24 PwC ervaringen Zeer wisselende kwaliteit van implementaties Oorzaken bij implementatie partners Oorzaken bij klanten Niet altijd aandacht voor kwaliteitsbewaking (QA) en transformatie van de business. Verticale oplossingen vaak succesvoller dan generieke oplossingen. In selectie trajecten partners met elkaar vergeleken en dat levert interessante verschillen op. Add on s van verschillende opzet en structuur. Kwaliteit is moeilijk te toetsen. Partner kiest niet snel add on van andere partner. Slide 24
