1 Belangrijke veiligheidswaarschuwing Brandgevaar door zonnepanelen merk Scheuten Solar model Multisol P6-48, P6-54, P6-60 en P6-66 De Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA) waarschuwt voor zonnepanelen die een (dak)brand kunnen veroorzaken. In Europa zijn circa zonnepanelen geleverd in de periode van augustus 2009 tot februari Er is vast komen te staan dat in deze zonnepanelen brand kan ontstaan. Er zijn in het buitenland ten minste 15 gevallen gemeld van een (dak)brand. De brandgevaarlijke zonne panelen zijn voor de elektrische aansluiting op de achterzijde voorzien van een zogeheten junction box, waarop de aanduiding Solexus en Alrack staat. Deze junction box kent een gebrekkige aansluiting van een kabel op de printplaat die tot elektrische vonken kan leiden, met het gevaar dat andere elementen smelten of in brand vliegen. De kans op brand neemt toe naarmate de zon sterker wordt (lente en zomer) en naarmate de zonnepanelen ouder worden. Neem direct contact op met uw leverancier of installateur die het paneel/de panelen aan u heeft geleverd en/of bij u heeft geïnstalleerd. Om brand te voorkomen dienen de zonne panelen op een veilige manier buiten werking te worden gesteld. Dat kan door de betreffende schakelaar van de speciale groep in de meterkast uit te schakelen, de zekering te verwijderen en de zekeringkap terug te plaatsen. Is uw installatie via een converter en een stekker met het elektriciteitsnet verbonden, dan moet u dit doen door de stekkerverbinding los te nemen volgens de aanwijzingen in de gebruiksaanwijzing. Indien uw installatie op een andere wijze is aangesloten dient u om veiligheidsredenen altijd een installateur in te schakelen. De brandgevaarlijke zonnepanelen zijn van het merk Scheuten Solar model Multisol met de typenummers P6-48, P6-54, P6-60 en P6-66 Verricht nooit zelf technische handelingen en verwijder de zonnepanelen niet zelf, omdat er bij zonnepaneel systemen altijd gevaar is voor een elektrische schok.
