3 UNIEKE TEAMKLEDING NAAR EIGEN ONTWERP De CRAFT Bike en Track & Field producten kunnen op maat worden gemaakt in de kleuren naar keuze en voorzien van de logo s die u wenst. Graag nodigt MYOD (Make Your Own Design) u uit om in gesprek te gaan om de vele mogelijkheden te bespreken. De uitdaging voor MYOD is het vinden van de juiste combinatie van technologisch hoogwaardige producten, de mogelijkheden in het design en de wensen van u als klant. De Bike en Track & Field producten hebben dezelfde hoge kwaliteit als de reguliere CRAFT collectie. Enkele van de uitstekende kenmerken zijn optimale vochtafvoer, bewegingsvrijheid en een perfecte pasvorm. ONTWERPFASE: In de eerste fase vragen wij u aan te geven in welke artikelen u geïnteresseerd bent en kunnen wij samen met u de aanvraag specificeren. Het ontwerp kan op verschillende manieren tot stand komen: U levert zelf een ontwerp aan op basis van de beschikbare digitale schetsen, eventueel met advies en ondersteuning van ons. Wij maken voor u een definitieve ontwerp ter goedkeuring. Dit gebeurt op basis van een volledige intake. Uw schetsen en/ of logo s ontvangen wij graag in EPS/ vector formaat samen met de kleurnummers en/of Pantone PMS nummers, die van toepassing zijn. Hierna controleren wij het ontwerp op technische mogelijkheden. tussen 3-4 werkdagen. Na uw goedkeuring op deze nesttekeningen/ patronen wordt de productie ingepland en dit neemt circa 7-9 weken in beslag. Een sample ter goedkeuring behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Info over levertijden en kosten staan op pagina135. KLEUREN: BIKE & T&F: alle printbare delen kunnen in de gewenste PMS kleur. BIKE: voor niet printbare delen is keuze mogelijk uit de CRAFT kleurenkaart (zie pagina 129). Sommige delen kunnen alleen in zwart of wit. T&F: de meeste delen zijn volledig sublimeerbaar. SAMPLE EN/OF PRODUCTIEFASE: Zodra deze schets(en) door u is (zijn) goedgekeurd worden de patronen door de leverancier uitgewerkt middels een nesttekening. Hierop staan de maatbogen ingetekend en is tevens te zien hoe de logo s op de artikelen geplaatst worden. Deze tekeningen ontvangt u doorgaans CRAFT EN MYOD STAAN VOOR EEN STERK DESIGN. 3

Fabric: 100% Polyester INFO MYOD Bestelhoeveelheid In de regel zijn bestellingen vanaf 25 stuks per artikel. U heeft dan goede voorwaarden en begeleiding bij de opmaak van uw designs. Een minimum bestelhoeveelheid per artikel(nummer) van 10 stuks of zelfs lager is eveneens mogelijk. Hierbij zijn de volgende voorwaarden van toepassing: op basis van combinatie orders, d.w.z. meerdere artikelen per bestelling) bestelling van 5-9 stuks per artikel een toeslag van 25% bestelling van 3-4 stuks per artikel een toeslag van 60% bestelling van 1-2 stuks per artikel een toeslag van 100%. Indien de order is ingegeven, kunnen aantallen, maten en design niet meer gewijzigd worden. Eenmalige opstartkosten per order Per order zijn opstartkosten van toepassing. Voor nabestellingen binnen 3 maanden worden niet opnieuw kosten doorbelast, indien het artikel, design en kleuren exact hetzelfde zijn als uw eerdere order. Extra mogelijkheden Tegen meerkosten kunt u een keuze maken voor; het verloop van uw logo per maat-artikel (uw logo blijft in verhouding) individuele namen en/of nummers per artikel. Monsters Goedkeuring wordt op de digitale proof gegeven. Het is mogelijk om voor productie een monster te maken. Hieraan zijn extra kosten verbonden en is uiteindelijk van invloed op de levertijd. Levertijd en transport Na ingave order wordt er binnen circa 2 weken een digitale proof (nesttekening) gemaakt door productie. Na goedkeuring van deze digitale proof is de doorlooptijd circa 8 weken. Nabestelling U kunt gemakkelijk nabestellen op basis van de volgende voorwaarden: nabestelling (re-order) kan voor hetzelfde product als uw eerdere order (zelfde artikel, design en kleuren) uw prijzen voor een nabestelling zullen hetzelfde zijn als uw eerdere order, mits de nabestelling plaatsvindt binnen 3 maanden (gerekend vanaf bestelling) voor nabestellingen binnen 3 maanden zullen geen opstartkosten in rekening worden gebracht de minimum bestelhoeveelheid voor nabestellingen per artikel(nummer) bedraagt 10 stuks. Dit mag door de maten heen zijn. 21
