Wat zou er gebeuren als Gly gebruikt zou worden (in plaats van Boc Gly en Gly Bzl) en zou reageren met DCC en N hydroxysuccinimide onder dezelfde omstandigheden? Kleurstoffen en medicijnen (18 punten, 30 minuten) Een enorme variëteit aan aromatische verbindingen kan gesynthetiseerd worden door combinatie van elektrofiele aromatische substitutie, nucleofiele aromatische substitutie en aromatische koppelingsreacties. In de nitrering van tolueen en methylbenzoaat wordt de regioselectiviteit bepaald door een combinatie van inductieve, sterische en mesomere (=resonantiestructuren) effecten. a) Welk(e) hoofdproduct(en) ontstaan bij nitrering van tolueen en methylbenzoaat? Licht uw antwoord toe door resonantiestructuren te tekenen en bij elke tekening inductieve/sterische effecten te bespreken.
