De gevraagde oppervlakte bedraagt minimum 16 m² of 1 unit en maximum 192 m² of 12 units. De prijs per unit bedraagt % BTW*. Exposanten krijgen na selectie een standplaats toegewezen (maart 2014). Alle technische en praktische informatie omtrent de bouw van de stand wordt ter beschikking gesteld in het online technisch dossier (mei 2014). Cette option est basée sur la demande de la surface nue (unités de 4 x 4 m = 16 m²), où les exposants construisent eux-mêmes leur stand ou font appel à un architecte d intérieur/ standiste. La surface demandée est de minimum 16 m² (1 unité) et de maximum 192 m² (12 unités). Le prix par unité s élève à % TVA*. Après sélection, les exposants se verront attribuer un stand (mars 2014). Toutes les informations pratiques et techniques concernant le montage et le démontage des stands seront disponibles dans le dossier technique en ligne (mai 2014). Option 2 // I apply for a stand with basic infrastructure Deze optie is gebaseerd op de aanvraag van units van 16 m² (4 x 4 m) met basisinfrastructuur, bestaande uit : verhoogde vloer met tapijt en wanden (achter- en zijwanden, geschilderd) basis aansluiting elektriciteit inclusief verbruik, aangepast aan de gevraagde oppervlakte uitlichting van de stand naamsvermelding en standnummer De prijs per unit bedraagt % BTW*. Een stand met basisinfrastructuur wordt enkel aangeboden in de hierboven beschreven vorm. Exposanten krijgen na selectie een standplaats toegewezen (maart 2014). Kleur van wanden, tapijt en locatie van stopcontacten wordt vastgelegd via het online technisch dossier (mei 2014). Extra diensten zijn niet in de prijs begrepen en kunnen enkel via het technisch dossier worden besteld. Stands with basic infrastructure Cette option est basée sur la demande d unités de 16 m² (4 x 4 m), avec l infrastructure de base, comprenant : le sol surélevé, le tapis et les parois (parois arrière et latérales peintes) le raccordement électrique de base, incluant la consommation, adapté à la surface demandée l éclairage du stand la signalisation (nom et numéro de stand) Le prix par unité s élève à % TVA*. Cette formule avec l infrastructure de base est fixe et ne peut être modifiée. Après sélection, les exposants se verront attribuer un stand (mars 2014). La couleur des parois, du tapis et l emplacement exact des prises de courant seront déterminés via le dossier technique en ligne (mai 2014). Les services supplémentaires ne sont pas compris dans le prix et peuvent uniquement être commandés via le dossier technique OcTOBER KORTRIJK XPO - BELGIUM This option is available to those requiring space only (in units of 4 x 4 m = 16 m²). These exhibitors build their own stand or use a an interior architect/professional stand contractor. Space-only stands measure minimum 16 m² or 1 unit, and maximum 192 m² or 12 units. The price per unit is 2, % VAT*. Exhibitors are allocated space after selection by the Selection Committee (March 2014). All technical and practical information regarding stand construction will be made available through the online technical manual (May 2014). This option is based on units of 16 m² (4 x 4 m), fitted with a basic infrastructure as follows: raised carpeted floor and painted back and side walls standard electricity connection including usage, according to the required space stand lighting exhibitor name and stand number The price per unit is 5, % VAT*. Stands with basic infrastructure are only available as described above. Exhibitors will be allocated space after selection (March 2014). The colours of walls and carpeting and the location of electric points will be decided in the technical manual (May 2014). Additional services are not included in the price and can only be ordered through the online technical manual.

INTERIEUR 2014 introduit une nouvelle formule all-in. Ces îlots sont parfaits pour de petites présentations, des pièces uniques, du design/art et seront considérés comme des plateformes design pour les innovateurs, les expérimentations, les maisons d édition et les designers. INTERIEUR 2014 introduces a new all-in formula. These island stands are best suited for small presentations, for unique objects, design and art, and must be regarded as a showcase for innovators, for experimentation, for editors and designers. 9 interieur OcTOBER KORTRIJK XPO - BELGIUM NAAM / PLAATS / DUUR 1/ De Internationale Biënnale Interieur vindt plaats in Kortrijk Xpo, Doorniksesteenweg 216, Kortrijk (België) in de pare jaren, in de tweede helft van oktober, op initiatief en onder leiding van Interieur. INTERIEUR 2014 vindt plaats van oktober 2014, dagelijks van uur, met uitzondering van 2 nocturnes tot 21 uur. DOEL 2/ Het doel van Interieur is een tweejaarlijkse internationale ontmoeting van geselecteerde bedrijven, die door hun nieuwe en eigentijdse producten, vormen of toepassingen als toonaangevend worden beschouwd in de sector binnenhuisinrichting. Interieur blijft een commerciële tentoonstelling voor de professionelen en voor het publiek, maar ze verschilt van de traditionele beurzen door het thema en de streng doorgevoerde selectie van deelnemers en producten, door de formule van tentoonstellen en door de belangrijke nevenmanifestaties waarbij niet alleen onderwijs, designkringen, binnenhuisarchitecten en architecten, maar ook producenten, verkopers en verbruikers betrokken worden. TENTOONGESTELDE VOORWERPEN 3/ Alles wat typisch tot de interieurartikelengroep behoort kan tentoongesteld worden: nieuwe producten, nieuwe vormen en toepassingen, realisaties van volledige interieurs, interieursystemen. INSCHRIJVINGSVOORWAARDEN 4/ De deelname aan Interieur staat in principe open voor elke producent, Belgische zowel als buitenlandse, waarvan de tentoon te stellen goederen beantwoorden aan de voorwaarden vermeld in artikel 3. NOM / LIEU / DURÉE 1/ La Biennale Internationale Interieur a lieu à Kortrijk Xpo, Doorniksesteenweg 216 à Courtrai (Belgique) dans les années paires, pendant la deuxième quinzaine du mois d octobre à l initiative et sous la direction d Interieur. INTERIEUR 2014 aura lieu du 17 au 26 octobre 2014, tous les jours de 10 à 19 heures, à l exception de deux nocturnes jusqu à 21 heures. BUT 2/ Le but d Interieur est de susciter tous les deux ans une rencontre internationale d entreprises sélectionnées grâce à la nouveauté, la contemporanéité, les formes et les applications de leurs produits : des entreprises de pointe en matière d aménagement d intérieur. Le caractère commercial de l exposition Interieur est maintenu (professionnels et grand public). Néanmoins, l exposition se distingue des foires commerciales traditionnelles par le thème et la sélection rigoureuse des participants et des produits, par la formule originale d exposition et par d importantes activités annexes organisées avec la participation d une part de l enseignement, de groupements de designers industriels, d architectes d intérieur, d architectes et d autre part de fabricants, de vendeurs et de consommateurs. OBJETS EXPOSÉS 3/ Tout ce qui appartient au groupe d articles d aménagement d intérieur peut être exposé : produits nouveaux, formes et applications nouvelles, réalisations intégrales d intérieurs, systèmes d intérieur CONDITIONS D INSCRIPTION 4/ En principe, la participation à Interieur est ouverte à tout producteur, tant belge qu étranger, dont les produits à exposer répondent aux conditions reprises à l article 3. NAME / PLACE / TIME 1/ The International Biennale Interieur takes place in Kortrijk Xpo, Doorniksesteenweg 216, Kortrijk (Belgium), in the even-numbered years, during the second half of October, on the initiative of and directed by Interieur. INTERIEUR 2014 will take place from 17 to 26 October 2014, every day from 10 am to 7 pm, except for 2 late closing evenings until 9 pm. AIM 2/ Interieur s aim is to organise a biennial international gathering of selected companies who are considered trend-setting based on their new products, contemporary design or applications in the field of interior design. Although Interieur remains a commercial exhibition, it differs from traditional fairs because of its theme and its strict selection of participants and products, its exhibition formula and its outstanding satellite events which involve educational institutions, design groups, interior designers and architects as well as manufacturers, distributors and consumers. EXHIBITS 3/ Any articles relating to interior design may be included in the exhibition: new products, new designs and applications, complete interiors and concepts. Iedere deelnemer neemt met de ondertekening de verbintenis op zich dit reglement zorgvuldig na te komen en te voldoen aan alle maatregelen en verordeningen die later getroffen moeten worden door het Inrichtend Comité, en zich persoonlijk in regel te stellen met iedere bestaande wetgeving en reglementering (bv. taksen, auteursrechten, vergunningen, enz.). Bij inbreuk op het reglement zal ontruiming van de stand geboden worden, op kosten van de exposant. Het I.C. behoudt zich eveneens het recht voor producten en/of delen van standen te laten verwijderen indien niet conform met de regels van het I.C. en het Selectiecomité (S.C.). TECHNICAL MANUAL 11/ After selection, and taking into account articles 6 and 9, exhibitors will be granted access to the online technical manual, listing all available services. Exhibsoigneusement ce règlement, à exécuter toutes les mesures et décisions que le Comité Organisateur (C.O.) serait amené à prendre ultérieurement, et à se mettre en règle avec toutes législation et réglementation existantes (p.ex. taxes, droits d auteurs, licences etc. ). En cas de violation du règlement, le stand sera évacué aux frais de l exposant. Le C.O. se réserve le droit d évacuer des produits et/ou des parties du stand non conformes aux règles du C.O. et du Comité de Sélection (C.S.). With his signature, each participant agrees to abide by these regulations, to accept any measures and regulations subsequently imposed by the Organising Committee (O.C.) and to comply with all applicable laws and bye-laws (e.g. taxes, copyrights, licences, etc.). In case of violation of these regulations, the stand will be vacated at the expense of the exhibitor. The O.C. has the right to have products and/or parts of the stand removed that do not conform to the regulations set by the O.C. and the Selection Committee (S.C.). 6/ De aanvraag tot selectie wordt door het I.C. slechts in overweging genomen na betaling van 1/4 van de standplaatsvergoeding als voorschot. 7/ De aanvragen moeten schriftelijk gericht worden tot de: Biënnale Interieur, Groeningestraat 37, 8500 Kortrijk, België. 8/ Het I.C. beslist onwederroepelijk over volledige of voorwaardelijke inwilliging van de aanvragen tot selectie, volgens de richtlijnen vastgesteld in dit reglement. 9/ De toewijzing van de standen geschiedt binnen de kortst mogelijke termijn na goedkeuring door het Selectiecomité. Bij toewijzing van de standen zal zoveel mogelijk rekening worden gehouden met de wensen van de aanvrager, evenwel zonder afbreuk te doen aan het recht van het I.C. zelf de standplaats van de exposanten te bepalen en eventueel te wijzigen (zie eveneens reglement artikel 24). 10/ Publiciteit aan de buitenzijde van de standen mag alleen onder de normen bepaald door het I.C. Niet-conforme publiciteit dient onmiddellijk en door de exposant zelf op verzoek van het I.C. verwijderd te worden. Er mogen geen namen van dealers vermeld worden op de buitenzijde van de stand. Pour l attribution des stands, le C.O. tiendra compte autant que possible des souhaits dusouscripteur, sans contrevenir aux droits du C.O. de déterminer lui-même l emplacement des exposants et de le modifier éventuellement (voir également l article 24 du règlement). 10/ La publicité à l extérieur du stand n est admise qu aux conditions déterminées par le C.O. L exposant est tenu de retirer sans délai et à la demande du C.O. son affichage publicitaire non conforme aux normes déterminées par le C.O. Il n est pas autorisé de mentionner des noms de distributeurs sur les parois extérieures du stand. DOSSIER TECHNIQUE 11/ L exposant aura accès au dossier technique en ligne après la sélection et tenant compte des articles 6 et 9. Les différents services y sont repris. 6/ The application for selection shall not be taken into consideration until after receipt of the deposit of 1/4 of the stand charge. 7/ Applications in writing must be sent to: Biennale Interieur, Groeningestraat 37, B-8500 Kortrijk, Belgium. 8/ The O.C. has the final decision on the full or conditional acceptance of the application for selection in accordance with the provisions in these regulations. 9/ The attribution of the stands will take place within the shortest time possible following approval by the Selection Committee. In locating stands, the wishes of the exhibitor shall be met as fully as possible. The O.C., however, has the right to determine the site of the stand and, if necessary, to alter it (see par. 24 of the regulations). 10/ Advertising on the outside of the stands is permitted only under the terms of the O.C. Advertising that does not conform to these terms must be removed by the exhibitor himself upon request of the O.C. It is not permitted to display names of dealers on external stand walls.

Alle aansluitingen van water, elektriciteit e.d. worden slechts gegarandeerd na volledige betaling van alle uitstaande bedragen. 13/ Een ondergrondse elektriciteitsleiding is aangebracht. Het is aan iedere exposant toegelaten zijn eigen installatie (conform de officiële veiligheidsvoorschriften) met schakelkast en zekeringen hierop in te schakelen. De aansluiting zelf echter kan alleen door een elektricien, aangeduid door het I.C., uitgevoerd worden. De kosten van deze aansluiting alsook van het elektriciteitsverbruik vallen ten laste van de exposant. Voor het in werking stellen van sterkverbruikende elektrische motoren of installaties moet met het I.C. vooraf een afzonderlijke regeling getroffen worden. EXPOSANTENBADGES 14/ ledere exposant ontvangt badges voor eigen gebruik. In geval van misbruik kunnen deze worden teruggeëist. INTERIEUR 2014 zal iedere dag, ook op zondag, toegankelijk zijn. ÉCLAIRAGE / FORCE MOTRICE / EAU / GAZ /TÉLÉPHONE 12/ Toute demande de raccordement doit être adressée au C.O. via le dossier technique. Tous les raccordements d eau, d électricité et autres ne seront assurés qu après le règlement intégral de toutes les factures. 13/ Une conduite d électricité souterraine a été installée. Tout exposant est libre d y brancher sa propre installation (conforme aux normes de sécurité officielles) avec tableau et fusibles. Cependant, le raccordement même ne pourra se faire que par un électricien choisi par le C.O. Les frais de raccordement et de consommation de courant sont à la charge de l exposant. Pour la mise en marche de moteurs ou d installations électriques consommant beaucoup de courant, I exposant s arrangera à l avance avec le C.O. BADGES EXPOSANTS 14/ Chaque exposant reçoit des badges pour son usage personnel. En cas d abus, les badges peuvent être réclamés. INTERIEUR 2014 sera ouvert tous les jours, y compris le dimanche. LIGHTING / POWER /WATER / GAS / TELEPHONE 12/ All requests for connections must be submitted through the technical manual and returned to the O.C. All connections of services such as water, electricity etc., can only be guaranteed after full payment of all outstanding charges. 13/ An under-floor electricity mains is available in the halls. Each exhibitor can connect his own installation (if conform to the official safety rules) with a switchbox and fuses. The connection must be executed by the officially appointed electrician. The cost of this connection, as well as the electricity consumption, is at the expense of the exhibitor. For the use of high-consumption units a separate agreement must be made with the O.C. PASSES 14/ Every exhibitor will receive badges for his own use. In case of misuse, these badges can be withdrawn. INTERIEUR 2014 will be open every day, including Sundays. CATALOGUS / PUBLICITEIT 15/ ledere exposant is verplicht in te schrijven op minimum 1 pagina publiciteit per merk in de catalogus. Bij een plug and play eiland is de kostprijs voor deze pagina begrepen in de totaalprijs. Het benodigde materiaal tot samenstelling van deze pagina s moet uiterlijk tegen 1 juli 2014 bij het I.C. ingediend worden. De lay-out van de pagina s publiciteit dient overeen te stemmen met de lay-out door het I.C. vooropgesteld (zie technisch dossier). Bij niet-tijdig indienen heeft het I.C. het recht vrij te beschikken over die oppervlakte in de catalogus. In dit geval kan de exposant geen enkele terugvordering van reeds betaalde bedragen laten gelden, noch weigeren de nog verschuldigde bedragen te betalen. Het I.C. kan geenszins verantwoordelijk gesteld worden voor gebeurlijke zet- en drukfouten, niettegenstaande zij met de grootste zorg toezicht houdt op de correctie van de catalogus. CATALOGUE / PUBLICITÉ 15/ Chaque exposant est tenu de souscrire à 1 page de publicité au minimum par marque dans le catalogue. Pour les exposants qui choisissent un îlot plug and play, le coût de cette page est déjà compris dans le prix total. Le matériel nécessaire à la composition de ces pages doit être remis au C.O. avant le 1 juillet 2014 au plus tard. La mise en page de cette publicité doit être conforme à celle admise par le C.O. (voir le dossier technique). En cas de retard, le C.O. a le droit de disposer librement de cet emplacement dans le catalogue. Dans ce cas, l exposant ne pourra réclamer les sommes déjà payées ou refuser de payer les sommes dues. Bien que le C.O. contrôle avec le plus grand soin les corrections du catalogue, celui-ci n est nullement responsable d éventuelles fautes de composition et d imprimerie. CATALOGUE / ADVERTISING 15/ Each exhibitor must subscribe to at least 1 page of advertising per trade name. Exhibitors using the plug and play option have this page included in the total charge. The material required for these advertising pages must be sent to the O.C. by 1 July 2014 at the latest. The layout of these pages must conform to the layout suggested by the O.C. (see technical manual). In case the material does not reach the O.C. in time, the latter has the right to dispose of the advertising pages. The exhibitor is not entitled to re-claim any previous payment, nor can he refuse further payment. The O.C. cannot be held liable for any printing mistakes. It will, however, arrange for very careful proofing of the catalogue.

12 interieur OcTOBER KORTRIJK XPO - BELGIUM VERZEKERING 16/ De exposanten worden ten zeerste aangespoord hun materialen en goederen passend te verzekeren en ook andere risico s te dekken o.a. all risk-verzekering, burgerlijke verantwoordelijkheid t.o.v. derden, ongevallen op de werf, transport van goederen, enz. 17/ Iedere exposant is verplicht op de stand over een eigen blusapparaat te beschikken, waarvan de capaciteit berekend is volgens de oppervlakte van de stand. Controle hierover wordt door de brandweer uitgeoefend. VERANTWOORDELIJKHEID VAN DE EXPOSANTEN EN VAN HET I.C. 18/ Het I.C. kan onder geen enkel beding verantwoordelijk worden gesteld voor schade aangebracht aan deelnemers, personen en goederen door ongeval, regen, diefstal, brand of welkdanige andere schade, wat er ook de oorzaken mogen van zijn. De exposanten zijn verantwoordelijk tegenover het I.C. en tegenover derden voor schade of ongevallen veroorzaakt door henzelf, door hun inrichting of personeel, aan de gebouwen, aan eigen goederen en aan andere exposanten en hun goederen of aan bezoekers en hun goederen. ASSURANCES 16/ Le C.O. insiste auprès des exposants pour qu ils prennent des assurances qui couvrent suffisamment leur matériel, marchandises et autres risques (e. a. assurance all-risk, responsabilité civile envers des tiers, accidents de chantier, transport de matériel, ). 17/ Chaque exposant doit disposer sur le stand de son propre extincteur dont la capacité est calculée en fonction de la surface du stand. Le service d incendie veillera au contrôle de ces mesures. RESPONSABILITÉ DES EXPOSANTS ET DU C.O. 18/ Le C.O. n est sous aucun prétexte responsable des dégâts causés aux participants, personnes ou biens par accident, pluies, vol, incendie, ainsi que de tout autre dégât, quelles qu en soient les causes. Les exposants sont responsables envers le C.O. et envers les tiers des dégâts ou accidents, causés par eux-mêmes, par leur installation ou personnel, aux bâtiments, à leurs propres biens ou à d autres exposants et leurs biens, ou à des visiteurs et leurs biens. INSURANCE 16/ The O.C. strongly recommends exhibitors to take out appropriate insurance to cover any damage to their goods and materials, as well as insurance against other risks, e.g. all-risk insurance, third party liability, industrial accidents, transport of goods, etc. 17/ Each exhibitor must have a fire-extinguisher on his stand, the capacity of which must be appropriate to the size of the stand. This will be checked by the fire brigade. RESPONSABILITIES OF THE EXHIBITORS AND OF THE O.C. 18/ The O.C. cannot be held liable for any damage suffered by participants, persons and goods caused by accidents, rain, theft or any other damage, whatever the causes may be. Exhibitors are liable to the O.C. and to third parties for damage or accidents caused by themselves, their installation or employees, to the building, to their own goods and to other exhibitors and their goods or to visitors and their goods. OPBOUW EN ONTRUIMING 19/ De opbouw en de decoratie van de standen wordt volledig overgelaten aan het initiatief van iedere exposant, mits de goedkeuring door het I.C. van de ingestuurde plannen van de stand. De exposanten moeten de toegewezen oppervlakte strikt respecteren. Standelementen in gangpaden en/of uitstekende plafonds of verlichtingsarmaturen worden niet toegestaan. Om veiligheidsredenen mag er geen verpakkingsmateriaal worden opgeslagen achter de standen. Als vloerbekleding zijn losse materialen zoals rubberkorrels, zand, aarde e.d. in toegankelijke en betreedbare zones niet toegestaan. Bij eventuele overlast zullen de materialen zonodig verwijderd en opgekuist worden op kosten van de exposant. 20/ Iedere deelnemer moet met eigen middelen en op eigen kosten en verantwoordelijkheid, zorgen voor het aanbrengen en het terughalen van het materiaal en de tentoongestelde producten. Niet opgeruimde verpakking, vuilnis, afval, etc. zal zonodig weggehaald worden op kosten van de exposant tegen 50 / m³. AMÉNAGEMENT ET DÉMONTAGE 19/ Chaque exposant est totalement libre d aménager et de décorer son stand à sa guise, à condition que le C.O. ait approuvé les plans des stands envoyés. Les exposants doivent respecter strictement les surfaces attribuées. Des éléments de stands et/ou des plafonds ou des armatures pour les luminaires dépassant au-dessus des passages ou des couloirs ne seront pas admis. Pour des raisons de sécurité, le matériel de conditionnement ne pourra être stocké à l arrière des stands. Les matériaux meubles, tels des grains de caoutchouc, du sable, de la terre et autres ne seront pas admis en tant que revêtement de sol dans les zones ouvertes et accessibles. En cas de nuisance, les matériaux seront enlevés et nettoyés aux frais de l exposant. 20/ Chaque participant doit amener et enlever son matériel ainsi que les produits exposés par ses propres moyens et à ses frais et sous sa propre responsabilité. Tout emballage, déchet etc. qui n ont pas été débarrassés seront, si nécessaire, enlevés aux frais de l exposant à 50 / m³. BUILD-UP AND BREAKDOWN 19/ After approval by the O.C., the construction and the decoration of the stand is entirely left to each exhibitor s initiative. Exhibitors must strictly adhere to the space that is allocated to them. No part of their stand, such as extended ceilings or lighting elements, may protrude into the gangways. For reasons of safety, no packaging material may be stored behind the stands. Loose materials, such as rubber granules, earth or sand, may not be used for flooring in areas that are accessible to visitors. In case of any resulting nuisance, such materials will be removed and cleaning costs will be charged to the offending exhibitor. 20/ Each participant is required to transport his materials and exhibited goods at his own expense and risk. All packaging, rubbish, waste etc. that has not been tidied away, if necessary, will be charged to the exhibitor at 50 / m³.

13 21/ Aan de opbouw en afbraak van de standen kan gewerkt worden respectievelijk 7 kalenderdagen vóór en 3 kalenderdagen na de manifestatie. Alle standen moeten afgewerkt zijn daags vóór de opening: op 16 oktober 2014 tegen 14 uur. Details en exacte data volgen in het technisch dossier. Er mag doorgewerkt worden tijdens het weekend. De deelnemers mogen hun stand bezetten op voorwaarde dat de volledige standplaatsvergoeding en deelname aan de catalogus bij voorbaat samen met alle andere facturen vereffend zijn. 22/ De plannen van de standinrichting moeten aan het I.C. overgemaakt worden tegen uiterlijk 1 juli Zolang het I.C. niet over deze plannen beschikt mag niet aangevangen worden met de inrichting van de stand. 21/ Les dates pour l aménagement et le démontage des stands sont de 7 jours calendrier avant le début de la manifestation et de 3 jours calendrier après la clôture de l exposition. Tous les stands devront être achevés la veille de l ouverture : le 16 octobre 2014 à 14 heures. Les dates exactes et plus de détails suivront dans le dossier technique. Les monteurs pourront continuer pendant le weekend. Les participants peuvent occuper leur stand à condition que la totalité des montants du coût du stand, de la participation au catalogue et éventuellement d autres factures soient entièrement acquittées. 22/ Les plans du stand doivent être présentés au C.O. avant le 1 juillet 2014, dernier délai. Aucune construction de stand ne peut être entreprise avant que le C.O. n ait pris connaissance de ces plans. 21/ Construction and dismantling of the stand may take place respectively 7 calendar days before and 3 calendar days after the exhibition. All stands must be completed by 2 pm on the day before the opening: full details and the exact dates will be provided in the technical manual. Work may continue during the weekend. The exhibitors are not allowed to occupy their stands unless the full amount of the stand charge, the catalogue, website advertisements and any other invoices have been paid. 22/ Plans for the stand must be submitted to the O.C. by 1 July 2014 at the latest. Construction of the stand may not be started unless the plans have been received and approved by the O.C.. 23/ De exposanten zijn ertoe gehouden hun standen te plaatsen en weg te nemen zonder schade aan te richten aan de bestaande infrastructuur van de tentoonstellingsgebouwen. 23/ Les exposants sont tenus de placer et d enlever leurs stands sans causer de dommages à l infrastructure existante des bâtiments d exposition. 23/ While constructing or dismantling their stands, the exhibitors must not damage the existing infrastructure of the exhibition building. 24/ Teneinde de goede orde te bewaren kan het I.C., zonder daartoe de reden te moeten aanhalen, om het even welke stand doen verplaatsen ofwel nieuwe standplaatsen inschakelen of inrichten, of zelfs de stand doen ontruimen indien de tentoongestelde producten niet aanvaard worden door het S.C.. 25/ De exposanten zijn ertoe gehouden geen geluidsoverlast (muziek e.d.) te veroorzaken. Indien het I.C. geluidsoverlast vaststelt (hoger dan 75 db), dan heeft zij het recht onmiddellijk de geluidsbron te laten neutraliseren of uit de stand te laten verwijderen op kosten van de exposant. 26/ Tijdens de volledige duur van de Biënnale (17-26/10/2014) is het strikt verboden de nooduitgangen te misbruiken als in- of uitgang. De voorziene doorgangen tussen de standen naar de nooduitgangen moeten steeds worden vrijgehouden en mogen onder geen beding worden ingenomen door standelementen of eventuele activiteiten van aangrenzende exposanten. BETALING 27/ De betaling van de totale standplaatsvergoeding gebeurt in maximaal drie termijnen: 24/ Pour maintenir l ordre et sans être obligé d en donner la raison, le C.O. peut faire déplacer n importe quel stand ou créer de nouveaux emplacements, voire faire évacuer le stand si les produits exposés ne sont pas acceptés par le Comité de Sélection. 25/ Les exposants sont tenus de ne pas causer de nuisances sonores (musique et/ou autres). Si le C. O. constate des nuisances sonores (excédant les 75 db), il se réserve le droit de neutraliser ou de faire enlever immédiatement la source sonore, aux frais de l exposant. 26/ Il est strictement interdit d utiliser les sorties de secours comme porte d entrée ou de sortie durant toute la période de la Biennale (17-26/10/2014). Les passages prévus entre les stands menant vers les sorties de secours doivent toujours être accessibles et ne peuvent en aucun cas être obstrués par des éléments de stand ou d éventuelles activités d exposants voisins. PAIEMENT 27/ Le paiement du montant total du coût des stands se règle en trois termes maximum: 24/ In order to maintain general standards, the O.C. can relocate any stand, include or introduce new stands, or even order the evacuation of a stand in the event products on display are disallowed by the Selection Committee. 25/ Exhibitors are required to avoid any excessive noise (music etc.). In case of noise pollution in excess of 75 db, the O.C. is entitled to immediately neutralise the offending source or remove it from the stand and charge any costs to the exhibitor. 26/ For the duration of the Biennale (17-26/10/2014), the use of emergency exits as entrances or exits is strictly forbidden. The passages to the emergency exits that are provided between the stands must always be kept clear and may not be used for stand elements or other activities of exhibitors. PAYMENT 27/ Payment of the total stand charge is limited to three instalments:

14 interieur OcTOBER KORTRIJK XPO - BELGIUM 1/4 tegelijkertijd met de inzending van de aanvraag tot selectie. 1/4 binnen de maand na de aanvaarding van de aanvraag door het S.C., en ten laatste tegen 15 augustus saldo van 1/2 ten laatste tegen 15 augustus Slechts indien elke respectievelijke betaling tijdig is gebeurd, kunnen de standen als definitief toegekend beschouwd worden. Als dit niet gebeurd is kan het I.C. vrij over de standoppervlakte beschikken, zonder verplicht te zijn enige voorafgaande verwittiging toe te sturen. Hierdoor verliest de betrokkene elk recht op standruimte en blijven alle gestorte sommen eigendom van het I.C.. 28/ De in het technisch dossier opgesomde diensten zullen per factuur aangerekend worden, die verrekend moeten zijn vóór 1 september De bestellingen ontvangen na 1 september 2014 zullen hoe dan ook het voorwerp uitmaken van een tariefverhoging met 50 %. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES / FORCE MAJEURE / DISPUTES 31/ In all cases for which no provision is made in these regulations, the final decision rests with the O.C.. 32/ Mochten de economische toestand, weersomstandigheden, oorlog, of gelijk welke reden of geval van heirkracht het houden van INTERIEUR 2014 onmogelijk maken, dan kan geen enkele aanvrager op eender welke schadevergoeding aanspraak maken. 33/ Voor elke betwisting zal alleen de Rechtbank van Kortrijk bevoegd zijn. In geval van betwisting is enkel de Nederlandstalige tekst rechtsgeldig. 32/ Si des circonstances économiques, climatologiques, de guerre, ou tout autre cas de force majeure empêchent l exposition Interieur d avoir lieu, aucun souscripteur ne peut faire valoir des droits à des dommages et intérêts. 33/ Pour tout différend, seul le Tribunal de Courtrai sera compétent. En cas de différend, seul le texte néerlandais est valable en droit. 32/ Should INTERIEUR 2014 not be able to take place because of economic conditions, weather, war, or because of any other force majeure, no applicant is entitled to any compensation or indemnification. 33/ Disputes, if any, shall be settled within the jurisdiction of the Court in Kortrijk. In case of dispute, only the Dutch text of the regulations shall be legally valid.

Les Industry Days, les lundi 20 et mardi 21 octobre, proposeront un programme orienté vers les professionnels du design. The Biennale INTERIEUR 2014 will return to a 10-day programme, starting with the opening day on Friday October 17th reserved for design professionals, followed by a festive opening weekend. The industry days will take place on Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st October 2014 and feature a varied programme aimed especially at design industry professionals.
