3 De technische referentieprijs zal gelijk zijn aan de uitgifteprijs. Volledigheidshalve wordt er op gewezen dat de technische referentieprijs zal worden gebruikt om de zogenaamde handelslimieten (ook wel bekend als "collars") vast te stellen voor de opening van de handel op 02/07/2015. De technische referentieprijs heeft geen effect op de prijs waartegen het instrument zal worden verhandeld. De initiële handelslimieten ("collars") zullen worden gesteld op basis van de referentieprijs met gebruikmaking van een percentage plus / minus 20%. Na opening zullen de handelslimieten worden aangepast overeenkomstig de regels die van toepassing zijn op de relevante handelsgroep. Deze mededeling en haar inhoud zijn louter informatief teneinde te zorgen voor een goede, ordelijke en efficiënte werking van de markt en vormt geen beleggingsadvies.
