Er is echter nog geen vertaling beschikbaar, zodat wij de landeneisen nog niet definitief kunnen aanpassen. Tot dat er een officiële vertaling beschikbaar is, zullen wij volgens dit document inspecteren en certificeren. Dit zou tot problemen aan de Turkse grens kunnen leiden. Algemene eisen Certificaat vereist voor: alle zaden. Voor proefzendingen (seed samples) geldt naast onderstaande bijschrijving: This material meets the provisions of the Communiqué (No: 2014/59) for the plants, plant products, other substances and harmful organisms during the entrance and / movement in the country for scientific study, trial and breeding purposes. Uitgezonderd hiervan zijn: zaden voor demonstratiedoeleinden. Invoerverbod: er zijn geen invoerverboden voor zaaizaden. Overige voorschriften: De afgifte van het fytosanitair certificaat dient de vrijheid van de nader te noemen ziekten en plagen te waarborgen. Waarmerken van het certificaat is slechts mogelijk indien aan de betekenis van de vermelde coderingen is voldaan. (Dus geen bijschrijvingen anders dan deze bij Bijschrijvingen vermeld zijn). Capsicum annuum: The seeds are free from Xanthomonas vesicatoria (XI). Citrullus lanatus: The seeds are free from Acidovorax avenae subsp. citrulli (= Pseudomonas pseudocalligenes subsp. Citrulli, II). 41.1 Gossypium sp.: The place of production have been observed during the last complete vegetation cyclus and a representative sample have been tested and found free from Glomorella gossypii (III) and Phymatotrichum omnivorum (V). The material has been acid delinted and cleaned. 57. Helianthus annuus: a. They have originated in areas known to be free from Plasmopara halstedii (IX) b. The seeds obtained from varieties other than those known to be resistant to all varieties of Plasmopara halstedii (IX) have been subjected to an appropriate treatment against this harmful organism. Lactuca sativa: The seed samples are free from lettuce mosaic virus (I) when checked according to the index and test processes. 58. Lycopersicon esculentum: The seeds have been obtained by an appropriate acid extraction method. EN: a. They have been obtained from areas known to be free from Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. Michiganensis (IX), Xanthomonas campestris pv vesicatoria (IX) and Potato spindle tuber pospiviroid (XI). b. No symptoms of diseases caused by the mentioned harmful organisms have been observed in production area during the last vegetation period. c. The seeds have been subjected to official tests with respect to the mentioned harmful organisms and this test has been conducted using acceptable methods on a representative sample and the seeds have been found free from these organisms. 59.1 Medicago sativa: a. No indication of Ditylenchus dipsaci (IX) have been observed in the production area since the start of the last vegetation period (during the whole period) EN: It has been found free from Ditylenchus dipsaci (IX) according to the laboratory tests conducted on a representative sample. b. Fumigation has been carried out prior to export. 59.2 Voor zaden afkomstig uit landen waar Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. insidiosus voorkomt: pagina 5 van 7
a. Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. insidiosus (IX) have not existed in the production area and its vicinity since the last decade. b. The plants belong to varieties highly resistant to Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. insidiosus (IX). When the seed was harvested it had not started 4-th vegetation from the sowing period and no other seed had been taken before seed harvest. Quantity of non-living matter in alfalfa seed does not exceed 0.1% in weight. AND c. No indications of Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. insidiousus (IX) have been observed in the production area or no indications have been observed in alfalfa in the near vicinity in the last vegetation period. AND d. alfalfa had not been raised in the area during the three years before sowing. 60. Oryza sativa: a. The seeds have been found free from Aphelenchoides besseyi (XI) as a result of an appropriate nematological test. b. The seeds have been subjected to an appropriate hot water treatment or other appropriate treatment against Aphelenchoides besseyi (XI). 61. Phaseolus vulgaris: The consignment complies with Decree No. 28131, published on 3 december 2011, annex IV, item 61 a or b, a. originates from areas known to be free from Xanthomonas campestris pv. phaseoli b. a representative sample have been tested and found free from Xanthomonas campestris pv. phaseoli Pinus sp.: The seeds are from a country that is free from Gibberella circinata (X). The seeds have been grown during the complete vegetation cycle in the area free from Gibberella circinata (X) established by the national plant protection organisation in the country of origin. (gebied vermelden bij origine) No symptoms of Gibberella circinata (X) have been observed in the official inspections made at the place of production within the two year period before exportation and have been subjected to tests immediately before exportation. Pisum sativum: The seeds are taken from a crop which has been inspected during active growth and found free from any symptoms of Pseudomonas syringae pv. pisi (I) and the seeds are free from pea seed-borne mosaic virus (IV). Quercus sp.: The seeds are free from Endothia parasitica (III) and Cronartium quercuum (III) 63.1 Triticum, Secale, Triticum x Secale: Origine Afghanistan, Brazilië, India, Iran, Iraq, Mexico, Nepal, Palistan, Zuid-Afrika en de Verenigde Staten waar Tilletia indica voorkomt. pagina 6 van 7
The seeds originate in an area where Tilletia indica (VI) is known not to occur; the naam van het gebied moet worden vermeld op het fytosanitair certificaat. Ulmus sp. en Zelkova sp.: The seeds are free from Ceratocystis ulmi (V). 62. Zea mays: a. The seeds originate in areas known to be free from Panthoea (Erwinia) stewartii (XI). b. A representative sample has been tested and found free from Panthoea (Erwinia) stewartii (XI).
