4 Technische fiche Geluidsscherm - Aluminium uitvoering VNB ALU Van Eycken Noise Barrier Aluminium is een absorberend en sterk isolerend geluidsscherm bestaande uit een 3Dmicrogeperforeerde aluminium voorplaat, een kunststof kern (PET en polyester) en een stalen rugplaat. Alle componenten worden in een aluminium frame geassembleerd. Akoestische eigenschappen Voor de geluidsabsorptie gebruikt VNB ALU een innovatief en duurzaam alternatief, de absorptie wordt bewerkstelligd door 3Dmicroperforaties in de frontplaat. De microperforaties vertonen geen akoestisch verval in de tijd. De akoestische prestaties zorgen ervoor dat het invallend verkeerslawaai wordt geabsorbeerd en de geluidstransmissie door de wand beperkt is. Akoestische duurzaamheid De 3Dmicroperforaties zijn self-cleaning door een intern jet-effect. Bovendien wordt het oppervlak van het frontpaneel optioneel behandeld met een anti-graffiti en hydrofobe coating. Deze dubbele zelfreinigende werking bevordert de akoestische duurzaamheid. Mechanische duurzaamheid Duurzame,UV-,weersbestendige en recycleerbare materialen worden ingezet voor alle componenten. Zo werd voor de rugplaat Magnelis staal gekozen vanwege de hogere corrosieweerstand en de herstellende eigenschappen in geval van krassen. De andere componenten zijn behandeld aluminium en uiterst duurzame kunststof. Het alu frame en montagesysteem laat afzonderlijke uitzettingen toe, waardoor akoestisch verval kan vermeden worden. Brandwerende kenmerken De gesloten aluminium cassettes zijn uiterst brandveilig,de kunststof kern is sterk vlam vertragend volgens de norm DIN4102 (analoog EN ) klasse B1, wat overeenstemt met de hoogste klasse voor brandbare materialen. Montage De systeemeigen klemmechanismen kunnen de panelen zowel tussen als voorliggend aan structuren bevestigen. Door deskundige montage worden lekken vermeden en kunnen de akoestische performanties gewaarborgd worden. De maximale afmetingen van één paneel bedragen: 6 m (L) x 1 m (H) x 70 mm (D). 8 Data sheet Sound barrier - Aluminium VNB ALU Van Eycken Noise Barrier Aluminum is a noise absorbing barrier with high noise insulation properties, consisting of a 3Dmicroperforated aluminum frontsheet, a synthetic core (PET and Polyester ) and a steel backing plate. All components are assembled in an aluminium frame. Acoustic properties For the sound absorption VNB ALU uses an innovative and durable technology, the absorption is achieved by 3Dmicroperforations in the frontsheet. These microperforations have no acoustic decay. The acoustic performance absorbs incomming noise produced by traffic and it limits the transmission of noise. Acoustic durability These 3Dmicroperforations are self-cleaning because of the internal jet-effect. Additionally the surface of the frontsheet can be coated with an anti-graffiti and hydrophobic coating. This double self-cleaning property improves the acoustic durability. Mechanical durability Durable, UV-,weather resistant and recyclable materials are used for all components. For example the backing plate uses Magnelis steel because of the higher corrosion resistance and self-regenerating properties in case of scratches. The other components are treated aluminum and durable synthetics. The alu frame and placement system permits expansion of all components seperately, which avoids acoustic decay. Fire resistant properties The closed panel (aluminium and steel) is fireproof, the synthetic core (interior) is highly flame retardant according to the standard DIN4102 (analogous EN ) class B1, which is the highest class for flammable materials. Placement Using the proprietary mounting mechanism the panels can be placed in between and in front of structures. By professional placement leaks are avoided and the acoustic performance can be guaranteed. The maximum length of one panel is: 6 m (L) x 1 m (H) x 70 mm (D).
