Judge of the situation Pay attention to: personal danger What happened, what are the injuries Try to calm the victim 2. Alarm Take care of (extra) professional help via 2525 (2nd fi rst-aid man, ambulance) 3. Provide medical attention/fi rst-aid to the victim 4.
