1 Page : 1/2 SABCA Environmental Policy Declaration 2015 We, as the Executive Board of SABCA, Plant Directors and Environmental officers of SABCA, are committed to establish and implement an effective Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with the ISO standard. In order to fulfil this commitment, we willingly decided to sign up to a progressive 3 stagecertification plan with the ultimate goal to obtain the ISO certification. The second of these 3 stages was successfully obtained end of year The last third stage is pending. It aims mainly to spread to all the company entities the new environmental good practices which were recently set up in some pilot-shops. Also, the Executive Board of SABCA is committed, with the full support of the management and the active participation of all the employees: - to limit the pollution emission and prevent the risk of accidental pollution - to keep and maintain SABCA s installations in conformity and meet the legal requirements as well as any other environmental regulations - to improve its environmental performance. In addition to the improvement targets set during the last Management Review meeting for each of the 7 environmental indicators listed in the MG416 Environmental Management Manual, a particular attention will be paid to the following for the period : - Decreasing our water consumption in Brussels (target: 30 L/hour of production) and in Charleroi (objective: 27 L/hour of production), - Decreasing our Volatile Organic Component emission in Brussels (target : 0.025kg VOC per total production hour) and in Charleroi (target: 0.25kg VOC per aircraft paintshop production hour). This environmental policy and the EMS are applicable to the SABCA Brussels and SABCA Charleroi sites with the following exclusions: - for the Brussels site: Some older surface treatment activities, which will soon be discontinued, as the new surface treatment facility New ATS was already added into the EMS since its launch. - for the Charleroi site: "fuel" activities under the responsibility of the TOTAL company as well as "engine running" activities on aircraft following the manufacturer's and/or client procedures.

SABCA s aerospace products are integrated in a customer s upper-next level assembly; they are designed and /or manufactured in accordance with customer s requirements who enforces its own environmental policy. It is the customer or the aircraft manufacturer who holds the environmental responsibility for its final product. For this reason SABCA design activities are not parts of the EMS scope of work, and are excluded from the ISO14001 certification in project. This Environmental Policy declaration: - will be reviewed annually based on the output data from the most recent management review meeting; - will be communicated to all SABCA employees and will be announced publicly and available for consultation on the SABCA website. 3 Page : 1/2 Déclaration 2015 de Politique Environnementale SABCA Nous, la Direction Générale, les Directions des établissements et les Coordinateurs environnementaux des deux sites de SABCA, nous nous engageons à mettre en place et faire fonctionner un Système de Management Environnemental (SME) efficace suivant la norme ISO Dans ce but, nous avons décidé de nous inscrire dans une démarche volontariste de certification progressive en 3 étapes avec comme objectif final l obtention de la certification ISO La seconde de ces 3 étapes étant acquise depuis fin 2014, la troisième étape en cours consiste principalement à généraliser à l ensemble de la Société les pratiques nouvelles mises en place récemment dans certains ateliers pilotes. Par ailleurs, la Direction de SABCA s engage, avec l implication de la hiérarchie et la participation active de tout le personnel, - à limiter la pollution émise et à prévenir les risques de pollution accidentelle, - à mettre et maintenir les installations de SABCA en conformité vis-à-vis de l ensemble des exigences légales et autres prescriptions environnementales, - et à améliorer la performance environnementale de la Société. Des objectifs d amélioration ont ainsi été fixés lors de la dernière Revue de Direction pour chacun des 7 indicateurs environnementaux répertoriés dans le Manuel de Management Environnemental MG416, en mettant particulièrement l accent pour la période sur les objectifs prioritaires suivants : - La réduction de notre consommation d eau à Bruxelles (objectif : 30 L/heure de production) et à Charleroi (objectif : 27 L/heure de production), - La réduction de nos émissions de composants organiques volatils (COV) à Bruxelles (objectif : 0,025 Kg de COV par heure de production) et à Charleroi (objectif : 0,25Kg de COV par heure de peinture avion). Cette politique environnementale et le SME s appliquent aux sites de SABCA Bruxelles et SABCA Charleroi à l exclusion : - pour Bruxelles : de certaines anciennes activités de traitements de surface qui vont être prochainement démantelées, la nouvelle chaine de traitement de surface New ATS étant déjà intégrée dans le SME depuis sa conception. - pour Charleroi : des activités «carburant» placées sous la responsabilité de la société TOTAL ainsi que les activités «moteur tournant» réalisées sur aéronefs suivant les procédures des constructeurs et/ou clients.

4 Page : 2/2 - et pour les deux sites : des activités de conception. En effet, étant donné que les ensembles aérospatiaux étudiés et produits par SABCA ne sont pas autonomes et font toujours partie d un ensemble supérieur, ils sont conçus et/ou réalisés suivant le cahier des charges du donneur d ordre qui impose ses propres exigences environnementales. C est donc le donneur d ordre ou l avionneur qui prend la responsabilité environnementale du produit. C est pour cette raison que les activités de conception à SABCA ne font pas partie du «scope of work» du SME et de la certification environnementale suivant ISO visée par SABCA. Cette déclaration de «Politique Environnementale» : - sera revue annuellement sur base des données de sortie de la dernière revue de direction; - sera communiquée à tous les employés de SABCA et sera rendue publique et consultable sur le site web de SABCA. 5 Datum : 30/04/2015 Blz : 1/2 Verklaring Milieupolitiek SABCA 2015 Wij, de algemene directie, de fabrieksdirectie en de milieucoördinatoren van beide vestigingen van SABCA, verbinden ons er toe om het Milieu Management Systeem (MMS) volgens ISO te implementeren. Met dit doel voor ogen hebben we vrijwillig beslist te werken volgens een stappenplan in 3 fasen met als einddoel de certificatie ISO De tweede van deze 3 fasen hebben wij eind 2014 behaald, de derde fase bestaat uit het veralgemenen van de ingevoerde praktijken van enkele pilootwerkplaatsen, naar het volledige bedrijf. Verder, verbindt de directie van SABCA er zich toe, met inbreng van de hiërarchische lijn, en actieve deelname van al het personeel: - de uitstoot te verminderen en het voorkomen van accidentele uitstoot, - de installaties aan te passen en conform te houden aan de vigerende wetten en milieu voorschriften, - de milieuprestaties van het bedrijf te verbeteren. Tijdens de laatste Management Review zijn er strengere objectieven vooropgesteld voor elk van de 7 milieu-indicatoren van ons milieubeheer handboek MG416, met als bijzondere aandachtspunten voor de periode op volgende objectieven: - Vermindering van het waterverbruik voor vestiging Brussel (objectief: 30 L/uur productie) en voor vestiging Charleroi (objectief 27 L/uur productie ), - De vermindering van de emissie van Vluchtige Organische Stoffen (VOS) vestiging Brussel (objectief: kg VOS per productie uur) en voor vestiging Charleroi (objectief van 0.25 kg VOS per gepresteerd uur schilderwerkzaamheden van vliegtuigen). Deze milieupolitiek en het bijhorende MBS zijn van toepassing op de vestigingen van SABCA Brussel en SABCA Charleroi, met uitzondering van : - voor Bussel: bepaalde oude activiteiten i.v.m. oppervlaktebehandelingen die binnenkort ontmanteld worden, aangezien de nieuwe oppervlaktebehandelingslijn New ATS van bij haar ontwerp in het MBS werd opgenomen. - voor Charleroi: de brandstof activiteiten onder verantwoordelijkheid van de firma TOTAL, alsook de activiteiten met draaiende motoren op luchtvaartuigen volgens de voorschrift van de constructeur en/of de klant.

6 Datum : 30/04/2015 Blz : 2/2 - voor beide vestigingen: de studie- en ontwikkelingsactiviteiten. Gezien de lucht- en ruimtevaartonderdelen die SABCA ontwerpt en vervaardigt deel uitmaken van een groter geheel, worden deze ontworpen en/of geproduceerd volgens het lastenboek van de opdrachtgever, die zijn eigen milieueisen oplegt. Het is dus de opdrachtgever of de vliegtuigbouwer die de milieuverantwoordelijkheid van hun product op zich nemen. Het is om deze reden dat de studie-activiteiten geen deel uitmaken van het geheel van ons MBS en de beoogde ISO certificatie van SABCA. Deze verklaring Milieupolitiek : - zal jaarlijks om herziening onderworpen worden, voortgaande op de bevindingen van de laatste management review; - zal aan alle SABCA werknemers bekend worden gemaakt en openlijk raadpleegbaar zijn op de website van SABCA.
