Please read through these operation instructions so you will know how to operate your model properly. After you read it, put it away in a safe place for future reference. PRECAUTIONS Avoid exposure of the system to rain or moisture. No user-serviceable parts inside the system. Refer all servicing to a qualified technician only. Handle the wireless system carefully, dropping or other shocks may cause failure. Avoid using the system where it may be subjected to heat, such as direct sunlight, near radiators or other heat sources. Should any liquid be spilt on the system, stop using it immediately. It may be possible to dry the system, but you should have it checked by a qualified technician before using it again. Take care with the main power adapter and lead. If damaged in any way, do not use the system and refer to a qualified technician for repair. Only use the system with the supplied components. Do not attempt to use with any other main power supply adapter. If the is not going to be used for a while, remove the battery to prevent leakage. In the event of electrolyte leakage inside the battery compartment, carefully remove the leakage with a damp cloth. Take care not to get battery electrolyte in contact with your skin, however if it does, wash your hands under a running tap. If electrolyte comes into contact with your eyes, seek medical advice immediately. Only replace the battery with the same or an equivalent type. Please dispose of old batteries in an environmentally friendly manner in accordance with the relevant legislation. Do not use any solvents to clean any part of the wireless system. 3

Move "ON/OFF" switch to "ON" position, "PWR" indic ator will light for one second and then go off. This indicates correct operation. If it doesn't come on, please check the voltage of battery or polarity. If the "PWR" indicator lights red, this indicates the battery power is low. Please replace with a fresh battery. 4
BODYPACK AND HEADSET Operation Push the battery cover on the front of the bodypack as per the diagram above and install a 9V battery, taking care to fit it with the correct polarity. Check the battery by switching the microphone ON. The LED will come foe one second and then go off, this indicates correct operation. If the LED stays on or is dim, this indicates the battery is low and should be changed. If the LED does not come on at all, this indicates the battery is dead and should be changed. You can adjust the volume control on the bodypack until you get the sufficient sound from your speaker. RECEIVER UNIT Operation Switch on the wireless microphone receiver unit by pressing the POWER switch and the POWER light will illuminate to show the receiver unit is working. Raise the aerial to the maximum height. The positioning of the aerial is not critical for performance, ideally it should be fully extended. Switch ON the microphone, checking that the red LED comes on for a second and then goes off. When the microphone is ON, the SIGNAL light will illuminate on the receiver unit. The wireles microphone is now ready for use, adjust the volume and tone levels of your amplifier system as well as the receiver and the bodypack as required. When the wireless microphone is not being used turn OFF the microphone. Note that switching the microphone on and off can cause interference that will be heard if the mic volume level of the amplifier system still set high. 5
SYSTEM INSTALLATION To connect the wireless microphone to your amplifier system refer to the installation diagram above. Using the supplied screened jack-to jack lead, connect from the AF OUT jack socket to the MICROPHONE INPUT socket on your amplifier. Plug the mains power adaptor into a suitable mains socket and plug the lead connector into the DC 12V input socket. 6
TROUBLE SHOOTING The on air indicator does not light up No sound The sound is distorted A howling noise heard from the speakers. The wireless microphone is not turned on. The microphone receiver is not turned on. The microphone receiver is not connected properly. The battery in the wireless microphone is weak. The microphone receiver is not turned on. The connected audio equipment is not turned on. The speakers/headphones. are not connected to the audio equipment. The battery in the wireless microphone is weak. The AUDIO OUT on the receiver is not set correctly. The distance between the wireless microphone and speakers are too close. The battery in the wireless microphone is weak Turn on the wireless microphone Turn on the microphone receiver and the connected audio equipment Turn on the microphone receiver and the connected audio equipment. Replace the battery Turn on the microphone receiver and the connected audio equipment. Turn on the audio equipment. Connect the speakers/headphones Replace the battery. Adjust the volume cotrols. VOORZORGSMAATREGELEN Bewaar de verpakking zodat u indien het apparaat defect is, dit in de originele verpakking kunt opsturen om beschadigingen te voorkomen. Voordat het apparaat in werking wordt gesteld, altijd eerst een deskundige raadplegen indien u niet op de hoogte bent met audio apparatuur. In het apparaat bevinden zich onder spanning staande onderdelen; open daarom NOOIT dit apparaat. Verwijder of plaats een stekker/adaper nooit met natte handen resp. uit en in het stopcontact. Indien het apparaat zo beschadigd is dat inwendige (onder)delen zichtbaar zijn mag de adapter NOOIT in het stopcontact worden geplaatst én het apparaat NOOIT worden ingeschakeld. Neem in dit geval contact op met de dealer. Reparatie aan het apparaat dient te geschieden door resp. een vakman of een deskundige. Sluit het apparaat alléén aan op een 230VAC / 50Hz (geaard)stopcontact, verbonden met een 10-16A meterkastgroep. Toestel niet opstellen in de buurt van warmte bronnen zoals radiatoren etc. en niet op een vibrerende ondergrond plaatsen. Tevens dient u gebruik in een vochtige omgeving te vermijden. Bij onweer altijd de adapter uit het stopcontact halen, zo ook wanneer het apparaat voor een langere tijd niet gebruikt wordt. Als u het apparaat lang niet gebruikt heeft en het weer wil gebruiken kan er condens ontstaan; laat het apparaat eerst op kamertemperatuur komen alvorens het weer in werking te stellen. Apparaat nooit in vochtige ruimten en buiten gebruiken. Om ongevallen in bedrijven te voorkomen moét rekening worden gehouden met de daarvoor geldende richtlijnen en moeten de aanwijzingen/waarschuwingen worden opgevolgd. Het apparaat buiten bereik van kinderen houden. Gebruik geen schoonmaakspray om de regelaars te reinigen. Restanten van deze spray zorgen ervoor dat smeer en stof ophopen in de regelaars. Raadpleeg bij storing te allen tijde een deskundige. Zorg dat uw handen schoon zijn tijdens het gebruik. Gebruik geen overmatige kracht bij het bedienen van de schakelaars en knoppen. Tracht het apparaat niet schoon te maken met chemische oplossingen. Dit kan de lak beschadigen. Gebruik een droge doek om schoon te maken. Laat vocht /vloeistof niet in het systeem binnendringen ivm kortsluiting. 9
Blijf uit de buurt van electronische apparatuur die bromstoringen zouden kunnen veroorzaken. Bij reparatie dienen altijd originele onderdelen te worden gebruikt om onherstelbare beschadigingen en/of ontoelaatbare straling te voorkomen. Schakel eerst het toestel uit voordat u de adapter en/of aansluitsnoeren verwijdert. Deze instructiemarkering wordt weergegeven om u erop te wijzen dat de instructie zeer belangrijk is om te lezen en/of op te volgen. Er mogen géén veranderingen/modificaties worden doorgevoerd ; deze kunnen de CE status te niet doen met alle gevolgen vandien. Tevens vervalt de garantie! DRAADLOZE MICROFOON DRAAI HET BATTERIJVAK OPEN EN PLAATS BATTERIJ POWER LED POWER SCHAKELAAR BATTERIJVAK Bediening Draai het batterijvak open en plaats een 9V batterij ; controleer de polariteit. Wanneer de Power schakelaar op ON wordt gezet brandt de Power led één seconde en gaat dan uit. Als de Led niet aangaat controleer dan de polariteit van de batterij. Wanneer de Led rood blijft branden is de batterij bijna leeg. Vervang de batterij en lever de lege batterij in als chemisch afval. BODYPACK EN HEADSET Bediening Schuif het batterijdeksel in de OPEN positie en plaats een 9V batterij ; controleer de polariteit. Zet de schakelaar in de ON positie. De Led gaat één seconde aan. Als de Led aanblijft of zwak brandt is de batterij bijna leeg. Wanneer de Led helemaal niet aangaat is de batterij dood of controleer de polariteit. Regel met de volumeregelaar het gewenste volume. 11
ONTVANGER Bediening Druk op de POWER schakelaar om de ontvanger in te schakelen en de POWER verlichting gaat aan. Stel de antenne af op de maximale hoogte. Schakel nu de microfoon in en de signaal verlichting op de ontvanger zal gaan branden. Het microfoon systeem is nu klaar voor gebruik, regel de volume en toon in. Wanneer het systeem niet gebruikt wordt dient de microfoon uitgeschakeld te worden. Bij het in-en uitschakelen van de microfoon kan een plop/storing worden gehoord als het volume van de ontvanger te hard staat. INSTALLATIE Installeer het draadloze microfoon systeem zoals hiervoor is weergegeven, sluit de AF-uitgang van de ontvanger aan op de microfoon-ingang van een versterker. Sluit het adaptersnoer aan op de 12V-ingang van de ontvanger en steek de adapter in het stopcontact. Zorg er echter wel voor dat regelaars zijn teruggeregeld alvorens de installatie aan te zetten. NB: Zet de installatie op +/- 1.5 mtr hoogte en niet tegen een muur (+/- 1.5 mtr verwijderd) 12
