Er kunnen lichtbakken tot zeer grote afmetingen mee worden vervaardigd, zowel in enkel- als dubbelzijdige uitvoering. Het systeem bestaat uit twee functionele delen, te weten het spanraam en de lichtbak, waardoor de voorzijde eenvoudig te openen is. Het zelfdragende spanframe, dat scharnierend op de lichtbak kan worden bevestigd, bevat de componenten die nodig zijn voor het inklemmen en spannen van het doek. De lichtbak bevat de armaturen, de achterwand en de verstijvers waarmee de lichtbak tegen de achterliggende constructie kan worden gemonteerd. Voor de productie van een EasyFlex Classic lichtbak is slechts een beperkt aantal componenten nodig die geen speciale bewerking hoeven te ondergaan. Vanzelfsprekend zijn alle profielen en onderdelen uit voorraad leverbaar!! EasyFlex Classic tensioning systems verstevigingsprofiel reinforcement profile Versteifungsprofil EasyFlex Classic is a patented extruded aluminium system specially designed for the construction of illuminated advertising signs featuring flexible-face material under tension. It can be used for assembling illuminated signs up to extremely large dimensions, of single as well as double-sided construction. The system consists of two sections, namely the stretcher and the light box, wich can be easily be opened from the front The self-supporting strecher, which can be hinged to the light box, holds the parts used for clamping and tensioning the skin. The LightBox contains the fixtures, the backsheet and the stiffeners wich fasten the light box to the underlying structure. The assembly of an EasyFlex Classic light box requires only a limited number of components for wich no special handling is necessary. EasyFlex Classic spannsysteme EasyFlex Classic ist ein patentiertes Aluminiumprofilsystem, das speziell für die Herstellung von Leuchtreklamen entwickelt wurde, bei denen flexibles Tuch unter Spannung montiert werden kann. Mit diesem System ist es möglich, auch Leuchtkästen von überdurchschnittlicher Größe in ein- und zweiseitiger Ausführung anzufertigen. Das System besteht aus zwei funktionalen Teilen, und zwar dem Spannrahmen und dem Leuchtkasten, wodurch die Frontseite einfach zu öffnen ist. Der selbsttragende Spannrahmen, der mit Scharnieren an dem Leuchtkasten befestigt werden kann, enthält die erforderlichen Komponenten zum Festklemmen und Spannen des Tuches. Der Leuchtkasten enthält die Armaturen, die Rückwand und die Versteifungen, mit denen der Leuchtkasten an der dahinterliegenden Konstruktion befestigt wird. Für die Herstellung eines EasyFlex Classic-Leuchtreklamesystems werden nur wenige Bauteile benötigt, für die keine speziellen Bearbeitungsgänge erforderlich sind. Selbstverständlich sind alle Profile und Bauteile ab Lager lieferbar!! 55
