23 VERKORTE VEILINGVOORWAARDEN CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS Boven s Veiling veilt als vertegenwoordiger van de verkoper en is niet verplicht de naam van deze bekend te maken De koper is degene die het bod uitbrengt dat als hoogste is aanvaard De veilingkosten, opgeld, is de door de koper verschuldigde toeslag, zijnde 20% excl. btw van de hamerprijs De hamerprijs is het hoogste bedrag dat voor een kavel is aanvaard DE KOPER a De koper is degene die het bod uitbrengt dat als hoogste bod is aanvaard. Op dat moment komt de koopovereenkomst tot stand b Iedere aspirantkoper wordt geacht in eigen naam en voor eigen rekening te bieden, tenzij de aspirantkoper voor de veiling aan de veilinghouder meedeelt voor welke opdrachtgever hij/zij handelt c een ieder die ter veiling biedingen wil uitbrengen dient zich voor de veiling te registreren door een registratieformulier in te vullen. Hierop wordt een biednummer uitgegeven d de koper verklaart met het aanvragen van een biednummer bekend te zijn met de staat en conditie van de lots in veiling OPGELD De koper is aan Boven s Veiling een opgeld verschuldigd van 23,8% incl. btw van de hamerprijs BETALING De koper dient terstond na veiling de koopprijs te voldoen, bij gebreke waarvan hij in verzuim is Betalingen kunnen kontant of per pinautomaat gedaan worden Paypal wordt geaccepteerd, hiervoor wordt 3,4% van het totaalbedrag in rekening gebracht AFGIFTE EN RISICO VAN DE KAVEL Eerst na volledige betaling van de koopsom, veilingkosten en btw wordt de kavel afgegeven.
