De beschrijving is ten indicatieve titel en naar best vermogen der veilinghouders voor elk paard. 6. Vanaf de toewijzing staan de paarden ten laste van de kopers, alsmede onder hun verantwoordelijkheid. De verkoper en niet de veilingorganisatie blijft verantwoordelijk voor eventuele koopvernietigende gebreken en alle verdere financiële en andere implicaties betreffende de verkoop. 7. De koper kan mits betaling van 1% van het totale bedrag het paard verzekeren voor 14 dagen. 8. Bij betwisting geldt uitsluitend de Nederlandse tekst, alleen de Belgische wetgeving is van toepassing en alleen de rechtbanken ressorterend onder het arrondissement Hasselt zijn bevoegd. Opgelet! Paarden die door BTW-plichtigen te koop worden aangeboden, zullen vergezeld worden van een factuur met bijkomende BTW. Deze BTW moet bij afname van het paard mede worden geregeld. Eco staat voor vermogen van vaderzijde en instelling en reflex van moederzijde.
