2 The company: Are you craving for delicious Dim Sum dishes at home? We re creating it to you! We started The Dim Sum Company with the purpose of bringing traditional DimSum dishes to your kitchen. Our company is a family business, run by two generations. Together we have over 100 years of experience in the Chinese food industry. We re a business based on traditional Chinese values but with a contemporary approach. Our Dim Sum products are committed to delivering a healthy, hearty and delicous alternative to Asian fast food. Using fresh products, no fillers and no MSG. All products are under strict control of the hygienic department the Dutch government, in accordance with the regulations of the EEC and HACCP.

3 Dim Sum Tradition Dim Sum is a form of Cantonese cuisine where dishes are served in bite-sized portions in small steamer baskets. It originated in the Guangdong province as a way of enjoying a relaxing and peaceful dining experience with tea. Because of this, Dim Sum is also called Yum Cha ( drink tea ). Dim Sum comes in many forms: steamed dumplings, buns, dough wrappers with fillings, fried or cooked dumplings. The contrasting flavors of sweet and savoury and the various textures make every breakfast, lunch or afternoon snack a culinary journey to the Far East.

4 Culinary flavors Our Dim Sum dishes consist of a range of sweet and savoury buns and dumplings that can be prepared by steaming the dishes. This makes your home Dim Sum a traditional experience, with the unique flavors from our family recipes. Each dish can be prepared within 15 minutes. Do you prefer a crunchy bite to your dishes? Our Dim Sum is also suitable to be cooked on a pan or fried!

7 Bun products: A lightly sweet and savory bun with barbecued pork and an Oriental soy sauce mix. The fluffy dough splits open in petals, revealing the mahogany colored filling. The barbecued pork bun is an iconic dish in Hong Kong and China and is usually an essential part of a traditional Dim Sum meal. A lightly sweet and savory bun based on a traditional family recipe. The bun is steamed and richly filled with Chinese cabbage and pork. The oyster sauce flavor adds an Oriental dimension to your breakfast, lunch or snack. A lightly sweet and savory bun with chicken, pork and Chinese water chestnuts. The bun is based on an authentic Cantonese recipe and is filled with a soy- and oyster sauce mix. Combine the bun with other Dim Sum dishes like the Sui Kau for a varied Dim Sum meal.
