken? ING Corporate Card Online kan op iedere internetbrowser bekeken worden. Ga naar om u aan te melden. Op het inlogscherm dient u, als nieuwe aanmelder, het nummer van uw ING Corporate Card in te vullen. Vervolgens zal het registratiescherm verschijnen, waar u gevraagd wordt uw persoonlijke gegevens in te vullen. Zodra u geaccepteerd en geregistreerd bent als nieuwe gebruiker, ontvangt u een ter bevestiging, waarin vermeld wordt dat u vanaf nu ING Corporate Card Online 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week kunt gebruiken. Communicatie Alle communicatie tussen u en ING Bank NV zal gevoerd worden in de taal die u heeft aangegeven op het oorspronkelijke aanvraagformulier dwz in het Nederlands, Engels, Frans of Duits. Mocht u van taal willen veranderen, gelieve dit via uw programmabeheerder aan ING kenbaar te maken. Programmabeheerder Uw bedrijf heeft iemand binnen de organisatie benoemd die het ING Corporate Card Programma beheert. Deze programmabeheerder heeft een machtiging gekregen om de kaartaanvragen en -wijzigingen te behandelen en ervoor te tekenen. ING Corporate Card Programma, Handleiding kaarthouders 4

5 Bedrijfsfacturering De uitgaven die u met uw ING Corporate Card gedaan heeft, zullen eenmaal per maand door ING Bank N.V. bij uw bedrijf geïncasseerd worden. Mocht er iets niet kloppen op het maandoverzicht dat u ontvangen hebt, dan dient u onverwijld contact op te nemen met de beheerder van het ING Corporate Card Programma binnen uw bedrijf en met het ING Corporate Card Serviceteam op +31 (0) Privéfacturering De uitgaven die u met uw ING Corporate Card gedaan heeft, zullen ca 28 dagen nadat het maandoverzicht naar u verstuurd is van uw opgegeven privérekening geïncasseerd worden. Mocht u een betaling niet herkennen op het maandoverzicht dat u ontvangen hebt, dan dient u onverwijld contact op te nemen met het ING Corporate Card Serviceteam op +31 (0) Mocht er om wat voor een reden dan ook door ING niet geïncasseerd kunnen worden, dan zult u daarvan door ING op de hoogte gesteld worden en na 2 pogingen ook uw programmabeheerder. Er is een mogelijkheid om alsnog het verschuldigde bedrag over te maken. Elk land heeft daarvoor een apart bankrekeningnummer. Neemt u aub in voorkomend geval contact op met uw programmabeheerder. Hij heeft al die informatie en kan u daarbij helpen. Wij wijzen u erop dat er kosten in rekening gebracht worden als een betaling niet op tijd ontvangen wordt. Wijzigingen Wijzigingen in uw naam, adres, telefoonnummer of adres, in uw kaartlimiet en wel of geen kasopnamen kunt u doorgeven aan uw programmabeheerder. Als er gekozen is voor Privéfacturering dan zult u bij verandering van naam of rekeningnummer opnieuw een incassoformulier moeten invullen. Ook daarvoor kunt u terecht bij uw programmabeheerder. Betreft het wijzigingen inzake een nieuwe pincode of een niet functionerende kaart of hebt u vragen over het gebruik van ING Corporate Card Online, dan kunt u rechtstreeks contact opnemen met ons Serviceteam op +31 (0) Duur/einde van kaartgebruik Er is geen minimum duur voor gebruik van uw kaart. Wilt u er geen gebruik meer van maken, dan graag uw programmabeheerder hiervan op de hoogte stellen. Zodra de melding via hem binnen is zal ING de kaart de-activeren. 6 SafeGuard Inter Partner Assistance S.A. biedt een pakket aan diensten aan kaarthouders. Deze dienstverlening wordt onder de namen SafeGuard Support, SafeGuard Insurance en SafeGuard Services aangeboden. Het serviceteam van SafeGuard is 24 uur per dag en 7 dagen in de week bereikbaar via +31 (0) Wat biedt SafeGuard Insurance? Reisongevallenverzekering Elke ING Corporate Card-houder is verzekerd tegen het risico van overlijden of invaliditeit als gevolg van een ongeval met een openbaar vervoermiddel, mits de kosten van vervoer betaald zijn met de ING Corporate Card. De dekking bedraagt maximaal Vluchtvertragingsverzekering Is uw vlucht, betaald met uw ING Corporate Card, meer dan 4 uur vertraagd, dan kunt u recht hebben op een tegemoetkoming van 140. Bagagevertragingsverzekering Als uw bagage meer dan 4 uur te laat arriveert, kan deze verzekering de noodzakelijke aankopen van toiletspullen en dergelijke dekken tot 140. Is uw bagage na 48 uur nog niet aangekomen, dan kan de verzekering nog eens 410 uitkeren. Als u een schade wilt claimen, neem dan contact op met het Safeguard serviceteam op +31 (0) Wat biedt SafeGuard Support? SafeGuard Support kan assistentie bij ziekenhuis opname, problemen van organisatorische aard en juridische bijstand aanbieden. Bel hiervoor met het SafeGuard serviceteam op +31 (0) Medische hulp SafeGuard Support kan in noodgevallen voor ziekenhuisopname en/of repatriëring zorgen, evenals voor een geldvoorschot van maximaal waar nodig. Daarnaast kunnen de eventuele reis- en verblijfkosten van bijvoorbeeld een familielid bij een buitenlandse ziekenhuisopname van de kaarthouder worden vergoed. Organisatorische hulp SafeGuard Support kan hulp en advies bieden, bijvoorbeeld in geval van beroving, plotselinge ziekenhuisopname of vermissing. 7 Juridische bijstand Buiten Nederland kan SafeGuard Support de juridische verdediging verzorgen en betalen in het geval dat de kaarthouder als particulier in zijn rechten wordt aangesproken, tot een bedrag van Daarboven kan SafeGuard Support een voorschot in contanten tot maximaal voor verschuldigde proceskosten en dergelijke verstrekken. Wat biedt SafeGuard Services? SafeGuard Services is een pakket van gratis diensten, zoals de mogelijkheid om concerten, theatervoorstellingen, restaurants en hotels gratis te reserveren en bijvoorbeeld ook een tolk-/vertaalservice, travel service en autoverhuur. 10 Your ING Corporate Card The ING Corporate Card is a card provided to you by your employer and is intended for your business expenditure. This enables you and your employer to easily keep track of your expenses. Your benefits Easy means of payment for your business expenditure Insight into and monitoring of all card expenditure available online 24 hours a day Secure: you are covered against fraud or misuse of your card* Accepted all over the world at 29 million outlets and at 550,000 ATMs with a PIN Includes free SafeGuard Support, Insurance and Services in the case of accident, luggage delay and flight delay insurance. Where can you use your ING Corporate Card? All business expenses, as specified by your employer, can be settled with the card. For example airline tickets, hotel accommodation and car hire. You can use it at 29 million businesses worldwide where you see the MasterCard logo. You can also obtain cash advances at 360,000 bank branches worldwide (where you see the MasterCard logo) and you can withdraw ** money from 550,000 ATMs (where you see the Cirrus logo). However, your employer decides if you may or may not withdraw cash. You must have the PIN in order to withdraw cash from ATMs. With payments it is also becoming more and more common to use the PIN rather than the signature. What is your card limit? Your company has set the card limit of your ING Corporate Card. This is the maximum amount that can be spent per month. Expenditure and cash advances are set against the card limit. 11 How can you use your card? General purchases You present your ING Corporate Card to the merchant. Once you have checked the amount, sign the sales slip or enter your PIN to confirm the payment. The merchant gives you a copy of the sales slip, which you should retain. Many more merchants will have equipment at the point of sale that can read the chip on your card. This means that the PIN will gradually replace the signature. Therefore, it is important to remember your PIN. Secure payment over the Internet You provide your card number, the expiry date of your card and if requested, the cvc code (three digits on the far right hand side of the signature strip on the back of your card) SecureCode is an initiative from MasterCard and provides extra security when making online purchases from participating Internet retailers. You can find more information about MasterCard SecureCode at Obtaining cash advances at a bank* You can also use your ING Corporate Card to obtain a cash advance at any bank branch around the world where you see the MasterCard logo. You will be asked to provide a valid form of identity. Please look for the tariffs for withdrawing cash over the counter on our website under terms & conditions. Withdrawing cash from an ATM* You can obtain a cash advance from any ATM displaying the Cirrus logo 24 hours a day. You will need the PIN for your ING Corporate Card (the PIN is sent to you automatically). The fee for withdrawing cash from an ATM can be found on our website under terms & conditions. For payments and cash advances in currencies other than the billing currency, an exchange rate surcharge of the purchase sum will apply. 12 What to do if your credit card is lost or stolen Lost or stolen ING Corporate Cards must be reported immediately by telephone, please call + 31 (0) This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We will then block your card and replace the card for you. You must also report the loss or theft to the police as soon as possible. (Online) account statement The account statement is sent to you on a monthly basis, although only if payments have been made in a particular month. Register at ING Corporate Card Online ING Corporate Card Online is a free website where you and your company can review both current and past card transactions. You can view all your transactions at any time and from anywhere in the world. ING Corporate Card Online offers an efficient tool for making expense claims by showing what expenditure has been made using your ING Corporate Card. You can also use it to check that all transactions have been recorded correctly. ING Corporate Card Online offers you many facilities View your card transactions which have been posted to your account as well as pending authorisations; View your account statements for the past 6 months; View your current spending limit and available amount; Option of downloading your transaction information. How do I start using ING Corporate Card Online? ING Corporate Card Online works on any web browser. Go to to register. As a new user, you need to enter your ING Corporate Card number on the log-in screen. The registration screen will then appear, where you will be asked to enter your personal details. As soon as you have been accepted and registered as a new user, you will receive an for confirmation. From that moment on you have 24/7 online access. Communication ING Bank N.V. will be communicating in the language that has been chosen in the application form i.e. in Dutch, English, French or German. Should you wish a change in language, please ask your Programme Administrator to apply for it. Programme Administrator Your company has appointed someone within the organisation who will manage the ING Corporate Card Programme. The Programme Administrator has received a mandate to manage the programme, to apply and to sign for cards, and to request various changes. 13 Corporate Pay The expenses paid with your ING Corporate Card will be debited monthly to your company. Your company and yourself will receive a statement of the expenses every month. Should there be something incorrect on the statement you received, you should immediately take up contact with your Programme Administrator and with the ING Corporate Card Service Team at +31 (0) Individual Pay The expenses paid with your ING Corporate Card will be debited to your private account around 28 days after sending the monthly statement. Should there be something on your statement that you do not recognise, please contact the ING Corporate Card Service Team immediately at +31 (0) ING will inform you if, for whatever reason, it is not possible to debit your private account. When the 2nd attempt also fails, ING will inform your Programme Administrator as well. There is then a possibility to pay by wire. Please note however that each country has a different account number. Your Programme Administrator can assist you with this and any other information you may require. Please note that if payment is received after the due date a late payment fee will be applied to your ING Corporate Card account. Changes If you need to change information such as your name, address, telephone number or address, your card limit or cash withdrawal please notify your Programme Administrator. If you have an Individual Pay card and you want to change your bank account number or your name, a new direct debit form should be completed. Please also contact your Programme Administrator. Should the change concern a new PIN code or a replacement card, or if you have questions on the use of ING Corporate Card Online, then please contact the ING Corporate Card Service Team directly at +31 (0) Duration/ending of card use There is no minimum time limit for using your card. Should you no longer wish to make use of your card, please inform your Programme Administrator. We will deactivate the card as soon as we are notified. 14 What does SafeGuard Insurance offer? Travel accident insurance Every ING Corporate Card cardholder is insured against death or disability as a result of an accident whilst travelling on public transport or hired car, provided that the cost of travel was paid with the ING Corporate Card. The maximum cover is 113,450. Flight delay insurance The inconvenience of a delayed flight is offset if you paid with the ING Corporate Card. If your flight is delayed more than 4 hours, you may be entitled to claim 140. Luggage delay insurance If your luggage arrives more than 4 hours late, this insurance can cover the necessary purchases of toiletries etc. up to 140. If your luggage has still not arrived after 48 hours, the insurance can pay out another 410. If you wish to make a claim, please contact the SafeGuard service team on + 31 (0) What does SafeGuard Support offer? SafeGuard Support offers you assistance with hospital admittance, organised help and legal aid. Call the Safeguard service team on +31 (0) Medical help In the case of an emergency SafeGuard can make the arrangements for hospital admittance or repatriation. If necessary, SafeGuard Support may provide a cash advance up to a maximum of 4,600. If you have to be admitted to a foreign hospital, you may receive compensation for the additional travel and accommodation expenses incurred. Organised help SafeGuard Support can provide help and advice in the case of theft, unexpected admittance to a hospital or if the cardholder goes missing. Legal aid Outside the Netherlands, SafeGuard can provide and pay for legal counselling if the card holder is held personally responsible for certain costs, up to a maximum of 1,400. If the costs exceed this amount, SafeGuard Support may provide a cash advance up to a maximum of 5,000 to cover legal costs. What does SafeGuard Services offer? SafeGuard Services is a package of free services that offer you the possibility to make reservations for concerts, theatres, hotels and restaurants.
