3 Remote Control Dimming System Systeemoverzicht Het Remote Control Systeem biedt vermogensverhoging per module en de heuze tussen draaiknop of drukknop bediening. De vermogens verhoging verloopt stapsgewijs met de SLAVE-modules. Als bijzonderheid kunnen deze modules apart in-en uitgeschakelt worden. Voor bediening op meerdere plaatsen met drukknoppen is de Digitroller ontworpen. Als drukknoppen zijn diverse op/af drukknopschakelaars te gebruiken. Daarnaast is de Digitroller aan te sturen via een Infra-Rood afstandbediening. Systeemoverzicht: The Remote Control Dimming System offers modular power configuration and the choice of rotary or push-button control. The Slave modules make stepwise increase of system output power possible. As special feature each of these modules can be switched on or off individually. The Digitroller is used for multiple point control. Commercially available Up/Down push-buttons operate this unit. Beyond that an IR-remote controller can be attached. Thus the Remote Control System adapts to any kind of requirements. Dit concept geeft bijv. de mogelijkheid om het vermogensdeel in de onderverdeling te plaatsen en het bediendeel op een goed bereikbare plaats. Er kan gekozen worden tussen draaien drukbediening. Bediendelen zijn in verschillende uitvoeringen leverbaar. Dat heeft als voordeel dat voor elk gebruik het beste bij ontwerp en uitvoering passende bediendeel gekozen kan worden. Bij de meeste bediendelen zijn passende schakelaars en stopcontacten leverbaar. Per vermogensdeel is een draai-bediendeel voor regeling van de helderheid en aan/uit schakelaar aansluitbaar. Als optie is aan/uit schakelen met wissel- / kruisschakeling mogelijk. Voor controle van dimmen en aan/uit schakelen vanuit diverse punten kunnen drukschakelaars geinstalleerd worden. Deze drukschakelaars worden aangesloten op de Digitroller welke op zijn beur gekoppeld is aan het vermogensdeel. De robuuste behuizing van het vermogensdeel is spatwaterdicht (IP 65/66) en ook geschikt voor installatie op onbeschermde plaatsen. This concept enables the installation of the power unit for example in the secondary distribution area and the fitting of the control unit at a place that offers ease of use. There is the choice between rotary- or push-button control. Several versions of control units are offered. This gives the advantage of selecting the best choice for style and finish for each application. Matching switchplates and socket outlets are available for most control units. To each power unit connects one rotary control unit for dimming and ON/OFF switching. Additional intermediate switches and a change-over switch allow further ON/OFF switching. For dim-control and ON/OFF-switching from several points push-buttons can be installed. These push-buttons attach to the Digitroller which in turn is connected to the power unit. The robust enclosures of the power units are splash water proof to protection class IP 65/66 and suitable for installation in harsh environment. 5 SLAVE IP65/66 SLAVE IP65/66 De SLAVE is een booster module voor verhoging van het dimvermogen van de Spotmat. De SLAVE geeft eenheid in een lichtgroep. De lampen in de groep van de SLAVE volgen exact de helderheid van de lampen in de aangestuurde Spotmat, wat een gelijkmatige lichtopbrengst geeft van het complete systeem. 6 DIGITROLLER IP65/66 DIGITROLLER IP65/66 De DIGITROLLER biedt de mogelijkheid de Remote Control te bedienen met drukknoppen. Er kunnen zeer veel drukknoppen aangesloten worden, wat een comfortabele bediening geeft. De ingestelde helderheid blijft bij uitschakelen in het geheugen opgeslagen. Als schakelaars zijn op/af schakelaars te gebruiken. Deze schakelaars heeft elke leverancier van electroinstallatie materiaal in zijn programma. Hierdoor kan al het gebruikte schakel materiaal van dezelfde vormgeving zijn. Voor meer comfort kan een infra-rode afstandbediening (best. nr ) aangesloten worden. 7 REMOTE CONTROL Rail-Mount REMOTE CONTROL Rail-Montage De Remote Control Spotmat is een op afstand te bedienen vermogensdeel, welk d.m.v. een bediendeel bediend wordt. Dit concept geeft bijv. de mogelijkheid om het vermogensdeel in de onderverdeling te plaatsen en het bediendeel op een goed bereikbare plaats. Er kan gekozen worden tussen draaien drukbediening. Bediendelen zijn in verschillende uitvoeringen leverbaar. Dat heeft als voordeel dat voor elk gebruik het beste bij ontwerp en uitvoering passende bediendeel gekozen kan worden. Bij de meeste bediendelen zijn passende schakelaars en stopcontacten leverbaar. Per vermogensdeel is een draai-bediendeel voor regeling van de helderheid en aan/uit schakelaar aansluitbaar. Als optie is aan/uit schakelen met wissel- / kruisschakeling mogelijk. Voor controle van dimmen en aan/uit schakelen vanuit diverse punten kunnen druk-schakelaars geinstalleerd worden. De uitvoeringen verschillen in grootte bijv. 60 x 60 en naar ontwerp bijv. Elegance. Bij alle inbouw-bediendelen zijn passende schakelaars en stopcontacten leverbaar. Het navolgende overzicht laat de verschillende uitvoeringen zien. Flush-mount Control Units in various versions are available for the Remote Control Spotmat. 11 Inbouw BEDIENDEEL / Flush-Mount CONTROL UNIT 60 x 60 De inbouw bediendelen 60 x 60 onderscheiden zich door een uitgekiend ontwerp en vormen samen met bijpassende stopcontacten en schakelaars een compleet installatiesysteem. Er zijn 2 en 3 voudige afdekramen en stopcontacten in vele landennormen leverbaar. Evenals diverse uitvoeringen van TV-, Telefoon- en communicatie stopcontacten, etc. Door de compacte afmetingen van 60 x 60 mm is dit programma geschikt voor vele interieuren. De inbouw bediendelen 60 x 60 zijn geschikt voor aansturing van alle Remote Control Spotmats. De draaiknop heeft een dubbelfunctie: draaien voor dimmen en drukken voor aan/uit. Wordt in- en uitschakelen vanaf meerdere plaatsen gewenst dan kunnen naar wens kruis- of wisselschakelaars geinstalleerd worden. The flush-mount Control Units 60 x 60 feature lasting design and form together with matching socket outlets and switchplates a complete installation system. Available are 2-gang and 3-gang cover plates and socket outlets in many national standards. This includes also various sockets for TV, Telephone and Data, etc. Due to the small dimensions with only 60 by 60 mm this programme is ideal for many interiors. The flush-mount Control Units 60 x 60 are suitable to operate all Remote Control Spotmat. The knob has two functions: turning dims and pressing switches On/Off. If On/Off-switching from several locations is desired, additional intermediate switches and one change-over switch may be installed. 14 Inbouw-BEDIENDEEL / Flush-Mount CONTROL UNIT ColorMix 60 x 60 Met ColorMix kunt U de kleuren van de inbouw bediendeel, stopcontacten en schakelaars in goede harmonie aanpassen aan het interieur. Om het kleurenbereik zo groot mogelijk te maken bevindt zich tussen het afdekraam en de knop / stopcontactinbouw een gekleurde ring. Uit de vele combinatiemogelijkheden kunt U altijd ook de voor U geschikte combinatie samenstellen. 2-voudige afdekramen en stopcontacten in vele landenuitvoeringen zijn leverbaar even als uitvoeringen voor telefoon-, TV- en communicatiestopcontacten. Alle afmetingen en uitvoeringen verder gelijk aan VARIANT 60 x 60. ColorMix enables you to harmonise the colour appearance of the flush-mount Control Unit and the socket outlet / switchplate with the interior decoration. For a rich palette of colours an additional colour ring has been added between cover frame and knob or socket outlet / switchplate insert. You find your best mix in the many combinations of the colours for the cover frame, the colour ring, the knob or the socket outlet / switchplate insert. Two-gang cover frames and socket outlets in many national standards are available. This includes also common sockets for TV, Telephone and Data. Is het echter toch nodig de opbouwbediendelen verzonken te monteren dan is een inbouwraam leverbaar. Hierdoor zijn de opbouw-bediendelen universeel te gebruiken. De bedien-potmeter kan kan op meerdere manieren gemonteerd worden. Hoofdzakelijk worden ze in controlepanelen ingebouwd. Voor waterdichte montage van de potmeter is een set verkrijgbaar. Dit set bevat een afdichtingsring voor de as een afdichting voor de potmeter. Hierdoor ontstaat een druipwaterdichte afdichting. 35 IR-Afstandbediening / IR-Remote Control De infra-roode (IR)-Afstandbediening wordt gebruikt om op afstand de helderheid d.m.v. een handzender in te stellen. D.m.v. afzonderlijke knoppen voor helderder en donkerder kan de juiste instelling gekozen worden. De ingestelde helderheid blijft ook bij uitschakelen behouden. De IR-Afstandbediening bestaat een schakeldeel, ontvanger en handzender. Een handzender kan tot 2 ontvangers bedienen. De IR-Afstandbediening wordt via de Digitroller met de Remote Control verbonden. Parallel daaraan kan de Digitroller met drukknoppen bediend worden. De IR-Afstandbediening kan ook voor andere doeleinden worden gebruikt. In het schakeldeel bevinden zich 4 relais met normale open contacten. De Digitroller gebruikt er daar van twee. The IR-Remote Control is used for comfortable brightness setting with a hand transmitter. Separate up/down keys on the transmitter set the desired brightness level. The chosen brightness remains stored even at power drops. The IR-Remote Control consists of a main unit, a receiver and a hand transmitter. The transmitter can operate up to two main units/receivers. The IR-Remote Controller interfaces via the Digitroller with the Remote Control SPOT- MAT. Also the Digitroller accepts in parallel up/down push-buttons for brightness setting. The IR-Remote Controller can also be used for other control purposes like for example roller blinds. The main unit contains four relays with one normally open contact each.
