2 Welcome We are very proud to welcome all the athletes, teams, officials and spectators at the Husqvarna BMX track in Baarn. The second race of the Dutch Topcompetition 2019 will be our second international race. The track was built in 2013 by a joint venture of Schijf Holland and Pro Tracks France. The track has a 5 m startinghill and a Pro Section in the second straight. The 3rd straight is devided in two lanes. 4 Routebeschrijving : Vanaf afrit 11 Baarn - Eembrugge onderaan de afrit rechts. Rotonde rechts (De Geerenweg op). Na ca. 300 meter rechts ligt het hoofdparkeerterrein van "Sportpark Ter Eem. Als hier geen plaats meer is, kunt u ca. 300 meter verder rijden alwaar links een parkeerterrein ligt. Ca. 300 meter verder is een derde parkeerterrein rechts tegenover het Sportcentrum De Trits. Ook tegenover en achter Sportcentrum De Trits is er nog mogelijkheid tot parkeren. Vanaf afrit Baarn (bij Nijhof) onderaan de afrit links. Rotonde rechtdoor, volgende rotonde links (3e afslag Drakenburgerweg, later De Geerenweg) en de parkeerterreinen komt u in omgekeerde volgorde zoals boven beschreven tegen. From exit 11 Baarn - Eembrugge turn right at the bottom of the exit. Turn right at the roundabout (onto the Geerenweg). After about 300 meters turn right into the main parking lot of "Sportpark Ter Eem". If there is no space left, you can drive approx. 300 meters further where there is a parking lot on the left. Approx. 300 meters There is also a third car park on the right opposite the De Trits Sports Centre. There is also parking opposite and behind Sports Centre De Trits. From the Baarn exit (near Nijhof) turn left at the bottom of the exit. Go straight on roundabout, turn left at the next roundabout (3rd exit Drakenburgerweg, later De Geerenweg) and you will come across the car parks in the reverse order as described above. GPS : , Parkeren : Volg de aanwijzingen op van onze Verkeersregelaars. Er is voldoende gratis parkeerterrein. Follow the directions of our marshalls. There will be sufficiënt free parking Lots. 6 PRE-REGISTRATION Er is geen voorinschrijving voor deze wedstrijd. Iedereen moet zich aanmelden bij de registratietafel. Zie voor de openingstijden voor de registratie het tijdschema in dit document. There is no pre-registration. You have to register at the registration desk. For the opening time for registration, see the time schedule in this document. The Sunday races are UCI C1-races and are open to riders of all countries. There is no pre-registration. All riders have to register on Saturday 13th from hour Or from till hours Or on Sunday morning from till hours The riders should register with their national plate number. In the case of conflicting plate numbers in a category the UEC plate number will be used, otherwise a plate number will be provided by the jury/administration. All riders have to have a side-number plate. The organisation delivers no number plates. TRANSPONDER - For Rent and Control Each rider has to ride with a transponder. If you don t have one, you can rent one for this event. The rent for the transponder during the event is 10,00. You have to pay a deposit of 60; you get in return after the event when you return the transponder. It is not possible to register in the event without transponder! ENTRANCE TICKETS 13 years and over: Saturday free, Sunday: 7, years : Saturday free, Sunday: free. Team Managers don t pay for entrance. 7 FOOD AND DRINKS Een gevarieerd aanbod van eten en drinken naast de baan. A variation of food and drinks can be found next to the track. ZATERDAGAVOND / Saturday Night Vanaf uur live muziek in de eventtent. On Saturday night there will be live music in the event tent CAMPING Naast de baan op het ijsbaanterrein zal de camping zijn. Ingang via het parkeerterrein t.o.v. Sporthal De Trits. Voorzien van stroom (100x) en toiletwagen. Douche gelegenheid bij Sportcentrum De Trits, dan wel voetbalvereniging Eemboys. Openingstijden worden duidelijk op campingterrein aangegeven. s Nachts zal er bewaking zijn. Kosten voor 1 nacht 25,00 per caravan/camper. Kosten voor 2 nachten 50,00 per caravan/camper. qlleen een tentje 15,00. De camping is open vrijdag 12 april 2019 vanaf uur tot zondag 14 april twee uur na einde wedstrijd. There will be electricity (100x) and a toiletfacility. Showers at the Sportcentrum De Trits or soccer club Eemboys. Opening hours will be published at campsite. There will be a guard during the night. Costs for 1 night 25,00 per caravan/mobile home. Costs for 2 nights 50,00 per caravan/mobile home. Just a small tent 15,00. Campsite will be open on Friday april 12 th 2019 from 4 pm until Sunday april, 14 th two hours after the race ending.
