Please note that the Dutch version is the legal one. A) ALGEMENE BEPALINGEN Artikel 1 Dit reglement legt de regels vast die een vlot en correct verloop van de examens moeten waarborgen. Het gaat ervan uit dat de taak van de docent(en) hierin bestaat dat de bekwaamheid en de kennis getoetst wordt die een student / cursist in de scholing verworven heeft. Artikel 2 Dit examenreglement is van toepassing op alle examens van Wilde Wijze Vrouw/ Klara Adalena Artikel 3 Elke afzonderlijke opleiding kan dit examenreglement aanvullen met bijzondere bepalingen en criteria, voor zover ze niet in strijd zijn met de algemene. 2 Artikel 4 (informatie vooraf) De docent dient vooraf duidelijke informatie te geven over de examenstof en de wijze van examineren. Artikel 5 (examenperiode) Het examen wordt ter afronding van de scholing georganiseerd. Artikel 6 (recht op deelname aan herexamens) Iedere student heeft het recht om een examen te herkansen. Als een student, om dwingende redenen, niet aan het gewone examen kan deelnemen kan hij of zij, na overleg met de opleiding, aan een herexamen deelnemen. Hier kunnen extra kosten aan verbonden zijn en dit zal binnen twee maanden na het reguliere examen zijn. Artikel 7 (gesplitst examen) Desgewenst kunnen de diverse onderdelen van de scholing afzonderlijk geëxamineerd worden. Indien dit gebeurt zal duidelijk omschreven zijn welke onderwijsactiviteiten geëxamineerd worden en wat het relatieve aandeel van de onderwijsactiviteiten in het definitieve eindexamencijfer is. Artikel 8 (tijd en plaats) Alle examens en herexamens worden afgenomen op een door de opleiding bekendgemaakte tijd en plaats. Artikel 9 (openbaarheid) De examens zijn niet openbaar. Artikel 10 (inzagerecht schriftelijke examens) Studenten die erom verzoeken hebben inzagerecht in hun schriftelijke eindexamenkopij. Het verzoek dient te worden ingediend uiterlijk tien dagen na de formele bekendmaking van de resultaten van het schriftelijk examen. Wilde Wijze Vrouw Klara Adalena Pagina 2

3 C) VERPLICHTINGEN EN MOGELIJKHEDEN M.B.T. HET EXAMEN Artikel 11 (bekendmaking examenreglement) De opleiding stelt dit reglement, via de website, beschikbaar aan elke student. Artikel 12 ( verplichtingen docenten en studenten ) Docenten en studenten dienen zich strikt te houden aan deze examenregeling. Artikel 13 (examengeld) Eventuele kosten voor deelname aan examens en/of herexamens dienen door de student vooraf betaald te worden. Als hier niet aan wordt voldaan dan kan de student van deelname aan examen of herexamen worden uitgesloten. Artikel 14 (identificatie student) De identiteit van studenten die deelnemen aan een eindexamen zal worden gecontroleerd. Artikel 15 (uitstel examen) Een student die om een zwaarwichtige reden niet kan deelnemen aan het examen kan de opleiding om uitstel verzoeken. Dit uitstel bedraagt maximaal twee maanden, en er kunnen extra kosten aan verbonden zijn. Artikel 16 (vaststelling examenresultaat) Het examenresultaat van elke student wordt door de docent vastgesteld. Het resultaat van elk examen of herexamen moet voldoende bedragen wil de student geslaagd zijn. Artikel 17 (herkansing) Wilde Wijze Vrouw Klara Adalena Pagina 3

4 De student heeft bij onvoldoende resultaat één mogelijkheid om te herkansen. Dat zal zijn binnen 2 maanden na het examen. De opleiding zal hiervoor een datum voorstellen en het zal in Noordwijkerhout, NL, zijn. Hier zijn kosten aan verbonden, afhankelijk van type en duur, met een minimum van 100. A) GENERAL PROVISIONS Article 1 These regulations set the rules aimed at ensuring the smooth and proper running of the examinations. It assumes that the task of the teacher (s) consists in the ability being tested and the knowledge acquired by a student / learner in the training. Article 2 This exam regulation applies to all examinations of Wild Wise Woman / Klara Adalena Article 3 Each individual training can supplement the present regulations with specific rules and criteria to the extent they do not conflict with the general. 5 B) ORGANIZATION OF THE TESTS Article 4 (prior information) The teacher must first give clear information about the examination and the examination method. Article 5 (exam period) The exam is organized to complete the training. Article 6 (right to participate in re-examinations) Every student has the right to retake an exam. If a student, for compelling reasons, cannot take part in the ordinary examination, he or she, after consultation with the program, participate in a re-examination. Here additional charges may be applicable and this will be within two months of the regular exam. Article 7 (split exam) If desired, the various components of the training can be individually examined. If this happens it will be clearly defined which educational activities are examined and the relative share of the educational activities in the final exam grade. Article 8 (time and place) All examinations and re-examinations are held on by the training announced time and place. Article 9 (public) The exams are not public. 6 Article 10 (right of inspection written exams) Students who request it the right to inspect their written exam copy. The request must be submitted no later than ten days after the formal announcement of the results of the written exam. C) COMMITMENTS AND OPTIONS IN REGARD TO THE EXAM Article 11 (publication exam regulations) The program provides these regulations, via the website, available to every student. Article 12 (obligations teachers and students) Teachers and students must adhere strictly to the examination regulations. Article 13 (examination fee) Any costs for participating in exams and / or re-examinations must be paid in advance by the student. If this is not met then the student can be excluded from participating in examination or re-examination. Article 14 (student ID) The identity of students who attend a final exam will be checked. Article 15 (delay test) Students who for serious reasons are unable to participate in the exam training can request deferment. 7 The examination result of each student shall be determined by the teacher. The results of any examination or re-examination must be pass for the student to have passed the examination. Article 17 (resit) If the student has failed the test there is one opportunity for resit. This will be within two months after the exam.
