Nuttige informatie Inentingsbewijs Voor sommige landen zijn inentingen verplicht. Wacht niet te lang om hiervoor een afspraak te maken met uw arts. Informatie landen en ambassades buitenland Alle landen hebben verschillende regels aangaande veiligheid, formaliteiten en procedures. U kan u dus best zo goed mogelijk informeren over het land waar u naartoe reist. Tickets We raden ten sterkste aan om geen non-refundable tickets of bookings te maken alvorens u het visum heeft ontvangen. Verzendingen Er zijn verschillende manieren om uw documenten van en naar een van de traveldocs kantoren te versturen. Zorg ervoor dat u ons steeds de juiste coördinaten heeft doorgegeven. U vindt de locatie van onze kantoren terug op de website. Dossiersamenstelling Traveldocs kan enkel en alleen uw dossier verwerken en een aanvraag indienen bij de ambassade wanneer uw dossier volledig is. Zorg er dus voor dat alle benodigdheden zich in de omslag bevinden en we alle nodige informatie hebben ontvangen via de online aanvraag.
Paspoort Tenminste zes maanden geldig zijn na vervaldatum van het aangevraagde visum. Tenminste twee tegenover elkaar liggende lege pagina bevatten. Hoesjes dienen van het paspoort te worden verwijderd. Visum Applicatie formulier: Surf naar http://in.vfsglobal.be en vul het online Indian Visa form in. Dit formulier wordt dan afgeprint en tweemaal ondertekend. Gelieve bij het invullen van het formulier volgende richtlijnen te volgen: Dat alle gegevens zoals worden vermeld in het paspoort gelijk zijn aan deze ingevuld op het online Indian Visa form. Dat het formulier geen enkele spelfout bevat. Dat alle velden correct worden ingevuld. Pasfoto s: twee recent genomen pasfoto s (50mm x 50mm) genomen met een duidelijk vooraanzicht op een witte achtergrond General Declaration Een originele en ondertekende versie van de General Declaration. Bewijs van verblijf in België Om te bewijzen dat u reeds meer dan twee jaar in belgië woont vereist het consulaat een energierekening van 24 tot en met 27 maanden oud, aanvullend met de huidige maand met hierop vermeld de naam en het adres van de aanvrager. De energierekening mag zijn van elektriciteit, water, vaste telefoonlijn, belastingen of huurovereenkomst. Kopie Belgische identiteitskaart Een kopie van beide zijden van de ID-kaart voor Belgen. Andere nationaliteiten dienen beide zijden van hun verblijfsvergunning bij te voegen. Dit bewijst dat u meer dan twee jaar in België woont.
Garantiebrief Is een brief van de werkgever van de aanvrager. De brief moet het volgende bevatten: Opgemaakt zijn door een Belgisch bedrijf of Belgische vestiging van dat bedrijf. De brief is geadresseerd aan de Ambassade van India in België op volgend adres 217 Chaussee de Vleurgat, 1050 Brussels. Op bedrijfspapier geschreven zijn met vermelding van naam en adres. Vermelding van de functie van de aanvrager in het bedrijf. De naam, geboortedatum en paspoortnummer van de aanvrager vermelden. Het aantal inreizen aangeven, samen met de benodigde duur en de begin- en einddatum. Een vermelden van garantie van het bedrijf garant voor alle onkosten Een stempel van het bedrijf en een handtekening bevatten. Uitnodigingsbrief Dit is een brief van de uitnodigende partij welke dient te bevatten: Op bedrijfspapier geschreven zijn. De brief is geadresseerd aan de Ambassade van India in België op volgend adres 217 Chaussee de Vleurgat, 1050 Brussels. De naam en paspoort details van de aanvrager vermelden. De reden, aantal inreizen en lengte van de reis vermelden. De adres van het te bezoeken bedrijf vermelden. Een stempel van het te bezoeken bedrijf bevatten. Ondertekend zijn. Additional Business form Dit formulier dient te worden uitgeprint, ingevuld en worden ondertekend. New Gen Dec Signed new Gen Dec Authorization form Een originele en ondertekende versie van de Authorization form.
