USB ADAPTER WIRELESS 150N 150 MBPS Allereerst hartelijk dank voor de aanschaf van dit wireless product. Wanneer je meerdere pc s met elkaar wilt verbinden en samen draadloos gebruik wilt maken van het internet, heb je een apart component nodig, dat je pc en/of laptop met elkaar verbindt. 3
NEDERLANDS INHOUD VAN DE VERPAKKING Controleer voordat je met de installatie begint of alle benodigde onderdelen aanwezig zijn. Zo kun je bijv. draadloos gebruik maken van het Internet, tevens heb je de mogelijk om bestanden en/of printers te delen. 4
HARDWARE INSTALLATIE Nadat je de hardware hebt aangesloten en de computer is opgestart, komt de wizzard met nieuwe hardware gevonden. Druk nu op Cancel 5
SOFTWARE INSTALLATIE Afhankelijk van het door jou aangeschafte product en je gebruikte OS (Operating System) kun je, het wireless product als volgt installeren. Hier onder worden de paden van het installatiebestand aangegeven. X is de driveletter van de cd/dvd speler. Ga je naar Start Uitvoeren INSTALLATIE USB ADAPTER X:\NI-707518\Drivers\Win2000_XP\setup.exe X:\NI-707518\Drivers\Vista\setup.exe Tijdens de installatie zie je de melding met de Windows Logo test, klik nu op toch doorgaan 6
SOFTWARE UTILITY VOOR DE USB ADAPTER Klik op de Wireless Utility welke op het bureaublad staat, je krijgt het volgende venster te zien. Klik hier op Scan. Je krijgt nu een lijst te zien met de beschikbare draadloze netwerken, selecteer je netwerk en klik op Activate In het volgende scherm geef je de profiel naam op die je wilt geven aan jou draadloze netwerk. Klik op het Security tabblad. Vul hier de encryptie code in welke je in de router hebt ingevoerd. Als de encryptie code onjuist is, kun je geen verbinding maken. Als je alle gegevens hebt ingevoerd, klik je op OK 7

Klik op het tabblad Current status hier kun je de status van jouw draadloze netwerk zien. NOTE Om optimaal gebruik te maken van de wireless producten verwijzen we je naar de volledige handleiding die zich op cd-rom bevindt. 9
WPS CONFIGURATIE WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) stelt je in staat om snel een apparaat aan een bestaand network toe te voegen. WPS kan alleen worden gebruikt als dit ook door de router wordt ondersteund. Allereerst dient de WPS software geïnstalleerd te worden, die op de CD staat. Volg de stap-voor-stap instructies tijdens de installatie om de WPS installatie te voltooien. Na de installatie kun je de WPS functionaliteit gebruiken. Druk op de WPS knop op de router en op de WPS knop op de adapter en wacht to het volgende scherm verschijnt. Klik dan op Finish. De WPS verbinding kan ook tot stand worden gebracht vanuit de software utility. Op deze manier kun je ook een PIN code instellen. Meer informatie over WPS vind je in de volledige handleiding op de CD. GARANTIE Voor alle artikelen die gevoerd worden onder de naam ICIDU geldt een garantietermijn van 2 jaar, tenzij anders vermeld. Op meegeleverde software en oplaadbare batterijen geven wij geen support of garantie. Afhandeling van garantie vindt alleen plaats via de dealer waar het betreffende artikel is gekocht.
