1 Security White Paper The CRM Warehouse implementeert en integreert een nauwkeurige selectie van best-of-breed cloud applicaties die uw bedrijf productiviteit, flexibiliteit en veiligheid garanderen. Dit wordt bereikt door uitsluitend met toonaangevende leveranciers te werken op wereldniveau. Hieronder lichten we toe waarom u verzekerd kan zijn van gemoedsrust wat betreft uw ITinfrastructuur en uw data. Best-of-Breed betekent dat we binnen elke bedrijfstoepassing (web, crm, erp, , ) uitsluitend werken met toonaangevende spelers op wereldniveau. Integratie betekent dat we deze applicaties met elkaar laten communiceren. Het resultaat is een uniek eco-systeem op maat van uw bedrijf, dit met gegarandeerde continuiteit. 2 Server Level Dit is het hoogste niveau en bepaalt waar en in welk datacenter uw applicaties en data worden bewaard. Hieronder vindt u een overzicht: Elk van de door ons voorgestelde leveranciers maakt gebruik van de meest geavanceerde en beveiligde datacenters. We verwijzen hierbij naar de Security White Papers van de respectievelijke vendors, beschikbaar op onze website. In principe kunnen enkel externe factoren, zoals natuurrampen of terrorisme, hier voor onveiligheid zorgen. Om ook deze extreme omstandigheden te voorkomen zijn er twee bijkomende backup services mogelijk: 1. Backup van Office365, Box en Exact naar uw Virtual Private Server bij Dimension Data 2. Backup van uw Virtual Private Server naar een lokaal medium naar keuze Grafisch kunnen we dit als volgt voorstellen: Indien u opteert voor lokale opslag van de verschillende cloud diensten geniet u van de hoogst mogelijke beveiliging voor bedrijfsdata.

3 Device Level Een device is een toestel waarmee u uw data en applicaties benadert: een desktop computer, een laptop, een tablet of een smartphone. Elk door ons geleverd en beheerde desktop of laptop kunnen we op afstand volledig blokkeren en onbruikbaar maken. Op elk toestel installeren we Microsoft Intune en Windows Enterprise. Hierdoor verkrijgt u een bitlock beveiliging die elk ongeloorloofd gebruik onmogelijk maakt in geval van diefstal of verlies. Voor tablets en smartphones hangt deze mogelijkheid af van het gekozen merk en besturingssysteem. Application Level Elk van de door ons geleverde cloud applicaties voorziet de mogelijkheid om onmiddellijk de toegang te verhinderen aan één of meerdere gebruikers. In geval van vertrek van een medewerker, diefstal of verlies wordt onmiddellijk de toegang geblokkeerd. Conclusie Omwille van een doordachte combinatie van veiligheidsfactoren bent u maximaal ingedekt tegen elk soort van risico: 1. Extreem beveiligde datacenters 2. Geografische spreading 3. 4 Market Trends IT wordt servicemarkt Uit recent onderzoek van Gartner blijkt dat de uitgaven aan public cloud services tot 2016 wereldwijd met bijna 18% zullen groeien, waarbij Infrastructure-as-Service (IaaS) en Platform-asa-Service (PaaS) veruit het grootste deel voor hun rekening zullen nemen. IT wordt dus een servicemarkt. Daar is ook Piet van Vugt, ceo van de Nederlandse IT-dienstverlener Nobel van overtuigd. De markt voor IaaS groeit enorm en dat zal de adoptie van cloudcomputing de komende jaren fors versnellen, stelt hij. Bedrijven moeten hun IT-strategie daaraan aanpassen. De grootste uitdaging voor de meeste ondernemingen ligt in het integreren van hun ERP- en CRM-systemen in de cloud. Pas dan is hun infrastructuur klaar voor de toekomst.
