Vermijdt onnodige complexiteit. 2. Blijf weg van monolithische integratie, denk horizontaal. 3. Denk niet in splendid isolation, denk in ketens. 4. You cannot manage what you do not measure, meten is weten. 5. Duurzaamheid is relevant SLA, geef het voorbeeld. 6. Maak kosten/baten analyse voor de ICT investeringen. 7. Creëer een governance model voor de ICT infra en de gebruikers. 8. Centraliseer => consolideer => virtualiseer => clouds (?) 9. Laat je niet gek door leveranciers. 10. Vermijdt implementatie bedrijf-specifieke oplossingen, denk in industry frameworks, standaarden en oplossingen. Centraal tenzij of decentraal tenzij? 6
