RANSON 3 Marsepein in bulk Met ons modern BRC- gecertificeerd machinepark zijn wij in staat om 15.000kg verse marsepein per dag te produceren. Op jaarbasis geeft dit een totale productiecapaciteit van 3.000 ton. Voor onze marsepein gebruiken wij enkel en alleen de beste grondstoffen die we zelf rechtstreeks in oorsprong aankopen. Naargelang de specificaties van de klant bieden wij marsepein aan op basis van verschillende variëteiten amandelen: Californische, Spaanse of Portugese Faro amandelen. De afwerking, de kleur, de smaak, evenals het gebruikte suikergehalte, geschiedt eveneens volgens de wensen van de klanten. Bulkverpakking varieert van een 3kg emmer tot een doos van 20kg. Pâte d amandes en vrac Nos machines ultramodernes avec le certificat BRC nous permettent de fabriquer 15.000kg de pâte d amandes par jour. Cela donne, sur base annuelle une capacité de production de 3.000 tonnes. Nous utilisons uniquement les matières premières que nous achetons directement sur les lieux d origine. Selon les spécifications du client, nous offrons une pâte d amandes sur base de différentes sortes d amandes : Californiennes, Espagnoles ou des amandes Portugaises de Faro. La finition, la couleur, le goût, même la teneur en sucre se fait à la demande du client. L emballage en vrac varie d un seau de 3kg jusqu à une boîte de 20kg. Marzipan in bulk With our modern BRC- certificated machinery, we are able to produce 15.000kg fresh marzipan per day. On an annual basis this gives a total production capacity of 3.000 ton. To produce this marzipan we only use the best raw materials that we buy directly in origin. Following the specifications of the customer we offer marzipan with different varieties of almonds: Californian, Spanish or Portuguese Faro almonds. The finish, the colour, the taste, and the used sugar content, follows as well the wishes of the customer. The bulk packages varies from a 3kg bucket to a 20kg box.

Dankzij onze moderne machines bieden wij u ook kleine eenpersoonsverpakkingen variërend in buches van 50g tot 1000g. Ook een tricolore buche en een geënrobeerde chocoladebuche behoren tot onze mogelijkheden. Pâte d amandes en bûches Preferez-vous la pâte d amandes dans les emballages plus petits? C est possible! Grace à nos machines ultramodernes, nous vous pouvons offrir des petits rouleaux de 50g jusqu à 1000g. Aussi des buches tricolore et des buches enrobé avec le chocolat sont des possibilités. Marzipan: small packages Do you prefer smaller packages? It s possible! Thanks to our modern machinery, we can offer you individual packages from 50g to 1000g. Also a tricolore buche and a chocolate buche are included in our possibilities.

RANSON 17 Marspeinfiguren Naast de verschillende soorten marsepein in bulk hebben we ook een afdeling waarbij de marsepein verwerkt wordt in kleine figuurtjes, marsepeinfruit of bolletjes. Naast onze handgevormde figuren hebben we door de overname van Van Reet ons assortiment kunnen uitbreiden met een breed gamma aan machinaal gevormde figuren. Daardoor kunnen wij aan alle wensen van onze klanten tegemoet komen. Figurines en pâte d amandes Outre les emballages en vrac, une section spécialisée transforme la pâte d amandes en figurines, massepain fruits, légumes et petites boules. Avec l intégration de Van Reet, nous avons élargi notre assortiment de figurines fait à la main avec une large gamme de figurines formé par les machines.
