Het kwaliteitssysteem en de productkenmerken behorende bij de hang- en sluitwerkproducten worden periodiek gecontroleerd en de prestatie van de hang- en sluitwerkproducten in dak- en gevelelementen is beoordeeld in relatie tot het Bouwbesluit en de uitgangspunten voor de beoordeling worden periodiek her beoordeeld. Op basis daarvan verklaart SKG-IKOB dat: het gerechtvaardigd vertrouwen bestaat, dat de voor of door de certificaathouder vervaardigde hang- en sluitwerkproducten bij aflevering voldoen aan de in de BRL vastgelegde producteisen, mits de hang- en sluitwerkproducten voorzien zijn van het KOMO-merk op een wijze als aangegeven in dit attest-metproductcertificaat en in het hang- en sluitwerkproduct het SKG inbraakwerendheid merkteken onuitwisbaar is aangebracht. De essentiële kenmerken, zoals vastgelegd in de eventueel van toepassing zijnde Europese norm, maken geen onderdeel uit van deze verklaring. de met deze hang- en sluitwerkproducten samengestelde dak- of gevelelementen de prestaties leveren zoals opgenomen in dit attest-met-productcertificaat en de dak- of gevelelementen voldoen aan de in dit attest-met-productcertificaat opgenomen eisen van het Bouwbesluit, mits: o wordt voldaan aan de in dit attest-met-productcertificaat vastgelegde technische specificatie en toepassingsvoorwaarden o de vervaardiging van de hang- en sluitwerkproducten geschiedt overeenkomstig de in dit attestmet-productcertificaat vastgelegde voorschriften en/of verwerkingsmethoden. SKG-IKOB verklaart dat in het kader van dit attest-met-productcertificaat geen controle plaats vindt op de samenstelling van en/of montage van de hang- en sluitwerkproducten in dak- of gevelelementen. TECHNISCHE SPECIFICATIE 1.1 Onderwerp Fabrieksmatig vervaardigde hang- en sluitwerkproducten met toebehoren, bestemd voor toepassing in dak- en gevelelementen van scheidingsconstructies in bouwwerken. Dit attest-met-productcertificaat is van toepassing op de productsoorten zoals aangegeven in onderstaande tabel. De metalen nachtschoten van sloten kennen een haak, blok of penuitvoering. Sloten worden al of niet voorzien van een metalen of kunststof dagschoot en zijn zodanig geconstrueerd dat ze geschikt zijn voor zowel bediening van buiten af als van binnen uit. Sloten kunnen in een opbouw- (bedoeld voor montage op het binnenblad van de deur) als insteekconstructie (bedoeld voor montage in de kopkant van een deur) worden uitgevoerd. Sloten kunnen voorzien zijn van een geïntegreerde codedrager, of van een opnamemogelijkheid voor een separate codedrager (veelal aangeduid als cilinder). Sloten worden geleverd inclusief voorzieningen voor het opnemen van de schoten, dan wel wordt (in de montage-instructie) verwezen naar specifiek benoemde schootvangers. Sloten met een vluchtfunctie zijn zodanig geconstrueerd dat met één beweging de nachtschoot kan worden ingetrokken. Sloten zijn opgebouwd uit materialen die bestand zijn tegen corrosie dan wel adequaat tegen corrosie beschermd. 1.1.2 Enkelvoudige en meerpuntsvergrendelingen Vergrendelingen zijn bedoeld voor het afsluiten van ramen en/of deuren van binnen uit. Vergrendelingen bestaan uit een samenstelling van metalen en (voor minder essentiële delen) kunststof constructieonderdelen en komen voor in enkelvoudige of meerpunts uitvoering. De metalen schoten van vergrendelingen kennen een haak, blok of penuitvoering. Vergrendelingen zijn zodanig geconstrueerd dat ze alleen geschikt zijn voor bediening van binnen uit en kunnen in een opbouw- (bedoeld voor montage op het binnenblad van een raam of deur) als insteekconstructie (bedoeld voor montage in de kop-kant van een raam of deur) worden uitgevoerd. Vergrendelingen zijn met een sleutel afsluitbaar, beperkt afsluitbaar of niet-afsluitbaar. Afsluitbare vergrendelingen zijn veelal voorzien zijn van een geïntegreerde codedrager. Vergrendelingen worden geleverd inclusief voorzieningen voor het opnemen van de schoten. Vergrendelingen met een vluchtfunctie zijn zodanig geconstrueerd dat met één beweging de nachtschoot kan worden ingetrokken. Vergrendelingen zijn opgebouwd uit materialen die bestand zijn tegen corrosie dan wel adequaat tegen corrosie beschermd. 1.1.3 Cilinders Cilinders bestaan uit een samenstelling van metalen en (voor minder essentiële delen) kunststof constructieonderdelen en een bijbehorende codedrager (sleutel). Cilinders zijn zodanig geconstrueerd dat ze alleen bedienbaar zijn met de bijbehorende codedrager. Cilinders kunnen zowel in enkele (halve), dubbele (hele) als knopcilinder worden uitgevoerd. Cilinders zijn opgebouwd uit metalen die bestand zijn tegen corrosie dan wel adequaat tegen corrosie beschermd. 1.1.4 Inbraakwerend beslag Onder beslag wordt verstaan een voorziening ter bescherming van de cilinder tegen aanvallen van buitenaf en bestaat in het algemeen uit een buitenplaat en een binnenplaat, verbonden door schroeven door het deurblad. Beslag bestaat uit een samenstelling van metalen en (voor minder essentiële delen) kunststof constructieonderdelen. Beslag is voorzien van een uitsparing voor de cilinder. Indien deze cilinder niet nader wordt beschermd is de sparing t.b.v. de cilinder zodanig ge-maatvoerd dat deze nooit groter is dan 1 mm t.o.v. de nominale cilinder maat. Beslag kan voorzien zijn van een aanvullende voorziening om de cilinder extra te beschermen; met name tegen een aanval van kerntrekken. Beslag kan geleverd worden inclusief vaste knop en/of duwer of voorziening voor het bedienen van de dagschoot (krukken). Beslag is opgebouwd uit materialen die bestand zijn tegen corrosie dan wel adequaat tegen corrosie beschermd.
KOMO ATTEST-MET-PRODUCTCERTIFICAAT Nummer: SKG.1135.0451.04.NL blad 3 van 7 1.1.5 Scharnieren Scharnieren zijn bedoeld voor het afhangen van dak- en gevelelementen en bestaan uit een samenstelling van metalen en (voor minder essentiële delen) kunststof constructieonderdelen. Scharnieren komen voor in blad- of paumelle uitvoering, zowel gelagerd als on-gelagerd. Scharnieren kunnen in een opbouw- (bedoeld voor montage op het blad van de deur en op het aanzichtvlak van het kozijn) als insteekconstructie (bedoeld voor montage in de draainaad) worden uitgevoerd of combinaties hiervan. Scharnieren zijn opgebouwd uit materialen die bestand zijn tegen corrosie dan wel adequaat tegen corrosie beschermd. 1.1.6 Naadbeveiligers en barrièrevoorzieningen Naadbeveiligers zijn bedoeld voor het aanvullend beveiligen van de hang- of sluitnaad en bestaan uit een samenstelling van metalen en (voor minder essentiële delen) kunststof constructieonderdelen. Barrièrevoorzieningen zijn bedoeld voor het aanvullend beveiligen van klepramen en dergelijke producten. Beide productcategorieën worden (vrijwel) uitsluitend gebruikt voor de beveiliging van bestaande woningen. Naadbeveiligers en barrièrevoorzieningen zijn opgebouwd uit materialen die bestand zijn tegen corrosie dan wel adequaat tegen corrosie beschermd. 1.1.7 Hangsloten Hangsloten zijn bedoeld voor het aanvullend afsluiten van dak- en gevelelementen en meer in het algemeen voor het beveiligen van alle denkbare voorwerpen. Hangsloten bestaan uit een samenstelling van metalen en (voor minder essentiële delen) kunststof constructieonderdelen. De toepassing van hangsloten op dak- en gevelelementen van woningen in het kader van het Bouwbesluit is ongebruikelijk. Hangsloten kunnen voorzien zijn van een geïntegreerde codedrager, of van een opnamemogelijkheid voor een separate codedrager (veelal aangeduid als cilinder). Hangsloten kunnen geleverd worden inclusief bijbehorende sluitplaten (overvallen); veelal voor specifieke toepassingen. Hangsloten zijn opgebouwd uit materialen die bestand zijn tegen corrosie dan wel adequaat tegen corrosie beschermd. 1.1.8 Raamkrukken Raamkrukken zijn bedoeld als bedieningselement voor vergrendelingen en dienen tevens als blokkering. Raamkrukken worden uitsluitend aan de beveiligde zijden gemonteerd en worden geblokkeerd door een sleutel- of niet manipuleerbaar vergrendel mechaniek. 1.1.9 Schootvangers Schootvangers worden gemonteerd in het kozijndeel en zijn bedoeld voor het geleiden en afschermen van slotschoten. Schootvangers zijn veelal specifiek geconstrueerd voor haak, blok of penschoten en bestaan uit een samenstelling van metalen en (voor minder essentiële delen) kunststof constructieonderdelen. 1.2 Merken Producten conform dit attest-met-productcertificaat worden geïdentificeerd door deze onuitwisbaar te voorzien van een markering met de volgende gegevens: - het logo van de certificaathouder - het SKG-inbraakwerendheid merkteken behorende bij de betreffende inbraakwerendheid klasse (zie onderstaand), evt. in combinatie met merkteken(s) uit aanvullende SKG-IKOB Kwaliteitseisen. LOGO certificaathouder of of Ten behoeve van levering aan de professionele markt dient hetzij op de verpakking, hetzij op het verwerkingsvoorschrift, hetzij op begeleidende documenten van de producten het bij het product behorende unieke artikelnummer te zijn vermeld. Dak- en gevelelementen waarin de onder dit attest-met-productcertificaat vallende hang- en sluitwerkproducten, overeenkomstig de verwerkingsvoorschriften van de fabrikant, worden gemonteerd, voldoen minimaal aan weerstandsklasse 2 (RC2) van NEN 5096 (EN 1627), mits het gevelelement of het (profiel-)systeem waarvan het element is vervaardigd wordt geleverd onder een KOMOkwaliteitsverklaring of KOMO attest (toegesneden op het aspect inbraakwerendheid), waarin het te leveren raam- of deur type is opgenomen en indien tevens wordt voldaan aan de hierin beschreven randvoorwaarden. Opmerkingen: 1) In gevelelementen die moeten voldoen aan een inbraakwerendheid klasse (RC) van EN 1627 dienen uitsluitend SKG 3 sterren slot cilinders toegepast te worden of een beslag (SKG 2- of 3 sterren) met cilindertrekbescherming. Bij vergrendelingen dient een SKG 3-sterren kruk te worden toegepast. 2) Deze eis geldt voor alle productsoorten die onder deze KOMO kwaliteitsverklaring vallen met uitzondering voor de productsoort hangsloten. Toepassingsvoorwaarde(n):Niet afsluitbare hang- en sluitwerkproducten, zoals sloten en vergrendelingen, kunnen alleen toegepast worden in inbraakwerende dak- of gevelelementen waarbij de vak-vulling aantoonbaar voldoet aan de aanvullende eisen die in NEN 5096 gesteld worden aan de inbraakwerendheid.

PRODUCT PRESTATIES EN TOEPASSING BESTAANDE BOUW 3.1 Inbraakwerendheid in de bestaande bouw Een dak- of gevelelement, bedoeld voor woningen in de bestaande bouw, waarin een product overeenkomstig dit attest-metproductcertificaat wordt gemonteerd, overeenkomstig het verwerkingsvoorschrift van de fabrikant, voldoet aan de eisen van het Politiekeurmerk Veilig Wonen (PKVW) - Bestaande bouw, respectievelijk de Nationale beveiligingsrichtlijn (NBR) - Bestaande bouw, mits de overige aspecten van het gevelelement eveneens voldoen aan de vigerende PKVW Beveiligingsrichtlijn (uitgave CCV), respectievelijk de Nationale Beveiligingsrichtlijn (NBR, uitgave Het Beveiligingscentrum). 3.2 Enkelvoudige sloten, meerpuntssloten en schootvangers Hoofd- en bijzetsloten volgens inbraakwerendheid klasse 1-ster, 2-ster of 3-ster leveren ten minste de in onderstaande tabel genoemde prestaties. Voor de in de tabel genoemde manuele beproeving zijn hoofd- en bijzetsloten hetzij per paar (1-ster) hetzij zelfstandig (2- of 3-ster) beproefd. De manuele beproeving is uitgevoerd op een combinatie van het slot en de bijgeleverde of voorgeschreven (oplossing voor de) schootvanger. Noodopeners en paniekopeners waarin sloten met een vluchtfunctie worden toegepast dienen te voldoen aan de eisen van respectievelijk NEN-EN 179 en NEN-EN 1125. Barriers are meant as an additional feature on tilt-windows and the like. Both products are nearly always for retrofitpurposes. Seam protectors and barriers are both made from materials that are inherently corrosion-proof or have been treated in an adequate manner to reach this end. 1.1.7 Padlocks Padlocks are meant as a supplemental means of locking doors and windows, and in general for securing all kinds of objects. Padlocks are made from various metals, and, for less vulnerable parts, polymers. Remark: The use of padlocks on doors and windows in housing is unusual in the scope of the building code. Padlocks may have an integral codebearer or a provision to mount a separate code-bearer, (usually called a cylinder). Padlocks may be supplied with a shackle for specific applications.
