1e Flanders Diamond Tour Nijlen 6e manche van de LOTTO CYCLING CUP 2014 WEDSTRIJDREGLEMENT: Artikel 1 : Organisatie De 1 e Flanders Diamond Tour wordt georganiseerd door de v.z.w. Nijlen Fietst, met zetel te Nijlen, Statiestraat 4E en dit onder de reglementen van de UCI en van de KBWB. De v.z.w. Nijlen Fietst wordt bestuurd door een college van 4 bestuurders, waarvan de namen terug te vinden zijn op de website van de vereniging: www.flandersdiamondtour.be en dit onder de hoofding Bestuur. Women-Elite. Deze wedstrijd maakt deel uit van de Lotto Cycling cup 2014, een regelmatigheidscriterium van UCI 1.1 en 1.2 wedstrijden. De reglementen van deze Lotto Cycling Cup 2014 zijn hieronder ook van toepassing op deze wedstrijd. In overeenstemming met de UCI-reglementen worden volgende punten toegekend aan de eerste 8 rensters in de uitslag: 1 40 5 10 2 30 6 8 3 16 7 7 4 12 8 3

Artikel 3: Tijdslimiet Enkel de rensters die de volledige afstand van de wedstrijd zullen hebben afgelegd met een maximale achterstand van 8% van de tijd waarin de winnares dit heeft gedaan, zullen in de officiële uitslag opgenomen worden. Artikel 4: deelnemers De Flanders Diamond Tour wordt verreden in een interclubformule voorbehouden voor 28 ploegen van minimum 5 en maximum 7 deelneemsters. Het vormen van zogenaamde mixed-teams is hierbij toegelaten conform de reglementeringen van de KBWB. Alle ploegen kunnen zich kandidaat stellen bij de organisatie tot deelname aan deze wedstrijd. De organisatie zal, op basis van de kandidaturen, een selectie maken van 33 deelnemende ploegen. Zij zal hierbij een gezonde mix nastreven van Belgische en buitenlandse ploegen. De geselecteerde ploegen zullen een officieel UCI-deelnameformulier toegezonden krijgen door de organisatie. De ploegen zullen dit document, behoorlijk ingevuld, met maximaal 7 effectieven en 4 reserves, terugsturen ten laatste op maandag 17 februari 2014. Indien aan deze opgegeven selectie nog iets wijzigt, zullen de ploegen deze wijzigingen ten laatste op 7 maart 2014 vóór 20.00 uur signaleren zodat de organisatie tijdig een overzicht kan maken van de effectieve deelneemsters. Artikel 6: permanentie 6.1. Algemeen De permanentie bevindt zich in het GITHO vanaf 08.00 uur tot 13.30 uur in de vergaderruimte, Gemeentestraat 41, 2560 Nijlen. Vanaf 13.30 uur bevindt deze permanentie zich ter hoogte van de aankomstlijn. 6.2. Uitreiking rugnummers De ploegleiders van de ingeschreven teams melden zich aan op de permanentie tussen 10.00 uur en 11.15 uur voor het afhalen van de rugnummers en de frameplaatjes van hun rensters. Zij zullen op dat moment tevens een volgbewijs ontvangen voor hun ploegwagen, een wedstrijdreglement, een technische gids en een deelnemerslijst. 6.3. Briefing vergadering koerscommissarissen en ploegleiders De vergadering van koerscommissarissen en ploegleiders begint om 11.30 uur stipt in het permanentielokaal. Deze vergadering zal worden geleid door de voorzitter van het college van commissarissen, de heer Patrick De Munter, internationaal UCI-commissaris. Op deze vergadering zal de volgorde van de ploegwagens bepaald worden door lottrekking. Hiervoor gelden de regels van de UCI zoals bepaald in artikel 4 van het Lotto Cycling Cup Reglement 2014. De ploegleiders zullen hun rensters op de hoogte brengen van de afspraken die op deze vergadering werden gemaakt + van de afspraken uit het wedstrijdreglement en de technische gids. De ploegleiders zullen hun rensters er tevens op attent maken dat zij het startblad dienen te ondertekenen, liefst in groep per ploeg, op het podium ter hoogte van de aankomstlijn en dit van 14.00 uur tot 14.45 uur. 6.4. Kleedkamers en parking De kleedkamers voor de rensters bevinden zich in de sporthal van Nijlen. Elke ploeg zal een kleedkamer toegewezen krijgen, die gezamenlijk met enkele andere ploegen zal moeten gedeeld worden. Officiëlen, commissarissen en ploegleiders kunnen parkeren aan de sporthal. Rensters kunnen eveneens parkeren op de parking van de sporthal van Nijlen.

6.5. Start en aankomst De startopstelling van de rensters vindt plaats op de Bevelsesteenweg ter hoogte van de aankomstlijn. Er zal gezorgd worden voor een corridor zodat rensters steeds achteraan zullen kunnen aansluiten. De rensters dienen startklaar te zijn om 14.45 uur. De ploegleiders zullen hun ploegwagens voor de start opstellen op de Bevelsesteenweg. Bij aankomst is er een afleiding voorzien voor alle ploegwagens zonder geldig doorlatingbewijs A ; zij zullen 500 m vóór de aankomst naar de Retsestraat worden afgeleid. De eerste, de tweede en de derde renster in de uitslag van de wedstrijd, plus de winnares van de tussenspurten, plus de leidsters in de diverse klassementen van de Lotto Cycling Cup dienen zich onmiddellijk na de aankomst aan te bieden voor de huldigingsceremonie op het podium. Er wordt een aankomsttentje voorzien waarin deze rensters zich even kunnen opfrissen en klaar maken voor de ceremonie. 6.6. Medische assistentie De wedstrijd zal worden gevolgd door een ziekenwagen + een dokter op de moto. De naam van deze dokter in de wedstrijd is: mevrouw Maridi Aerts. Tevens zal er een vaste hulppost ingericht worden ter hoogte van de aankomstlijn. Indien overbrenging naar een ziekenhuis tijdens of na de wedstrijd zou nodig zijn, dan zal dit naar één van volgende nabijgelegen ziekenhuizen zijn: H. Medische controle Het lokaal voor de medische controle is ingericht in een lokaal van de sporthal. Het dopingreglement van de UCI is van toepassing. 6.8. Perscentrum Press Center Ten behoeve van de aanwezige persmensen zal er in de polyvalente zaal in het GITHO aansluitingen voorzien zijn voor telefoon, fax en internet.

Deze tussenspurten of rushes zijn ook duidelijk aangegeven in de wegwijzer van de wedstrijd. De eerste 3 rensters zullen bij elke tussenspurt punten vergaren: de eerste 5 punten, de tweede 3 punten en de derde 1 punt. Deze punten zullen per deelneemster bij elkaar worden opgeteld om zo een definitief dagklassement van de tussenspurten op te stellen. Onmiddellijk na het betwisten van de laatste tussenspurt zullen de ploegleiders verwittigd worden wie in dit klassement eerste, tweede en derde geworden is. Prijzen rushes 1 e 75,00 2 e 50,00 3 e 25,00 De rensters kunnen hun prijs afhalen op het podium ter hoogte van de finishlijn tot 1 uur na het einde van de wedstrijd. De winnares van dit klassement van de tussenspurten, plus de leidster in het algemene rushesklassement van de Lotto Cycling Cup dienen zich onmiddellijk na aankomst van de wedstrijd aan te bieden voor de huldiging op het podium. Artikel 10: arbitrage Alle deelneemsters en volgers verklaren door hun deelname op de hoogte te zijn van de geldende regels voor UCI 1.2 wedstrijden, van de regels van de KBWB, van het Lotto Cycling Cup 2014 reglement en van dit wedstrijdreglement. Zij verklaren zich hiermee akkoord. Voor eventuele sancties of straffen geldt enkel de UCI-reglementering en bijbehorende sanctieregeling. Alle eventuele geschillen zullen beslecht worden door het college van commissarissen.

Articel 3: Timelimit Only cyclists who have travelled the entire distance of the race will with a maximum delay of 8% of the time in which the winner has done this, will be recorded in the official results. Articel 4: participants The Flanders Diamond Tour is held in an interclub formula reserved for 28 teams of minimum 5 and maximum 7 participants. The forms of so-called mixed-teams is allowed in accordance with the regulations of the KBWB. All teams can apply at the Organization to participate in this contest. The Organization, on the basis of candidatures, will make a selection of 33 participating teams. They will pursue a healthy mix of Belgian and foreign teams. The selected teams will receive an official UCI-participation form by the organization. The teams will, duly filled in, this document with up to 7 staff is raised and 4 reserves, returning at the latest on Monday 17 February 2014. If in this specified selection something changes, the teams will signal these changes at the latest on March 7, 2014 before 20.00 hr. so that the organization can make a timely overview of the effective participants. General The permanence is located in GITHO from 08.00 hr. to 13.30 hr. in the meeting room, Gemeentestraat 41, 2560 Nijlen. From 1:30 pm is this permanence at the level of the finish line.

6.2. Ceremony numbers The team leaders of the registered teams sign up at the permanence between 10.00 hr. and 11.15 hr. before picking up the numbers and the frame images of their cyclists. They will also receive a follow at that time for their team car, contest rules, a technical guide and a list of participants. 6.3. Briefing meeting racecommissioners and teamleaders The meeting of the racecommissioners and team leaders begins at 11.30 hr. in the permanence room. This meeting will be led by the President of the college of commissioners, Mr. Patrick De Munter, International UCI-Commissioner. At this meeting the order of the team cars will be determined by drawing lots. Subject to the rules of the UCI as provided for in article 4 of the "Lotto Cycling Cup rules of 2014". The team leaders will have their riders closely acquainted with the agreements reached at this meeting were made + of the appointments from the contest rules and technical guide. The team leaders will also inform their riders that they should sign the start sheet, preferably in group per team, on stage at the level of the finishing line and this from 14.00 hr. to 14.45 hr. 6.4. Dressing rooms and parking The dressing rooms for the cyclists are located in the Sports Hall of Nijlen. Each team will be assigned a dressing room, they have to be shared with some other teams. Officials, commissioners and team leaders can park at the parking of the Sports Hall. This also for the cyclists. 6.5. Start and arrival The starting grid of the cyclists will take place on the Bevelsesteenweg at the level of the finishing line. There will always be a corridor so that cyclists will be able to connect at the back. The cyclists should be ready at 14.45 hr. The team leaders will draw up their team cars for the start on the Bevelsesteenweg. On arrival there is a distraction provided for all team vehicles without a valid transmittance sign "A"; they will be derived at 500 m before the arrival to the Retsestraat. The first, the second and the third cyclist in the outcome of the contest, plus the winner of the rushes, plus the leaders in the various classifications of the Lotto Cycling Cup should be immediately present after the arrival for the tribute ceremony on stage. There will be an arrival tent where these cyclists just can freshen up and gear up for the ceremony.

6.6. Medical assistance The contest will be followed by an ambulance + a doctor on the moto. The name of this doctor in the contest is: Mrs Maridi Aerts. There will also be a fixed aid station set up at the level of the finishing line. If transfer to a hospital during or after the game would be necessary, then this will be to one of the following nearby hospitals: H. These points will be added together per participant to create a final ranking of the rushes. Immediately after contesting the last rush, the team leaders will be notified who in this ranking is first, second and third. Articel 10: arbitration All participants and followers explained by their participation to be aware of the applicable rules of the UCI 1.2 KBWB competition rules, of the "Lotto Cycling Cup 2014" regulation and by this competion rules. They declare agree. For any sanction or punishment applies only the UCIregulations and associated penalties. Any disputes shall be settled by the college of Commissioners.
