7 Dear member, General Slide 7 I m pleased to send you the annual report 2012/. In this report and in the annual all member meeting we will inform you about our activities for the upcoming year, show and discuss our financial status, and give you the opportunity to raise questions or provide suggestions on how we can further improve our services to our members There has been an important change in our team. As Arno Kolen left ASML to start his own company, we had to look for another Financial Officer. Fortunately, we found Dorian Boef willing to take over the responsibility. This is on top of her activities as event organizer, for which we are doubly grateful. The Financial status of our organization is healthier than ever before. In the past year we set up active monitoring tools for the collection of invoices we sent out to our members, and we now have a closed feedback loop for the lesson invoices we receive from Burggolf. Please help us to stay financially healthy by paying your invoices on time, especially when ordering lessons. As of end of 2012, ASML corporate communications has initiated a Sports Platform (link) in which also The Blue Marker participates. Objective for ASML is to offer a diversity of extracurricular sports activities to her employees. Apart from the publicity to a broader audience, The blue marker is now also receiving additional sponsorship for our introductory courses for new members, and for our events. This has lead to an all-time high for PAR lesson subscriptions. We hope this positive trend will continue in the future. Key in our organization remains Golf, and we have had yet another successful year in that area. The Big Events 2012 and with ~50 participants per event have given us great golf days and nice weather early in the season. Also the summer evening competition had another exciting final with Yvette Doesburg as the new rising star to take the trophy. As always, we continue to look for ways to provide more golf fun. Zomer competitie geslaagd. Jeroen Bastiaanse heeft wegens omstandigheden het penningmeesterschap a.i. overgedragen aan Arno Kolen De webmaster Bart van der Steen is voor langdurige tijd als ITA naar Korea en zijn rol wordt overgenomen door Robbert de Kort Het verduidelijkt om KPI bij general te hebben staan (o.a. aantal leden) 4 Goedkeuring jaarverslag 2010 De notulen van het jaarverslag 2010 zijn unaniem goedgekeurd

10 Minutes of Meeting All Members Meeting of 3 5 Financieel jaarverslag Actie vereist op openstaande betalingen leden t.b.v. solvabiliteit vereniging. Gezien het moeizame achterhalen van achterstallige debiteuren willen we automatische incasso invoeren. Huidige aging van debiteuren is 545,- (debet) Voorstel voor royering is een soort stappenplan: o Eerst aanschrijven en alsnog proberen te innen o Vervolgens op non actief zetten (niet mee mogen doen aan events e.d.) o Daarna royeren Het financiële systeem is overgezet naar Davilex wat overzichtelijke views kan genereren Nieuwe kas controleur nodig voor 2012 Het financieel jaarverslag wordt unaniem goedgekeurd. Slide 10 6 Jaarverslag Lessen Gendersteyn blijft home course 2012 Les principe wordt voortgezet. Gendersteyn wil medio Juli ~oktober nieuw GVB systeem uitrollen (54 hcp). GCTBM zal hierin volgen. 7 Jaarverslag Events Big Event 2010 was een mooie golf dag bij de Efteling, opkomst 54 personen. Big Event 2011 was een mooie dag, na een regenachtige week (!), bij Flanders Nippon in Hasselt (België) met een opkomst van 46 personen. Zomer competitie had een opkomst van 27 deelnemers.

35 Summer Competition 2012 Last year we did welcome 23 players for the summer evening competition. This year Yvette Doesburg succeeded Frank Bornebroek (winner of 2011) by winning the trophy. 38 Members Administration update We grew from 134 members per to 147 per New members in members left the Gctbm. Most left ASML or returned home looks promising with 59 new members already (193 members in total) Members wanting to leave the GCTBM have till mid-november to acknowledge the administration so we can take care before sending out the new invoices for Slide 38 Distribution lists DL-members-GCTBM to reach all members DL-Golf-Club-The-Blue-Marker for the administration

39 Wild Card Plan - Intro Our mission as laid down by statute Slide 39 Make golf (easily) accessible to employees of ASML and herewith encourage the contacts between ASML employees, all in the widest sense of the word. By the following means Lessons Organizing competitions and events Endeavor to provide discount on green fees for courses in our region The first two objectives are well under way For the third objective, we have the following plan:

In this way we give our members the possibility to play more golf to a very attractive green fee price. We had three different scenarios worked out 1.Wildcard for participating members only 2.Wildcard with 25% free for Sale 3.Wildcards without btw, paid by ASML All calculations without ASML sponsoring

You get 26 & 10 Green fees, weekdays : 1 every 2 weeks & weekend : 1 every +/- 5 weeks. 60 participants, 6 Wildcards, fee 290 a person. You get 26 & 10 Green fees, weekdays : 1 every 2 weeks & weekend : 1 every +/- 5 weeks. 80 participants, 10 Wildcards, fee 285 a person. You get 32 & 13 Green fees, weekdays : 1 every 1.5 weeks & weekend : 1 every +/- 4 weeks.

42 Wildcard with 25% free for Sale explanation Slide 42 In the below examples we have committed 75% of all available green fees to the GCTBM WCP participants, the other 25% will be available for sale to all golfing ASML employees including the GCTBM members who do not participate in the Wild card concept. The selling price for the 25% green fees will be 15 euro for a weekday and 20 euro for a weekend. The income from the sales can be used for sponsoring the Wildcards for the next year which than will result in a lower fee.
