Minder ingrijpend is rechtstreeks plaatsen op bestaande verharding : zie foto's hier rechts boven. In dat geval wordt een recycling kunststof rand met nagelpluggen rond de tegels gemonteerd zodat deze niet verschuiven.

( valdemping ) Raadpleeg de voorschriften van het speeltoestel waar ze onder komen te liggen! Het plaatsen van de rubber tegels is goed in eigen beheer uit te voeren. Dit bespaart voor u de kosten van de plaatsing en dat is altijd meegenomen. PLAATSINGSVOORSCHRIFTEN RUBBER TEGELS Bij het installeren van rubbertegels dient u met een aantal zaken rekening te houden. Plaatsing dient bij voorkeur onder 22 C plaats te vinden. Boven een temperatuur van 22 C is de kans duidelijk aanwezig dat rubbertegels uitzetten. Elke rubbertegel heeft een uitzettingsmaximum van 2%. Plaats de rubbertegels voor het installeren ook nooit volop in de brandende zon. Plaats bij warmte nooit helemaal exact op maat. Houdt u dan rekening met een overmaat, zodat de tegels onder spanning geplaatst worden. Bij koude weersomstandigheden dient u de rubbertegels juist wel op maat te plaatsen. De tegels van formaat 50x50cm dienen bij steeds in halfsteensverband geïnstalleerd te worden. Steeds voorzien van een pen-gat verbinding om de tegels in verband te leggen zodat er zo weinig mogelijk kieren ontstaan. Rubbertegels kunnen los in een constructie geplaatst worden. Het is niet noodzakelijk dat rubbertegels onderling verlijmd worden. Rubbertegels kunnen doorgaans op onderstaande ondergronden geplaatst worden: Verharde ondergrond a) Aanbrengen op een bestaande en verharde ondergrond. b )Aangebracht op een verharde, verzonken ondergrond ( bovenkant rubber gelijk met bestrating) ondergrond bestaande uit : - aangetrild steenpuin ( moet wel vlak liggen!) - chape (grof rijnzand, 1/6 cement, beetje water ) - stabilisé - een halfverharding als lava. - (oude) (beton)tegels Houd rekening met afwatering en/of mogelijkheid tot wegtrekken water (de tegels draineren zelf goed) Zowel bij a) als b) moet de ondergrond vlak liggen! Nooit rechtstreeks of zand of gras leggen! Enkel voor plaatsing op een vlakke harde ondergrond die niet kan wegspoelen onder de tegels

Installation Pour level layer of lean concrete or crushed rock over frost -stable sub grade. If the surface covered is an existing concrete or asphalt surface, take care to provide sufficient slope for water drain-off and level off any irregularities. Use edge slabs and corner slabs around the surface to minimize the danger of stumping. Install the slabs in a masonry-type configuration, i.e. beginning every second row with a half slab. Insert connector pins fully into the receiving holes. To ensure secure placement, cement the crosswise joints of the first and the last row. The cement used should be a 1-component PU adhesive cement. Cut slabs to size using a powered sabre saw.
