Dat doel wordt met steeds meer innovatiekracht en technische hoogstandjes bereikt. Mogelijk is straks het primaire doel echter een duurzame energievoorziening, waarbij in het kielzog sprake is van een doelmatige fundering. Als het aan Demar Heiwerken uit Lopik ligt, dat een veelbelovende geotechnische warmtewisselaar voor funderingspalen heeft ontwikkeld, zou de funderingsbranche de markt best vanuit de energievoorziening kunnen gaan benaderen. Bij warmte-koudeopslag (WKO) wordt duurzame energie gewonnen uit de bodem. Het is een rendabele, volwassen techniek die zowel zelfstandig als in combinatie met andere technieken als geothermie of restwarmtebenutting kan worden ingezet. De toepassing van WKO is de afgelopen jaren flink gegroeid met meer dan tien procent per jaar. Volgens de markt zou echter een aanzienlijk hogere groei mogelijk moeten zijn. Meer lezen? Wij verwarmen bijvoorbeeld huizen en kassen en verhitten en koelen industriële processen. Meer dan een derde van de totale hoeveelheid fossiele energie die we in Nederland gebruiken, besteden we aan het maken van warmte en koude. Dat moet duurzamer. Dat kan ook, door minder warmte te verspillen, door efficiënter warmte met fossiele energie op te wekken en door meer warmte duurzaam te produceren. Met dit Werkprogramma wil het kabinet de omslag naar een duurzame warmte- en koudehuishouding versnellen. Dit programma biedt een overzicht en verdere uitwerking van de activiteiten met betrekking tot warmte en koude uit het Werkprogramma Schoon en zuinig, het Energierapport en de Innovatieagenda Energie. Het toepassen van energiepalen (heipalen met ingebouwde warmtewisselaars) is een van de interessantse systemen waarbij de bodem als energiebron en als energieopslagmedium kan worden gebruikt. 9 Havengebouw voorzien van energiepaal Geothex 28/08/14 11:40 The innovative use of geothermal energy Zoek op trefwoord Havengebouw voorzien van energiepaal Home» Projecten» Havengebouw voorzien van energiepaal Geothex In samenwerking met Betonson is enkele weken geleden de eerste prefab energiepaal met de Geothex geïnstalleerd. Hiermee wordt het havengebouw in Eemnes voor een groot deel voorzien van warmte. Bronsysteem In het totaal zit er rond de 500 meter Geothex bodemwarmtewisselaar in de bodem. Er zijn 62 energiepalen van rond de 8 meter geslagen. Deze zijn over 6 groepen in serie gezet. Het hele systeem is aangesloten door Debris B.V. Pagina 1 van 4

15 Longspan is a frame to frame insulated wall panel system which can eliminate secondary steel work The paper we have printed on is from 80% postconsumer waste and the remaining 20% pulp is TCF (Totally Chlorine Free). This fibre is FSC certified (see fsc.org for details). In recognition, the range has been awarded both the NAPM and Eugropa recycled marks, two of the most prestigious and recognisable recycled certificates available. It is suitable for all building applications except where there are low temperature controlled environments. Kingspan Cleansafe: a chemically inert polymer film bonded to steel substrate for cladding of cold stores, food processing buildings and other hygiene applications. 20 Insulation Core The core of KS1000 LS Longspan is a, closed cell PIR insulation which is non-deleterious with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (zero ODP). Seals Factory Applied Side Joint Seal All side joints have a factory applied seal fitted into the groove to automatically seal the joint between panels. No urea formaldehyde is used in the manufacture of the panels. KS1000 LS Longspan is approved by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) to LPS1181. Packing Standard Packing KS1000 LS Longspan panels are stacked face up and require turning over during unpacking / erection. Removable hot melt adhesive is laid between each panel. The top, bottom, sides and each end are protected with polystyrene and timber packing and the entire pack is wrapped in polythene. 30 TECHNISCHE FICHE Resistit E SK 1 Algemeen Resistit E SK zijn gewapende EPDM-stroken met zelfklevende elastomeermassa aan de onderzijde. Het is uiterst geschikt voor gevelafdichtingen en voor goten. De EPDM-rubber heeft een levensverwachting van meer dan vijftig jaar, is niet onderhevig aan temperatuursschommelingen en is vooral gemakkelijk te verwerken of te verkleven op alle types ondergrond. Resistit E SK is een afdichtingmembraan met een opbouw in meerdere lagen: een toplaag met een dikte van 0,8 mm uit een 100 % elastomeer EPDM met intern wapeningnet in glasvezeldraden. Het is aan beide zijden voorzien van een dunne speciale TPE-hechtlaag voor SBS-bitumen. een onderlaag met een dikte van 0,8 mm in zelfklevende SBS-bitumen, machinaal aan de EPDM aangebracht in de fabriek. Het bitumen is bedekt met een verwijderbare antikleeffolie. Resistit E SK bevat geen laskant. De onderkant is dus 100 % zelfklevend en kan gelast worden waar nodig. Het wordt geleverd in stroken met lengte van 20 m bij breedtes van 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 333, 400, 500, 666 en 750 mm. De dikte bedraagt telkens 1,6 mm. 2 Voordelen van Resistit E SK-stroken Kan in de winter worden aangebracht door lassen met warme lucht. Slechts één primer voor alle ondergronden met gering verbruik (200 à 300 g/m²) en slechts eenzijdig op de ondergrond aan te brengen. Door zijn geringe dikte kunnen ze worden toegepast in smalle goten; hoeken zijn gemakkelijk in te plooien. Toepassing mogelijk in goten tot 20 m lengte zonder overlappen, waarbij de antikleeffolie in delen wordt verwijderd en de strook aangedrukt = snel en eenvoudig. Ideaal voor toepassing in gevelafdichtingen door de snelle, eenvoudige en goedkope plaatsingstechniek. 3 Toepassingsgebieden Resistit E SK is bijzonder geschikt voor: afdichting rond ramen vochtwering in muren, rond schouwen, boven lintelen enz. Op daken kan het toegepast worden voor: goten, kilgoten met kleine afmetingen want dun en dus goed plooibaar in de hoeken afdekstroken op de dakrandprofielen 4 Ondergronden Er kan worden gekleefd met Hechtprimer FG35 op alle ondergronden (alleen niet op weke pvc). 31 5 Plaatsingstechniek in goot De ondergrond moet droog en vetvrij zijn. Metalen oppervlakken worden vooraf gereinigd met G500. Hechtprimer FG35 goed omroeren voor het aanbrengen. Het aanbrengen gebeurt met een kwast, een lamvelrol of wordt met een drukvat gespoten. Hechtprimer FG35 maakt een goede hechting mogelijk tussen de ondergrond en de zelfklevende bitumenmassa. Er is geen bitumineuze kleefvernis vooraf nodig. Hechtprimer FG35 vervult deze functie ineens mee (= besparing). Op ruwe en zeer poreuze ondergronden (zoals cellenbeton) is het nodig de FG35 in twee lagen aan te brengen. Wachten tot Hechtprimer FG35 volledig droog is om de zelfklevende strook erop aan te brengen (wachttijd: circa 35 minuten). De Resistit E SK-stroken kunnen gekleefd worden op de Hechtprimer FG35 tot 10 uren na het uitstrijken ervan. Op te ruwe ondergronden kan het nodig zijn eerst een bitumenmembraan dikte 3 mm aan te lassen met de brander of aan te lijmen met een bitumineuze koudelijm. De strook over de droge Hechtprimer FG35 uitrollen. De strook wordt op zijn plaats gelegd. Stroken gebruiken in zo groot mogelijke lengten (tot 20 strekkende meter) De antikleeffolie in de langsrichting doorsnijden ter hoogte van de hoeken tussen de vlakken. De middelste strip in antikleeffolie op de bodem van de goot in het midden van de rol doorsnijden en vanuit het midden wegtrekken naar beide uiteinden toe en de strook in Resistit E SK systematisch aandrukken. Daarna hetzelfde herhalen op de twee draagvlakken van de opstanden. - Ter plaatse van de kopse overlappen tussen na elkaar geplaatste rollen een strookje antikleeffolie van 50 mm breedte aan Resistit E SK laten om directe kleven te verhinderen. 6 Overlapverbinding Overlappen met breedte 50 mm kunnen op twee wijzen worden gedicht. Ofwel de overlap lassen met warme lucht, waarbij het strookje antikleeffolie wordt weggenomen juist vóór het lassen begint. Lasapparaat type Leister Triac met plat mondstuk van 40 mm. Temperatuur regelen tussen 450 C en 500 C (Triac-schaal 7). Lassen vanuit het midden van de gootbodem naar de twee kanten toe. Deze uitvoering is verplicht in goten en bij afdekstrips. Ofwel de bovenste lip van de overlap omplooien en de onderste Resistit E SK instrijken met Hechtprimer FG35 op de EPDM-zijde. Na 30 minuten het antikleefstrookje wegnemen, de bovenste strook op de onderste aanleggen, aandrukken met de hand en aanrollen met een handrol. Deze uitvoering is alleen toegelaten in gevelafdichting en vochtwering in muren. 7 Weersomstandigheden Indien men moet werken onder +5 C of boven 80% relatieve luchtvochtigheid, zal condens optreden op het oppervlak van de Hechtprimer FG35.
