1 Date : 26 March 2014 SABCA Environmental Policy Declaration We, as the Executive Board of SABCA and environmental officers of SABCA, undertake to establish and implement an effective Environmental Management System (EMS) following the ISO standard. To this end, the Executive Board of SABCA has decided to sign up voluntarily to a progressive 3 stage certification plan with the final objective of achieving ISO certification by The first of these 3 stages has already been completed, and the second stage currently under way primarily comprises - conducting an in-depth review of the current situation (environmental analyses), along with ranking risks - implementing the foundations of an organisational and management system to best handle priority situations. Moreover, the Executive Board of SABCA undertakes, with the involvement of line management and the active participation of all personnel, to improve its environmental performance. In addition to the improvement objectives set at the last Management Review meeting for the 7 environmental indicators listed in the MG416 Environmental Management Manual, particular attention will be paid to the following in 2014: - Reducing our water consumption in Brussels (target: 33 L/hour of production) and in Charleroi (objective: 25 L/hour of production), - Reducing our Co2 emission in Brussels ( target : 2.2 g/ production hour /degree day and in Charleroi (target: 3.5 g/production hour/degree day), - The target for the compliance index set for Brussels is a maximum of 8, - The target for the compliance index set for Charleroi is a maximum of 3. This environmental policy and the EMS are applicable to the SABCA Brussels and SABCA Charleroi sites with the following exclusions: For both sites: Design activities, For the Brussels site: certain older surface treatment activities which will soon be discontinued, as the new surface treatment facility New ATS has already been integrated into the EMS since its conception. For the Charleroi site: "fuel" activities under the responsibility of the company TOTAL as well as "engine running" activities on aircraft following the manufacturer's and/or client procedures.

3 Date : 26 mars 2014 Déclaration de Politique Environnementale SABCA Nous, la Direction générale et les Coordinateurs environnementaux de SABCA, nous nous engageons à établir et mettre en place un Système de Management Environnemental (SME) efficace suivant la norme ISO Dans ce but, la Direction de SABCA a décidé de s inscrire dans une démarche volontariste de certification progressive en 3 étapes avec comme objectif final l obtention de la certification ISO14001 pour La première de ces 3 étapes étant acquise, la deuxième étape en cours consiste principalement : - à faire un état des lieux approfondi (analyse environnementale), accompagné d une hiérarchisation des risques - à mettre en place les premiers éléments d un dispositif d organisation et de gestion afin de maîtriser au mieux les situations prioritaires. D autre part, la Direction de SABCA s engage, avec l implication de la hiérarchie et la participation active de tout le personnel, à améliorer sa performance environnementale. Aussi des objectifs d amélioration ont été fixés lors de la dernière Revue de Direction pour les 7 indicateurs environnementaux répertoriés dans le Manuel de Management Environnemental MG416, en mettant particulièrement l accent pour 2014 sur : - La réduction de notre consommation d eau à Bruxelles (objectif : 33 L/heure de production) et à Charleroi (objectif : 25 L/heure de production), - La réduction de nos émissions de CO2 à Bruxelles (objectif : 2.2 g/heure de production/degré jour) et à Charleroi (objectif : 3.5 g/heure de production/degré jour), - L objectif de l indice de conformité fixé pour Bruxelles à 8 maximum, - L objectif de l indice de conformité fixé pour Charleroi à 3maximum. Cette politique environnementale et le SME s appliquent aux sites de SABCA Bruxelles et SABCA Charleroi à l exclusion : Pour les deux sites : des activités de conception, Pour Bruxelles : de certaines anciennes activités de traitements de surface qui vont être prochainement démantelées, la nouvelle chaine de traitement de surface New ATS étant déjà intégrée dans le SME depuis sa conception. Pour Charleroi : des activités «carburant» placées sous la responsabilité de la société TOTAL ainsi que les activités «moteur tournant» réalisées sur aéronefs suivant les procédures des constructeurs et/ou clients.

5 Ref.: D00/JML/aa/2014_0010/N Datum: 26 maart 2014 Verklaring Milieupolitiek SABCA De Algemene Directie en de Milieucoördinatoren van SABCA verbinden zich ertoe een efficiënt Milieubeheerssysteem (MBS) conform ISO op te starten en door te voeren. Met dit doel voor ogen heeft de Directie van SABCA beslist een daadkrachtig initiatief te ondernemen in de richting van een progressieve certificering in 3 stappen, met als uiteindelijk doel het behalen van een ISO14001certificaat uiterlijk eind Nu de eerste van deze 3 stappen een feit is omvat de tweede, aan de gang zijnde stap hoofdzakelijk: - het opmaken van een gedetailleerde stand van zaken op het terrein (milieuanalyse) gepaard aan een rangschikking van de risico s. - de oprichting van de eerste elementen van een beheers- en organisatiestructuur met als doel het aanpakken van prioritaire problemen. Anderzijds verbindt de Directie van SABCA zich ook, met betrokkenheid van de hiërarchische lijn en actieve medewerking van alle personeelsleden, tot een verbetering van de algemene milieuprestaties van het bedrijf. Bijgevolg werden naar aanleiding van de laatste Management Review een aantal verbeteringsdoelstellingen uitgewerkt voor de zeven in het Handboek voor Milieubeheer MG416 opgesomde indicatoren met, in 2014, bijzondere aandacht voor: - Terugdringen van ons waterverbruik te Brussel (richtcijfer: 33 L/uur productie) en te Charleroi (richtcijfer: 25 L/uur productie), - De vermindering van de CO2 uitstoot te Brussel (richtcijfer: 2,2g/uur productie/ graaddagen) en Charleroi (richtcijfer: 3,5g/uur productie/ graaddagen), - Een objectief van maximum 8 voor de conformiteitsindex van Brussel, - Een objectief van maximum 3 voor de conformiteitsindex van Charleroi. Deze milieupolitiek en het bijhorende MBS zijn van toepassing op de vestigingen van SABCA Brussel en SABCA Charleroi, echter met uitzondering van: Voor beide vestigingen: activiteiten op het vlak van ontwerp en concept, Voor Brussel: bepaalde activiteiten in verband met oppervlaktebehandelingen die binnenkort ontmanteld worden, aangezien de nieuwe oppervlaktebehandelingslijn New ATS van bij haar ontwerp in het MBS werd opgenomen. Voor Charleroi: de brandstof activiteiten onder verantwoordelijkheid van de firma TOTAL alsook de activiteiten met draaiende motoren op luchtvaartuigen volgens voorschrift van de constructeur en/of de klant.
