3 1. Introduction This document describes the details of the organization of the 9 th Rabobank 7-Dorpenomloop Aalburg. If there are updates of parts of this document then they will be published as soon as possible on the website in a downloadable version. This document is according the UCI cycling regulations Part 2 Road Races version , article Activities around the race At the Town Hall several activities will be organized and local companies will give presentations. A terrace with drinks and food will make it a pleasant place to stay. 2. Background information On the 9th of May Aalburg will host the 9th edition of the Rabobank 7-Dorpenomloop Aalburg a beautiful race that will go through the seven villages of the municipality of Aalburg. It is a flat route, but hard because of the wind that will blow in the open fields, the famous Dutch polders. The riders will race three big laps of 29km and 3 little circuits of 10km. The race is also known as the home race of Marianne Vos, because she has always lived in Aalburg, and still lives in Meeuwen, one of the 7 villages on the route of the race. The 9th edition of the Rabobank 7-Dorpenomloop Aalburg makes his fifth appearance on the international UCI calendar in 2015, and is a 1.2. category race. Next to that, the race is a Dutch Topcompetition race. 7. 5 9. SPECIFIC REGULATIONS 1. Organization The Rabobank 7-Dorpenomloop Aalburg is organized by Stichting Wielerevenementen Aalburg Grote Kerkstraat BE Wijk en Aalburg Phone: (+0031)( 0) Website: Under the regulations of the International Cycling Union. The licenses of the UCI and KWNU are public and can be asked for at the secretary. It is to be held on Saturday May Type of event The race will be held under the rules of UCI. The event is open to athletes of the Women Elite category. The event is entered on the UCI World Women calendar and is registered as a class 2 event. In conformity with the UCI cycling regulations Part 2 Road Races version , article , points are awarded as follows for the UCI Women Elite ranking: 1st=40pnt, 2nd=30pnt, 3rd=16pnt, 4th=12pnt, 5th=10pnt, 6th=8pnt, 7th=6pnt, 8th=3pnt 3. The race has a total distance of 121,1 km (3 big laps and 3 smaller laps). 4. Participation The event is open to the following teams: UCI Women Teams, National Teams, Regional Teams, Club Teams and mixed teams. Teams must be formed of minimum 4 and maximum 6 riders. 5. Participants are expected to know the regulations and instructions of the organization and will follow the official race route. The route is included in the technical guide and includes warnings for dangerous passages during the route. 6. During the race 3 neutral cars are available. 7. Stopping ( dépanneren ) is only allowed on the right side of the road. Time table and route are added to this technical guide. On race day an English translation will be available. Dangerous points are highlighted. 8. Race headquarters The race headquarters shall be open starting May at hrs and located at the following address: Permanence, MFC d'alburcht Perzikstraat 14/a, Zipcode 4261 KD Wijk en Aalburg. Team representatives are requested to confirm their starters and collect their race numbers at the race headquarters from hrs to hrs on the May Also dressing rooms, and showers are in the Alburcht. 10. No bikes allowed inside. 11. The Commissaries Panel meeting, is scheduled for hrs at the race headquarters. 12. The team managers' meeting, in the presence of the Members of the Commissaries Panel, is scheduled for hrs at the race headquarters hours the meeting for all caravan drivers & police. 13. Radio communication will be provided between hrs and hrs in front of the main entrance of the permanence by Ton Kersten. Directly after the race the communication devices need the be handed back. End time hrs. 14. Start lists are available around hrs in the race headquarters, and around hrs at the start location. 5

6 15. Neutralized start will be at hrs at the GroteKerkstraat/Bergsraat (Ceremony podium 200 meters before start/finish). Signing is mandatory. Frame plates and race numbers can be collected between and hrs and must be correctly placed. All riders should be present 15 minutes before start. (compulsory) 16. Signing the presence list and the team presentation takes place from to hrs.(ceremony podium). Signing is mandatory. Please sign as a team, so that the organization can give you the attention your team deservers. 17. Line up of the all cars takes place along Grote Kerkstraat. 18. Medical assistance will be leaded by doctors Barthels and Zomer, 4 first aid assistants (2 cars) and a Red Cross ambulance from s-hertogenbosch. 19. Only official cars and persons are allowed in the race. 20. Race caravan will be ended by the bezemwagen, sag wagon. When this car passes riders are out of the race. 21. On possible dangerous places members of the organization with orange jackets wll be placed. Please follow the instructions of these Verkeersregelaar 22. Riders should follow instructions by jury, organization and police. 23. Route can be followed by signing. Also 50 km point and feeding zone are signed. The feeding-zone and Green Zone is situated after 82 km at the Veensesteeg in Veen.Detour of vehicles is at 300m before the finish at the left sight of the road (Kerkverreweide towards the Permanence). The vehicles of the team managers can be parked at the parking places around the race headquarters/permanence. 24. Final signs: km and 500 m 300m 150m, 100m and 50 meters. 25. The finish of the race is around hrs. Official results are available around hrs in the race headquarters. 26. Race ends after last car (bezemwagen). Finishing time limits Any rider finishing in a time exceeding that of the winner by more than 8% shall not be placed. The time limit may, in exceptional circumstances, be increased by the Commissaries' Panel in agreement with the organizer. 27. The organization has no responsibility before, during or after the race for accident or consequences of accidents, damage, theft and loss of property of members / participants, followers and audience of the course. 28. For the individual classification for Women price schedule WE Class 1.2 apply. For the team classification are 5 team prizes in the form of cash prizes, namely To qualify for the team classification into account, the times of the first three arrive finish each team are added up. The prize money will be paid through the bank. The team managers should give the bank information to the organization. 32. Press car is available. 33. Journalists can not attend the jury meeting. 34. KNWU Topcompetition This event is part of the KNWU Topcompetition Series. The KNWU Topcompetition Series consist of 5 individual events, and is an overall classification for individual riders, under 23 riders and teams ordered by the national federation and gives riders also qualifying possibilities for the national road championships. The regulations and the awarding points for these classifications are available in the KNWU federal regulations. 38. Awards ceremony The following riders must attend the official awards ceremony: _ The first 3 riders of the general individual classification of the event, _ The new leader in the KNWU Topcompetition 2015, _ The new leader in the under 23 KNWU Topcompetition 2015, The riders will present themselves at the podium in a time limit of maximum 15 minutes after crossing the finish line. 39. When not following these regulations, the participant is taken out of the race or place sanctions against the relevant team manager. 40. Penalties, The UCI penalty scale is the only one applicable. 41. In other cases the Commissaries and committee will decide. 42. Added: Green Zone In Veen Veensesteeg near the feeding zone a green zone will be set up; a space with signs where riders every lap can throw away bottles and wrappers. Here it will be gathered in one place and swept up by the organization to protect local environment. 10.
