1 Financial yearly report YES-DC 2011 General meeting of members, February 22 rd 2012 Summary The equity of YES-DC on 2 nd February 2011 was 5.207,57 and we budgeted a difference of about 12,50 less in In reality 1.046,46 more was collected, which includes sponsorship of 1.000,00 from kwh people. Therefore the amount of money YES-DC has available at 1 st February 2012 is 6.666,26. Of our current equity, 1.400,00 is reserved for the organization of the congress in ,26 is directly available on our bank account. We have collected 503,76 more contribution than budgeted; the total amount of contribution collected was therefore 5.303,75. The automatic payments via the direct debit remain a good tool for maintaining high income from membership fees. Additionally, YES-DC gained around 50 members in The contribution income in 2012 and is budgeted at 5.250,00. This is a pessimistic estimation as the indications are that membership is still growing steadily. In 2011, it was decided by the board to introduce a sponsorship by YES-DC to board members wishing to participate in courses in support of their professional development. The Herman Wijffels Masterclass course was taken by two board members in 2011, and reports of their experiences and insights will be presented to the members. The administration costs have been somewhat higher than previous years, mainly because more travel costs were declared than was seen in the past. At some point the budget for travel costs was used up and from that moment on travel costs were split amongst the board members.

De DEO-dag stond in het verleden niet op de begroting, omdat de DEO org haar eigen financiering en boekhouding verzorgde. Vanaf 2011 wordt er 400,- per jaar gereserveerd voor de DEO-dag. Aanvullend bugdet zal door de DEO org zelf verzorgd worden.
