Réglement-Livraison : les actions DELTA LLOYD sont représentées par un certificat global déposé auprès d'euroclear Nederland et les opérations seront liquidées via le système d'euroclear Nederland. Diffusion de l'information : l'obligation de publier un prospectus ne s'applique pas à l'admission aux négociations des actions de la société DELTA LLOYD puisque ces dernières sont déjà admises aux négociations sur le marché réglementé de NYSE Euronext Amsterdam ("Marché de Référence") depuis plus de dix-huit mois. LOCATION: Brussels NOTICE: BRX_ _00058_EUR DATE: 21/01/2013 MARKET: NYSE EURONEXT BRUSSELS I - OPNAME VAN AANDELEN DOOR RECHTSTREEKSE TOELATING Overeenkomstig Hoofdstuk 6 van Boek I van de Euronext Brussels marktregels heeft Euronext Brussels N.V./S.A. beslist om de bestaande aandelen, die deel uitmaken van het kapitaal van de vennootschap DELTA LLOYD op de gereglementeerde markt NYSE Euronext Brussels op te nemen. Levering - Betaling : de aandelen DELTA LLOYD worden vertegenwoordigd door een globaal certificaat gedeponeerd bij Euroclear Nederland en alle verrichtingen zullen dus verreffend worden via de systemen van Euroclear Nederland. Informatie met betrekking tot de listing : de verplichting tot publicatie van een prospectus is niet van toepassing voor de toelating van de aandelen van de vennootschap DELTA LLOYD tot de notering vermits deze reeds toegelaten zijn tot de notering op de gereglementeerde markt NYSE Euronext Amsterdam (Referentiemarkt) sinds meer dan achttien maanden. LOCATION: Brussels NOTICE: BRX_ _00058_EUR DATE: 21/01/2013 MARKET: NYSE EURONEXT BRUSSELS I - LISTING OF SHARES BY DIRECT LISTING Pursuant to Chapter 6 of Rule Book I of the market rules of Euronext Brussels, Euronext Brussels S.A./ N.V. has decided the admission to listing and trading on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext Brussels of 176,770,871 existing shares representing the outstanding capital of DELTA LLOYD. Settlement-Delivery : DELTA LLOYD shares are represented by a global certificate deposited with Euroclear Nederland and therefore all transactions will be settled through the systems of Euroclear Nederland. Information released in connection with the present listing of shares: an approved prospectus in relation to the admission of the DELTA LLOYD shares is not required as those shares are already admitted to listing and trading on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext Amsterdam ("Market of Reference") since more than eighteen months.
