Het geldt als één van de meest kleurrijke kamermuziek ensembles van Vlaanderen en bundelt een aantal boeiende muzikale persoonlijkheden van de bovenste plank. Het ensemble wil bewust aan de hand van een mix tussen oud en nieuw kansen geven aan jonge componisten en nieuw werk aan de hand van boeiende programma's bij het publiek brengen. Hierbij wordt af en toe het experiment niet geschuwd. 4 prachtige en uitdagende programma's gaan in première tijdens seizoen in de Noorse Kerk te Antwerpen. U kan ze nu alvast boeken voor één van de komende concertseizoenen. Zoals steeds werkt Z V E Z D O L I K I nauw samen met componisten : in oktober 2014 gaat 'BlickFeld', een gloednieuw fluitconcerto van Jeroen Malaise ( 1971, Antwerpen) opgedragen aan Oriana Dierinck, in première. Dit werk, gecombineerd met Pärt, Biber en Crumb, zien wij alvast als één van de hoogtepunten. Ook staan enkele bijzonder fraaie werken uit de kamermuziek literatuur op het programma : Arvo Pärts 'Fratres', Rachmaninovs pianotrio, Faurés pianokwartet en Bachs Goldbergvariaties. Z V E Z D O L I K I werd meermaals uitgenodigd door KLARA voor een interview, waarbij ook live concertfragmenten werden uitgezonden. De creatie van Noors componist Hugo Harmens ( 1983) o.l.v. Luc Brewaeys werd uitgezonden op de Nederlandse Radio 4. In 2013 organiseerde Z V E Z D O L I K I als eerste klassiek ensemble van Vlaanderen een benefietproject : 'Noot voor Nood', waarvan de opbrengst integraal werd geschonken aan de Antwerpse daklozenorganisatie 'Kamiano'. Wie dit ensemble al hoorde spelen, weet dat Z V E Z D O L I K I garant staat voor een energieke manier van spelen, vol warmte en kleur.

3 Oriana Dierinck, artistic director, flute -- Studied flute and chamber music at the Brabant and Rotterdam Conservatory with Raymond Delnoye and Jo Hagen, and obtained the diplomas 'docerend' and 'uitvoerend musicus'. She gained orchestral experience with the Rotterdam Young Philharmonic and performed at the Gergiev Festival In the same year, she was selected by tape for masterclasses with William Bennet (Linos Foundation Amsterdam) and Philippe Pierlot (Second Flute Convention Paris) and more recent (2009) for the second flute audition with the London Symphony Orchestra. In 2009 she founded Z V E Z D O L I K I. Oriana is also working as a freelance musician with the Rotterdam Chamber Orchestra, the Netherlands Symphony Orchestra, the Flemish Opera and the Royal Flemish Philharmonic with whom she performed at the Queen Elisabeth Hall Antwerp, the Doelen Rotterdam and the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, and participated in broadcasts for Dutch tv NPS and Belgian classical radio KLARA. Oriana is the creative brain and organiser of 'Noot voor Nood', a benefit project for the homeless. Dimitri Mestdag, oboe -- Started studying oboe at the academy of Harelbeke and Ghent with Yf Bourry. He obtained master diploma's for oboe, english horn and chamber music at the Brussels Conservatory with Paul Dombrecht and Alex Van Beveren. He participated in masterclasses with Alain Denis, Ingo Goritzki and Thomas Indermühle and was a student of Emanuel Abbühl at the Rotterdam Conservatory. Dimitri was first laureate of the Dexia Classics Competition and became the first laureate ever for english horn at the Tenuto Competition He played numerous concerts with the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Sir Simon Rattle and Valery Gergiev. Since 1996 he is english horn soloist at the Royal Flemish Philharmonic and played as a soloist with it several times. Philip Dingenen, violin-- received his first violin lessons at the 'Muziekacademie' in Sint-Niklaas(BE) from M.Moorthamer. At the "Lemmens Institute"(highschool) he enjoyed a more broad musical education with extensive solfege, theoritical and harmony lessons. At the same time he obtained first prizes chamber music and solo violin at the Belgian National Youth Competion 'Belfius Classics'. After graduation in the class of Nico Baltussen, he began his bachelor studies with A. Czifra and J.-J.Kantorow at the Rotterdam Conservatory. In this same period he enjoyed intensive coaching with teachers such as Hans Mannes, Rainer Honeck,and Regis Pasquier. His Master studies led Philip first to join the class of Charles-Andre Linale in Aachen. A dramatic car accident unfortunately stopped this collaboration in 2003, after which Philip met Gordan Nikolic at the Rotterdam Conservatory. Under his guidance Philip obtained his Master degree in Philip Dingenen is member of the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra as a 1st violin player since His orchestra activities offered him the opportunity to work with conductors such as Sir Colin Davis,Valery Gergiev,Y.Nezet-Seguin,Y.Kreizberg and many others. Chamber music recitals brought him in recent years to play at "La Monnaie"(Brussels),the Royal Concertgebouw(Amsterdam),the Ticino Festival,and the Grachtenfestival(Amsterdam). Katelijne Onsia, viola -- Laureate at the Pro Civitate Competition, studied viola with Leo De Neve at the Brussels Conservatory and played numerous tours with the European Youth Orchestra, under the baton of Bernard Haitink, Vladimir Ashkenazy, Muhai Tang and James Conlon. Playing chamber music has always been her reason for playing music : she participated in various masterclasses with renowed ensembles such as Champ d'action, Spiegel Kwartet and Oxalys.Since 2003 she is violist with the National Orchestra of Belgium. Raf De Keninck, (bass)clarinet -- studied at the Royal Flemish Conservatory of Music in Antwerp and obtained the diploma's for clarinet, bass clarinet and chambermusic cum laude, as well as the master in music diploma with distinction. Also he received the hafabra conducting diploma. For his outstanding promotion for contemporary chamber music, he was awarded the Bam-Sabam Prize (1997) and the Willem Pelemans Prize. Raf was a laureate of the National Dexia Competition (1992), the international chamber music competition 'Orpheus Prize' (1997), the dutch national chamber music competition in Almere (2005) and became a semi-finalist of the international chamber music competition 'Gaetano Donizetti' in Verona, Italy. As a (bass)clarinet player, he performed on numerous chamber music concerts which have been broadcasted by Belgian classical radio kklara and Dutch classical radio 4. Withe the Trio Energico he performed at the Royal Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. Raf is artistic leader and clarinet player of the Flemish Sinfonietta.. Jeroen Malaise, harpsichord, key boards allready at a very young age he played clavichord, harpsichord and piano. After studying with Jan Vermeulen, he graduated with the Highest Distinction at the Brabant Conservatory with Jacques Detiège. For harpsichord he graduated with High Distinction with Remy Syrier at the same Conservatory. Jeroen plays in various ensembles : classical as well as jazz : with the ensemble Groove Juice he won the Jazz Costa Public Award in He is also working with musical theatre company Transparant's production 'Porselein'. He is teaching piano in the Borgerhout and Wijnegem academies. For the moment, he is also studying composition at the Conservatory of Antwerp with Luc Van Hove and Wim Henderickx. Nicolas Callot, piano started studying the piano aged 8 with Levente Kende and Heidi Henderickx, which he finished with a Master Degree at the Conservatory of Antwerp. He specialized at the Sweelinck Conservatory Amsterdam with Mila Baslawskaja, and also with Elisabeth Leonskaja, Jan Wijn, György Kurtàg and Lazar Berman. Nicolas was successfull in numerous competitions : Axion Classics Dexia, Cantabile, Stephan de Jonghe and the Young Soloists Competition of the Royal Flemish Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2008 he was a laureate of the international Brahms competition in Austria. Nicolas played numerous concerts in the USA, Denmark, Bugaria, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal and France and worked with conductors Phillippe Herreweghe, Michaël Schönwandt, Ivo Venkov, Georges Octors, and with orchestras such as the Royal Flemish Philharmonic, the Danish Radio Orchestra, the Bulgarian Symphony Orchestra and the Liège Chamber Orchestra. He was invited several times by the VRT for interviews and made a Brahms reportage for CANVAS. He is teaching piano at 'de Kunsthumaniora' in Antwerp and assisting teacher at the Sweelinck for Baslawskaja. Elke Wynants, cello -- Laureate at the Pro Civitate Competition, studied cello in Brussels and Antwerp with Harro Ruysenaars,France Springuel, Didier Poskin and Jeroen Reuling. Masterclasses she attended were with Marie Hallynck, Walter Grimmer, Justus Grimm. In June 2005 she finished with the highest distinction in the class of Didier Poskin. From 2002 until 2004 she was a member of the European Youth Orchestra. with this orchestra she played under the baton of Vladimir Ashkenazy and Bernard Haitink during tours through Europe and Brasil. Elke also is an active chamber musician : in october 2005 she won the second prize in the Horlait Dapsens competition with her violin-cello duo. With her string quartet da Vinci she studied at the Chapelle Reine Elisabeth with the famous Artemis Quartet. In 2010 she won the cello audition with the Flemish Radio Orchestra.

Rachmaninov trio 'Elégiaque' n 1 viool. cello. piano ( ) 'BlickFeld', een nieuw werk van Jeroen Malaise ( 1973, Antwerpen) maakt deel uit van 'flauto', een reeks composities opgedragen aan fluitiste Oriana Dierinck. Het werk bevat dromerige, meditatieve scènes, plotseling onderbroken door meer hevige, ritmische momenten. Het beschrijft de interactie tussen een toeschouwer, zijn omgeving en zijn perceptie van de omgeving. Tegelijkertijd is het ook een interactie tussen publiek en de ruimte waar het stuk wordt uitgevoerd. De 'Passacaglia' van Biber, is onderdeel van de Rosenkranz Sonaten, een reeks werken gerelateerd aan meditaties, beoefend sinds de 13e eeuw bij belangrijke katholieke gebeurtenissen. Deze werken sluiten mooi aan bij de klankmeditatie 'Vox Balaenae' ('de stem van de walvis') van de Amerikaan George Crumb voor 3 gemaskerde spelers over het ontstaan der Tijden en de meditatieve muziek van Arvo Pärt, die door de componist zelf werd omschreven als a mesmerising set of variations combining frantic activity and sublime stillness, encapsulating my observation that the instant and eternity are struggling whitin us. 2 Maxen, Bruch en Reger, hadden niet echt een hoge pet op van mekaar : Bruch was traditioneel en gaf regelmatig kritiek op Regers modernere visie. Nochtans zijn beiden erin geslaagd door middel van hun muziek niet vergeten te worden, ondanks de toen heersende politieke overtuigingen. Ook Hongarije en Rusland hebben een bewogen geschiedenis. Nochtans passen composities uit beide landen in die periode wonderwel mooi bij mekaar. Friction is sometimes fiction, zoals muziek vaak demonstreert..

Fauré pianokwartet n 1 op. 15 viool. altviool. cello. piano ( ) Een Frans programma, gecombineerd met werk van Antwerps componist Wilfried Westerlinck. Een trio van blazers, gecombineerd met piano (Milhaud) en een trio van strijkers met piano : het prachtige en zeer gekende pianokwartet van Fauré. Hieraan gelinkt een trio van korte werken van Westerlinck voor verschillende bezettingen. Het concert opent met het beroemde en prachtige 'Prélude à l'après-midi d'un Faune' van Debussy, in een trio bewerking voor fluit, klarinet en piano. Een programma volledig gewijd aan volgens velen - de grootste der groten : J. S. Bach. Zijn majestueuze meesterwerken 'Goldberg Variationen' en 'das Musikalisches Opfer' worden gebundeld tot één aaneengesloten programma : de zo goed gekende 'Aria' en zijn variaties worden afwisselend uitgevoerd op klavecimbel en piano. Daartussen -als een soort 'tweede orkest'- werd een zorgvuldige selectie gemaakt uit 'das Musikalisches Opfer' voor fluit, viool, altviool en cello. De opstelling van het ensemble is ook als dusdanig opgevat : 2 'orkesten' tegenover mekaar met daartussen het publiek.
