Organisatie/Organisation/ Comité d organisation De wedstrijd Grote Prijs Rik Van Looy wordt georganiseerd door GP Rik Van Looy vzw, Schoutenlaan 4 B- 2200 Herentals, onder de reglementen van de UCI en de KBWB. De wedstrijd vindt plaats op zaterdag 7 juli 2018. The contest Grote Prijs Rik Van Looy is organised by asbl GP Rik Van Looy, Schoutenlaan 4 B-2200 Herentals, by the regulations of the UCI and KBWB. The contest takes place on Saturday 7 july 2018. Deelnemers/Participants/ Participants De Grote Prijs Rik Van Looy is voorbehouden aan de categorie 1.12. interclub IC 1 en dit voor Belgische clubs & Belgische Continentale UCI Teams (inbegrepen elite met contract - Max 3 buitenlandse clubs zonder renners van UCI-ploegen - Plus max. 3 aangrenzende clubs (mits toelating Wegcommissie) - Mixte ploegen: elke club met minstens twee renners vertegenwoordigd - Belgische provinciale, regionale, nationale selecties (geen WTrenners) - Buitenlandse regionale, nationale selecties (zonder renners van UCI-ploegen). Het maximum aantal renners per ploeg is vastgelegd op 7, het minimum op 5. Tijdslimiet/Timelimit/ Limite de temps Alle renners welke de aankomstlijn overschrijden in een tijd hoger dan 8% van die van de winnaar van de wedstrijd worden niet in de uitslag opgenomen. Een verhoging van de tijdslimiet kan wegens uitzonderlijke omstandigheden door het College van Commissarissen in overleg met de organisator worden toegestaan. All riders who exceed the finish line in a time higher than 8% of the winner of the contest will not be included in the results. An increase in the time limit can due to exceptional circumstances, by the College of Commissioners in agreement with the Organizer. 1.12 ARTIKEL/ARTICLE 12. Huldigingsceremonie/Awards ceremony/ Cérémonie d hommage Een voorstelling van de verschillende ploegen zal plaats hebben op het podium van de startcontrole aan het Astridplein te Grobbendonk. Alle renners van één en dezelfde ploeg dienen zich te melden op het juiste uur welke aan de sportbestuurder de avond voor aanvang van de wedstrijd zal worden meedegedeeld. Volgens artikel 1.2.112 van het UCI-reglement, de eerste drie geklasseerde renners van de Grote Prijs Rik Van Looy dienen zich aan te melden voor de huldigingsceremonie. Na deze ceremonie zal de winnaar zich naar de perszaal begeven in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van de aankomstlijn. A presentation of the different teams will take place on the stage of the start control at the Astridplein in Grobbendonk. All riders of one and the same team must sign at the correct time which will be communicated to the sports director the evening before the start of the race. According to article 1.2.112 of the UCI regulations, the first three classified riders of de Grote Prijs Rik Van Looy have to register for the awards ceremony. After this ceremony, the winner will move to the press room in the immediate vicinity Une représentation des différentes équipes se déroulera sur la scène du contrôle démarrer sur l Astridplein à Grobbendonk. Tous les coureurs d une même équipe doivent vous connecter avec les heures de droite qui, pour le pilote de sport le soir avant le match, seront partagés. Selon l article 1.2.112 du règlement UCI, les trois premiers coureurs classés de la Grote Prijs Rik Van Looy devraient inscrire à cérémonie.
