Betekent een ehealth IC nu dat alles direct zichtbaar is voor de huisarts of andere zorgverstrekkers? NEEN (enkel) deling:gebruik in kader van continuiteit van de zorg Nog niet elke bron deelt alles of kan alles reeds delen wat hiervoor nuttig is (bv pacs en ) Patiënt kan steeds aan een behandelende zorgverstrekker vragen om bepaalde contacten of resultaten te verbergen (in webportaal CoZo) Als je als patiënt een zorgverstrekker excludeerde op ehealth site, dan kan deze aan niets van deze patiënt, zelfs bij therapeutische relatie 14
Heb je dan als patient via ehealth een volledig beeld op je dossier zoals via wettelijk voorziene inzage? Neen Lang niet elke bron ondersteunt rol patient, ook interhub nog niet ok Elke bron kan op basis van rol filteren (bv rol patiënt in UZ = geen voorlopige brieven of sommige resultaten niet etc) ehealth restrictiever dan patiëntenrechten (bv. scope, volledigheid, directe stop na overlijden, ) Modaliteiten voor patiënt via CoZo : >> onbekend nog bij publiek & artsen. ± 500 resultaten /maand effectief door patiënt opgevraagd Rechten uit wet patientenrechten blijven uiteraard: los van ehealth bv via ombudsdienst ganse dossier opvraagbaar (papier/pdf) bij elke arts/instelling 15
