Een lege configuratiepoort komt overeen met een nul. In het systeem zijn twee belangrijke verschillen in adressering, enerzijds de deurstations, anderzijds de binnenposten. De deurstations worden genummerd (van 0 tot 96) op P, terwijl de binnenposten genummerd zijn (van 0 tot 99) op.
