All delivered material should be accompanied by a delivery note, which must include the following details: - name of the advertiser - name or title of the insert - title of the newspaper(s) and the relevant edition(s) - publication day - the total number of inserts delivered

11 Pack height Each pile of brochures (not cross-stacked) must be minimum 10 centimetres high. One pack can contain several crossstacked piles. Make sure all piles on the same layer have the same height. No packing The separate packs should not be bound together or covered in foil. A strip around the packs can damage the brochures. Stable Euro-pallets Recommended dimensions for pallets: 120 x 80 cm. The pallets must be capable of being lifted from all four sides by a pallet-mover or a forklift truck. Pallet weight Maximum 800 kg. Pallets weighing more can no longer be manipulated with a pallet-mover. Load height Maximum 120 cm. A load higher than 120 cm makes it difficult to take off the brochures manually and jeopardizes the stability of the pallet. Linear stacking Packs should be stacked closely and uniformly on top of each other, so that the packs do not protrude at the sides. Each pallet layer must contain packs of the same height. Protective layer on pallet There should be a sheet of thick cardboard on each pallet, in order to prevent the bottom layer from becoming dirty or damaged. Protective layer between pallet layers To improve the stability of he packs during stacking, it is also necessary to place a sheet of cardboard between each pallet layer. Protective layer on top of loaded pallet If the pallets are not to be stacked, it is sufficient to place a layer of protective cardboard on top of each fully loaded pallet. If the pallets are to be stacked, the top of each fully loaded pallet must be protected by a wooden panel.
