Karakteristieken van het SE-BIM informatiemodel 1. Uitgedrukt in triples(rdf systematiek: subject-relatie-object) 2. Entiteiten geordend in een taxonomie (incl. overerving en multi-classificatie) 3. Relaties (binair, voorzien van reverse name) gebaseerd ISO 15926 4. Mogelijkheid tot gebruik subsets en nadere specificatie kardinaliteiten (via Informatie Leverings Specificatie ILS) 5. Ontwikkeld als instantie model (concrete project data), opgeleverd als klasse model 6. Model beschikbaar in Excel en in de vocabulaire van RDF/OWL, gecodeerd in RDF-XML.
