De vragenlijst meet de loopafstand, snelheid van lopen en traplopen, drie domeinen van dagelijkse activiteiten die vaak beperkt zijn bij personen met symptomatische CI. Invulinstructie In het meetinstrument is per subcategorie een invulinstructie opgenomen. Het betreft gesloten vragen in te vullen door patiënt.
