Van de snijbloem siertakk zijn alle Chrysanthemum, Dianthus, Gerbera, Gypsophila, Orchidaceae (zie register Plantfamilies) uit Thailand, Pelargonium Rosa certificeringsplichtig. Snij bloem waarvan de ondergrondse del niet zijn verwijderd, word gezi als e plant. Vrucht van Malus voor sierdoeleind. Boomkwekerijproduct Inspectie vereist voor Bloemkwekerijproduct, inclusief vrucht van Malus voor sierdoeleind; van de snijbloem zijn alle Chrysanthemum Gypsophila inspectieplichtig. Deze bedrijfsvrijheid moet blijk uit maandelijkse inspecties gedurde 3 maand voorafgaand aan export. De kwekerij die aan bovstaande voldo staan in het register Toegelat bedrijv bol- tuinchrysant Noorweg. De plant moet tevs vrij zijn van Japanse roest, Puccinia horiana. Indi de bedrijv tijds de bovgoemde inspecties vrij zijn van Japanse roest, dan wordt dit aangegev in het register. In dat geval bijschrijving / item 20 b 1 vermeld op het FC. Voor plant afkomstig van bedrijv die niet (minimaal 3 maand) vrij zijn bijschrijving / item 20 b 2 behandeling vermeld. - Cydonia oblanga als onderstam voor Pyrus communis bedoeld om voor dit doel te word gebruikt moet voorzi zijn van e plantpaspoort met de code ZP-b2. Plant bestemd voor opplant van Camellia spp., Kalmia spp., Pieris spp., Rhododdron spp. (m.u.v. R. simsii) Viburnum spp. kom slechts voor export in aanmerking, indi deze afkomstig zijn van kwekerij die opgom zijn in het Register Overzicht leveranciers waardplant P. ramorum Noorweg. Dit moet van elke partij word gecontroleerd, de aanwezigheid van e plantpaspoort zegt niets over de geschiktheid voor export naar Noorweg. Voorwaard om opgom te word in goemd register: - Tijds het groeiseizo voert Naktuinbouw 4 veldinspecties uit op de kwekerij, waarbij ook met name wordt gelet op symptom op afgevall blad. Indi symptom word waargom dan moet er e monster word gom voor onderzoek op P. ramorum in het lab van Naktuinbouw. - de plant moet zijn bemonsterd bij laboratoriumonderzoek zijn vrij bevond van P. ramorum. o Van minimaal 150 plant moet e monster van 2 à 3 blaadjes word gom. o Indi er typische atypische symptom word gevond, dan moet o deze zeker in het monster kom. Afgevall blad met symptom moet in de inspectie / bemonstering word betrokk. Voor de extra veldinspecties bemonstering di exporteurs bij de Naktuinbouw (boomkwekerij@naktuinbouw.nl) e opgave te do van teeltbedrijv waarvan materiaal wordt aangekocht, tevs moet het momt van export word aangegev. - De exportkeuring mag maximaal 2 dag voor certificering hebb plaatsgevond. - Van elke partij moet word gecontroleerd deze afkomstig is van e kwekerij welke is vermeld in het Register Overzicht leveranciers waardplant P. ramorum Noorweg. De aanwezigheid van e plantpaspoort zegt niets over de geschiktheid voor export naar Noorweg - Elke partij, inclusief afgevall blad, moet scherp word geïnspecteerd op typische atypische symptom van P. ramorum. Indi symptom word aangetrf, dan moet hiervan e monster word ingezond naar het lab van Naktuinbouw. Gedurde dit onderzoek met de betreffde partij word vastgelegd. - Goemde plant van niet-nederlandse origine kunn slechts met e reexportcertificaat word geëxporteerd. Het re-exportcertificaat moet vergezeld gaan van e certificaat uit het land van origine, gericht aan de Noorse NPPO. Plant van Fraxinus (m.u.v. zaad), inclusief siertakk met zonder blad, afkomstig uit Canada, China, Japan, Mongolië, Noord Korea, Rusland, Taiwan, Verigde Stat van Amerika Zuid Korea. Op het fytosanitair certificaat uit het land van herkomst moet in de bijschrijving staan vermeld dat de plant afkomstig zijn uit e gebied vrij van Agrilus planipnis. Plant bestemd voor opplant (m.u.v. zaad) met e stamdiameter van meer dan 1 cm op het dikste punt, van: Acer, Aesculus, Alnus, Betula, Carpinus, Castanea, Casuarina, Citrus, Cornus, Corylus, Cotoneaster, Crataegus, Cryptomeria, Fagus, Ficus, Hibiscus, Juglans, Lagerstroemia, Litchi, Malus, Mallotus, Melia, Morus, Platanus, Populus, Prunus, Pyrus, Rosa, Salix, Ulmus, Vaccinium Zanthoxylum, afkomstig uit land waar Anoplophora chinsis voorkomt zoals China, Italië, Filipijn, Indonesië, Japan, Maleisië, Myanmar, Noord Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam Zuid Korea. Uit het fytosanitair certificaat van het land van herkomst moet in blijk dat: the plants have be grown throughout their life or at least the 2 years prior to export, in a place production which is registered and supervised by the national plant inspection service in the country origin and situated in an area recognized as being free from Anoplophora glabripnis by the national plant inspection service in accordance with the relevant International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures. De naam van het gebied moet word goemd in de bijschrijving op het fytosanitair certificaat uit het land van herkomst. Certificeringseis Op het certificaat moet de plaats van invoer (point try) staan vermeld. Invoer is toegestaan via: Oslo, Tønsberg, Kristiansand, Stavanger, Berg, Stjørdal/Trondheim, Tromsø, Bodø Vadsø. Voor niet goemde plaats dit u toestemming te vrag bij de Norwegian Agricultural Inspection Service. Vermeld van niet goemde plaats is verantwoording exporteur.
