Koersdirecteur: Gunther Valgaeren, de Merodedreef 71B te 2260 Westerlo E-mail: gunther_valgaeren@hotmail.com - Gsm: +32 474 38 79 69 De wedstrijd wordt georganiseerd onder de reglementen van de UCI en wordt verreden op zondag 5 juni 2016. Artikel 2: Type wedstrijd De wedstrijd is UCI-klasse 1.2 Dames Elite. Ze is tevens de zesde wedstrijd van de Lotto Cycling Cup 2016, een regelmatigheidscriterium van UCI 1.1- en 1.2-wedstrijden. De reglementen van deze Lotto Cycling Cup 2016 zijn daardoor ook onverminderd van toepassing op de wedstrijd. In overeenstemming met de UCI-reglementen worden de volgende punten toegekend: 1 40 6 8 2 30 7 6 3 16 8 3 4 12 9 2 5 10 10 1

Artikel 3: Deelname Volgens artikel 2.1.005 van het UCI-reglement is de wedstrijd open voor de volgende ploegen: UCI-dames eliteploegen, nationale ploegen, regionale ploegen, club- en mixploegen. Volgens artikel 2.2.003 is het aantal rensters per ploeg vastgesteld op 7. Dat betekent ook dat ploegen met minder dan 5 rensters niet mogen starten. Artikel 4: Permanentie De permanentie bevindt zich in de raadzaal (1 ste verdieping) van het gemeentehuis, Kerkstraat 1 te Herselt en is geopend op zondag 5 juni 2016 vanaf 10.30 u tot 19.00 u. De bevestiging van de deelneemsters en het afhalen van de rugnummers door de ploegverantwoordelijken gebeurt op zondag 5 juni 2016 van 11.30 u tot 12.45 u. De ploegleidersvergadering (briefing) wordt georganiseerd volgens artikel 1.2.087 van de UCI-reglementen, in aanwezigheid van het college van commissarissen, en vindt plaats op zondag 5 juni 2016 om 13.00 u in de raadzaal (1 ste verdieping) van het gemeentehuis. Tekenen controleblad en voorstelling van de ploegen: podium aan de aankomst van 13.45 u tot 14.45 u. Artikel 5: Radio Tour De wedstrijdinformatie wordt uitgezonden op kanaal 2, frequentie 160.10625 MHz. Artikel 6: Neutrale wagens De neutrale technische assistentie wordt verzekerd door MAVIC met 2 wagens en 1 moto. Artikel 7: Tijdslimiet Elke renster die de aankomstlijn overschrijdt met een achterstand van meer dan 8% van de totaaltijd van de winnares, wordt niet in de uitslag opgenomen. Die tijdslimiet kan door het college van commissarissen in samenspraak met de organisator, verhoogd worden in geval van uitzonderlijke omstandigheden. (artikel 2.3.039 van het UCI-reglement) Artikel 8: Klassementen Het volgende klassement wordt gehanteerd: individueel per tijd. Bijkomende klassementen: Bergprijs (GPM): Er wordt gespurt voor de bergprijs in de twee grote ronden op de top van de Kapittelberg en bij de vijfde passage aan de finish op de top van de Molenberg. Die bergspurten zijn ook duidelijk aangegeven in de wegwijzer van de wedstrijd. De eerste drie rensters bij elke bergspurt vergaren punten: 5 punten, 3 punten en 1 punt. Bij gelijkheid van punten worden de volgende criteria gebruikt om het klassement op te maken: 1. het aantal eerste plaatsen in de bergspurten; 2. de wedstrijduitslag. De renster moet wel de wedstrijd binnen de tijdslimiet beëindigen.

Tussenspurten (rushes): Bij de tweede, vierde en zesde passage aan de finish wordt er een tussenspurt betwist. Die spurten zijn ook duidelijk aangegeven in de wegwijzer van de wedstrijd. De eerste drie rensters bij elke tussenspurt vergaren punten: 5 punten, 3 punten en 1 punt. Bij gelijkheid van punten worden de volgende criteria gebruikt om het klassement op te maken: 1. het aantal eerste plaatsen in de tussenspurten; 2. de wedstrijduitslag. De renster dient wel de wedstrijd binnen de tijdslimiet te beëindigen. Artikel 9: Prijzen De prijzen worden uitbetaald door de Koninklijke Belgische Wielrijdersbond. Bergklassement: 1 125,00 2 75,00 3 50,00 Rushklassement: 1 125,00 2 75,00 3 50,00 Aan de wedstrijd is dus een totaal van 2 145,00 ( 1 645,00 + 2 x 250,00) aan geldprijzen verbonden. Artikel 10: Antidoping Het antidopingreglement van de UCI is van toepassing. Daarenboven, en conform de wetten van de Vlaamse Gemeenschap, is ook de Belgische en Vlaamse antidopingwetgeving van toepassing. De antidopingcontrole vindt plaats in het gemeentehuis (gelijkvloers), Kerkstraat 1 te Herselt. Artikel 11: Huldiging Naast de eerste drie rensters van de wedstrijd (artikel 1.2.112), de dagwinnares van het bergklassement en de dagwinnares van het rushklassement, moeten ook de nieuwe leidsters in de verschillende algemene klassementen van de Lotto Cycling Cup 2016 zich aanbieden voor de huldiging, zijnde de leidsters in: - het algemene individuele klassement; - het algemene bergklassement; - het algemene rushklassement; - het algemene jongerenklassement (U23). De betrokken rensters worden binnen de 10 minuten na hun aankomst aan het podium verwacht. (zie: artikel 1.2.113)

Melchior AVONDS Speaker Radio Tour: Dhr. André VANLINT Artikel 14: Kleedkamers en parking De kleedkamers voor de rensters bevinden zich in het Vrijetijdscentrum De Mixx, Asbroek 1 te Herselt. Elke ploeg zal een kleedkamer toegewezen krijgen, die gezamenlijk met enkele andere ploegen zal moeten worden gedeeld. Ploegleiders en rensters dienen te parkeren op de parking van het VTC De Mixx. Er zullen wegwijzers geplaatst worden om iedereen naar de juiste parking te leiden. Officials kunnen parkeren op het kerkplein voor het gemeentehuis, Kerkstraat 1 te Herselt. Artikel 15: Start en aankomst De startopstelling van de rensters vindt plaats aan de aankomst op de Molenberg, ter hoogte van het podium. Er zal gezorgd worden voor een corridor zodat rensters steeds achteraan zullen kunnen aansluiten. De rensters dienen startklaar te zijn om 14.55 uur. De ploegleiders stellen hun ploegwagens voor de start op in de Wolfsdonksesteenweg aan de voet van de Molenberg. HOE DE STARTZONE BEREIKEN? OPSTELLING PLOEGLEIDERSWAGENS Bij de aankomst is er een afleiding voorzien voor alle ploegwagens zonder geldig doorlatingbewijs A. Zij zullen 750 m vóór de aankomst via Mottaart worden afgeleid en kunnen via deze weg onmiddellijk doorrijden (3 km) naar de kleedkamers in het VTC De Mixx. (pijlen volgen) Ploegleiders die naar de huldiging komen, verlaten na 1,8 km de afleidingsroute en komen via de Molenbergstraat opnieuw de Molenberg opgereden. AFLEIDING NAAR PODIUMCEREMONIE

Artikel 16: Medische assistentie De wedstrijd zal worden gevolgd door een ziekenwagen van het Rode Kruis en een dokter in een aparte volgwagen. Tevens zal er een vaste hulppost ingericht worden in de Wolfsdonksesteenweg 73, net voorbij de aankomstlijn. Indien overbrenging naar een ziekenhuis tijdens of na de wedstrijd nodig zou zijn, dan zal dat naar één van de volgende nabijgelegen ziekenhuizen gebeuren: Herentals AZ St.-Elisabeth, Nederrij 133, 2200 Herentals - Tel.: +32 14 24 61 11 Geel AZ St.-Dimpna Geel, J.B. Alle fotografen en persmensen moeten zich hier aanbieden voor het afhalen van hun accreditatiebadge en hesje. Artikel 18: Parcours Afstand: 116,2 km (2 x 29 km + 6 x 9,7 km) Het volledige parcours is terug te vinden op de website van de Lotto Cycling Cup, www.lottocyclingcup.be, en is vanaf 1 juni volledig uitgezet met pijlen met volgend logo: De organisatie behoudt zich het recht voor om het parcours in laatste instantie nog te wijzigen als zich onvoorziene omstandigheden zouden voordoen. Het is verboden om op bermen, voet- en fietspaden te rijden die zich buiten het parcours bevinden, en die gescheiden worden door boordstenen, bermen, verhogingen of andere fysieke kenmerken. Artikel 19: Milieu Renners en volgers moeten in alle omstandigheden respect tonen ten opzichte van het milieu. Het wegwerpen van afval, drinkbussen en andere objecten is niet toegelaten in de vrije natuur. Er is een wegwerpzone voorzien in de Halfmaanstraat, aangeduid met de borden en. Artikel 20: Aansprakelijkheid van de organisatie De organisatie is niet aansprakelijk voor ongevallen waar de renners of volgers tijdens de wedstrijd het slachtoffer kunnen van worden noch voor de schade aangebracht aan hun bezittingen.

Race director: Gunther Valgaeren, de Merodedreef 71B, 2260 Westerlo E-mail: gunther_valgaeren@hotmail.com - Mobile: +32 474 38 79 69 The race is organized under the regulations of the International Cycling Union. It is to be held on Sunday June 5, 2016. Article 2: Type of event The event is registered as a class 1.2 UCI Women Elite event. It is also the 6 th race of the 2016 Lotto Cycling Cup, a UCI regularity criterion of 1.1 and 1.2 events. The regulations of the 2016 Lotto Cycling Cup are therefore fully applicable to the contest. Article 3: Participation As per article 2.1.005 of the UCI regulations, the event is open to the following teams: UCI Women Elite Teams, National Teams, Regional Teams and Club Teams. Mixed Teams are also allowed to start. As per art. 2.2.003 the number of starting riders per team is set at 7, thus a team may not start with less than 5 riders. Article 4: Permanence The race headquarters shall be open starting Sunday June 5, 2016 from 10:30 am till 7:00 pm in the Town hall (1 st floor), Kerkstraat 1, Herselt. Team representatives are requested to confirm their starters and collect their race numbers at the race headquarters from 11:30 am till 12:45 pm on Sunday June 5, 2016. The team managers' meeting, organized in accordance with article 1.2.087 of the UCI regulations in the presence of the Members of the Commissioners Panel, is scheduled for Sunday June 5, 2016 at 1:00 pm in the boardroom (1 st floor) of the Town hall. Signing starting sheet and teams' presentation: stage platform at the finish from 1:45 pm till 2:45 pm. Article 5: Radio Tour Race information will be broadcast on Radio Tour Channel 2, Freq. 160.10625 Mhz. Article 6: Neutral technical support The technical support service is handled by MAVIC. It is taken care of by means of 2 neutral cars and 1 moto. Article 7: Finishing time limits Any rider finishing in a time exceeding that of the winner by more than 8% shall not be placed. The time limit may, in exceptional circumstances, be increased by the Commissaries' Panel in agreement with the organizer. (Article 2.3.039 of the UCI rules) Article 8: Classifications The following classification will be issued: on time. Additional classifications: Hills classification (GPM) In the first 2 big laps at the top of the Kapittelberg and on the 5 th passage of the finish line at the Molenberg there will be sprinted for the hills classification. They are all marked on the road map. Hill sprint points will be awarded to the first three riders: 5 points, 3 points and 1 point. In the event of a tie, the following criteria shall be applied in order until the riders are separated: 3. the number of first places in the hill sprints; 4. the general individual classification of the race. The rider has to end the race in the time limit.

Intermediate sprint classification Crossing the finish line for the 2 nd, 4 th and 6 th time, an intermediate sprint will be contested. These intermediate sprints are also clearly indicated on the road map. Intermediate sprint points will be awarded to the first three riders: 5 points, 3 points and 1 point. In the event of a tie, the following criteria shall be applied in order until the riders are separated: 3. the number of first places in the intermediate sprints; 4. the general individual classification of the race. The rider has to end the race in the time limit. Article 10: Antidoping The UCI antidoping regulations are entirely applicable to the event. Moreover, and in conformity with the law of the Vlaamse Gemeenschap, the Belgian - Flanders antidoping legislation is applicable in addition to the UCI antidoping regulations. The antidoping tests will take place in the Town hall (ground floor), Kerkstraat 1, 2230 Herselt. Article 11: Awards ceremony Apart from the 3 best riders of the race (art. 1.2.112), the best climber and best sprinter of the race, we also expect the new leaders of the general classifications in Lotto Cycling Cup series, i.e.: - general individual classification; - general hills classification; - general sprint classification; - general U23 classification. The riders must present themselves for protocol ceremony within 10 minutes after crossing the finish line. (see: art. 1.2.113)

Article 12: Penalties The UCI penalty scale is the only one applicable. Each team will be assigned a locker room, which, together with some other teams, will have to be shared. Riders and team cars should park in the parking lots of De Mixx. There will be signs posted. Article 15: Start and finish The starting position of the riders take place in front of the stage at the top of the Molenberg at the height of the stage. A corridor will be installed so that the riders will be able to connect at the back of the peloton. The riders shall be ready to start at 2:55 pm. The team managers will present their team cars for the start-up at the Wolfsdonksesteenweg at the beginning of the Molenberg. HOW TO REACH START-UP ZONE? TEAM CARS ZONE FOR START-UP At the end of the race, a deviation is provided to all team vehicles without valid accreditation "A". They should use this compulsory diversion located at 750 metres before the finish line on the right side of the road. There they shall enter into Mottaart where they can either stop their cars either driving through (3 km) to the changing rooms in De Mixx (following the signs). Team managers who will attend the awards ceremony shall leave the deviation by entering into the Molenbergstraat (after 1.8 km) so they can reach via that way the stage at the finish line. Article 16: Medical assistance The race will be followed by an ambulance of the Red Cross and a doctor s car. Also a permanent aid post set up in a public room at Wolfsdonksesteenweg 73, near the finish line. The responsible for all press: pers@lottocyclingcup.be. Article 18: Circuit Distance: 116,2 km (2 x 29 km + 6 x 9,7 km) Details can be found on the website www.lottocyclingcup.be. The circuit signalisation will be installed from June 1, 2016 with the following signposts: The organization reserves the right to adjust this circuit, if unforeseen circumstances arise. It is forbidden to ride on footpaths, verges and cycle paths which are not on the route and are separated by edges, verges, differences of level or any other physical element. Article 19: Environment The riders and followers must show respect in all circumstances relative to the environment. The disposal of waste, drinking bottles and other objects is not allowed in the great outdoors. In the Halfmaanstraat is a throw away zone which is indicated by the signs and. Article 20: Liability of the organization The organization does not accept any liability for accidents occurring during the race to riders or followers nor for any damage to their properties.
