2 Release notes Q release This release is a smaller release due to the GDPR release that was in between Q and Q release. Please note that if you want to make use of the acceptance environment for the extensions, contact your Nextmoves contact person or raise a ticket in JIRA.

4 Verzuim & Poortwachter Release Q Deze release bevat de volgende wijzigingen: 1. Aanpassingen in Verzuimrapportage. 2. Notificatie bij afronden taak door andere rol. 3. Doorklikken vanuit PW monitor. 4. Bugfixing. Note: This part is in Dutch because of the Dutch market this relates to.

5 Verzuim & Poortwachter Aanpassingen in Verzuimrapportage * In het rapport Verzuimpercentage per Maand is de weergave van de staafdiagram omgedraaid waardoor de kortste duur onderop wordt weergegeven en de langste duur bovenop. * Het is nu mogelijk om filterwaardes op te geven in de tabellen. Hierdoor kan, op het scherm, het resultaat verder gespecificeerd worden. Voor meer opties kan het rapport altijd gedownload worden naar Excel.

6 Verzuim & Poortwachter Notificatie bij afronden taak door andere rol Het is vanaf nu mogelijk* om een mailnotificatie te versturen naar de actiehouder van een poortwachtertaak, als deze door andere rol dan de actiehouden afgerond wordt. *dit dient aangezet te worden onder Basis instellingen

7 Verzuim & Poortwachter Doorklikken vanuit PW monitor Vanuit de rapportage Poortwachter monitor is het nu mogelijk om direct naar de activiteit te gaan. Zodra er een regel in de rapportage geselecteerd is zal de optie Ga naar activiteit beschikbaar zijn en kan er worden genavigeerd naar de betreffende activiteit van de medewerker, mits de betreffende rol de juiste autorisaties heeft.

8 Bugs De volgende bugs zijn in deze release opgelost: Bug Verzuim & Poortwachter Bij het zoeken op een spatie in de medewerkerslijst werden er geen laadbolletjes getoond. Het verwijderen van Exlusief filters werkte niet altijd goed. In de filter selectie bij de Rapportages kwamen dubbele objecten voor. Let op: oplossingen voor urgente bugs zijn al geïmplementeerd in de productieve omgevingen.

9 Document Generator Release Q This release contains the following changes: 1. ValidSign integration. 2. Bugfixing.

10 Document Generator ValidSign integration For the purpose of digital signing it is now possible* to connect ValidSign** to the Document Generator. That means that you can digitally sign a document via a workflow and in the end all the participants in the workflow will get a download link to the signed document. * Please reach out to your nextmoves contact person if you re interested in this solution **A ValidSign license is necessary and not included in this solution

11 Document Generator Bugs The following bugs have been solved in this release: Bug Generating a document with certain PayComponents resulted in an Error.Unknown. When Link Digital Personnel File was not active, it was still possible to select Save to digital personnel file option when generating a document. When a document didn t contain a Word template, the error when generating the document was Error.Unknown. Note: urgent bugs have already been deployed.

12 Digital Personnel File Release Q This release contains the following changes: 1. Validsign integration. 2. Selection fields. 3. Bugfixing.

13 Digital Personnel File Validsign integration It s now possible* to place the generated** and signed*** document directly in Digital Personnel File. * Please reach out to your nextmoves contact person if you re interested in this solution ** A Nextmoves Document Generator license is necessary *** A ValidSign license is necessary and not included in this solution

14 Digital Personnel File Selection fields In the Digital Personnel File, the selection of a row is now better visible. In the DPF Search, it s now possible to perform certain actions on one or more documents.

15 Digital Personnel File Bugs The following bugs have been solved in this release: No known bugs have been solved in this release.
