SVZ zoekt steeds naar EFFICIËNTIE verbeteringen o TPM als tool o Reracking = Optimalisatie m² = Energie SVZ zoekt steeds naar KOSTENREDUCTIE o Shuttle-kosten o Externe opslagkosten reduceren SVZ = Sustainability o In dit geval ook hier een verbetering = 6

12 WMS aanpassingen Eerste fase: o Plaatsen scheidingswand -18 C / 2 C - Gemakkelijkste weg gekozen => geen nieuwe labels - Steunen op jarenlange ervaring van de heftruckchauffeurs o ICI-project => definitieve aanpassing - Nieuwe aangepaste labels voor de koelopslag - Omzetten van de voorraad oude locaties naar de nieuwe locaties Tweede fase: o Toenemende locaties in diepvriesgedeelte - Oude labels gerecupereerd uit de koelopslag - Ontbrekende bijbesteld o Logica in kaart gebracht + WMS her programmeren. - Putaway activiteiten - Picking activiteiten - Nieuwe ID s aangemaakt - Goederenstroom 3.
