2 Uitvoerg: De serie luchtkoelers typen / omvat typen met een capaciteit tussen 4,1 en 11 kw. De luchtkoelers zijn geschikt voor zowel staande als plafondmontage. Ze zijn leverbaar met ventilatordiameters en maximaal 6 ventilatoren. De luchtrichtg is blazend door het koelerblok bij de en zuigend door het koelerblok bij de (bij bestellg opgeven a.u.b.). De omkastg is van sendzimir gegalvaniseerde plaat werk. De luchtkoelers zijn uitgevoerd met volledig gescheidenbnen- en buitenlekbak. Koelerblok: De koelers zijn geschikt voor NH-pompsysteem en andere koudedragers. Het koelerblok is opgebouwd uit mm u.d. stalen buis met stalen lamellen, welke thermisch verzkt is. Er kan gekozen worden uit lamelafstanden 6,, en 1 mm. De buisafstand is x mm recht. Alle koelers worden getesp 0 bar (lager bij koudedragers) met gedroogde lucht en afgevuld met stikstof onder een lichte overdruk. Ontdooisysteem: Bij ruimtecondities waarbij rijpneerslag verwacht wordt en waarbij het koelerblok niet door de ruimteluchntdooid kan worden kan elektrische of heetgasontdooig toegepast worden. Bij lagere temperaturen adviseren wij tevens ventilator-rgverwarmg toe te passen. Elektrische ontdooig: Op aanvraag kunnen de koelers geleverd worden met elektrische ontdooig het koelerblok en/of de lekbak. Heetgasontdooig: Het koelerblok is standaard geschikt voor heetgasontdooig (standaard toevoer door de zuigketel). Tegen meerprijs kan de lekbak voorzien worden van een heetgasspiraal. Het heetgasspiraal wordt met alumium profielen tegen de onderzijde van de alumium bnenlekbak gemonteerd. Hierdoor wordt een zeer goede warmteoverdracht gerealiseerd. Bij heetgasontdooig wordnderscheid gemaakt lichte ontdooig (ruimtetemperatuur rond de 0 o C) en zware ontdooig. Accessoires: Voor de / luchtkoelers zijn de volgende accessoires leverbaar: -heetgas en/of water ontdooisysteem -ventilatorrg verwarmg -isolatie de ruimte tussen bnen- en buitenlekbak. -geïsoleerde hygiënische polyester lekbak. - uitgevoerd met uitblaaskoker per ventilator voor het verkrijgen van een betere worp. - uitgevoerd met diffusor voor het verkrijgen van een betere worp - uitgevoerd met luchtbediende ontdooiklep (vermderde lucht opbrengst tot 0% en capaciteit tot %) voor verhogg van het ontdooirendement -afgeschermde bochten De accessoires worden de prijslijst vermeld. Opties: Voor de / luchtkoelers zijn diverse opties leverbaar, met prijs en levertijd op aanvraag. The aircoolers are suitable as for floor as for ceilg mountg. The modular design corporates different sizes of fan, with model options of up to 6 fans per cooler, and fans arranged for blow-through air configuration for the and drawthrough for the (please state which is required when orderg).the casg is made from galvanised sheet steel to form a robust construction. and corporates a completely separate ner and outer driptray that dras towards the back of the cooler. Coilblock: The coolers are suitable for NH-pumpcirculation and other coolg mediums. The coilblock is constructed ouf mm o.d. steel tubes and heavy-gauge steel fs. The coilblock is hot dipped galvanised. The tube configuration is mm square and the f spacg options are 6,, and 1 mm. All coolers are pressure tested to 0 bar (lower by coolg mediums) and are supplied with a lighver pressure charge of dry nitrogen. Defrostsystem: For room temperatures where ice build-up can be expected and where the coilblock can not be defrosted by the room air, electric or hotgas defrost can be applied. With low temperatures we also advise fan periphery heatg. Electrical defrost: On request the aircoolers are available with electric defrost the coilblock and/or the driptray. Hotgas defrost: The coilblock are standard suitable for hotgas (hotgas supply is through the suction header as standard). At an extra price the driptray can be provided with a hotgas medium spiral. The tubes of the hotgas spiral are enclosed special alumium profiles that are rigidly secured to the underside of the alumium ner tray, this providg a good bond for maximum heat transfer. A distction is made with hotgas defrost between light defrost load (room temperature about 0 o C) and heavy defrost load. 3 Ventilatoren De ventilatoren, fabrikaat Süd Electric (veranderg van fabrikaat voorbehouden), hebben glasvezel versterkte polypropyleen waaiers. De aansluitspanng is 400V-0Hz- fase of 0V-0Hz-1 fase. -Toeren regelg is mogelijk bij 400/V-0Hz- fase door middel van D-Y schakelg (fig 1). Fase motoren zijn geschikt voor frequentieregelg (susfilter is noodzakelijk, zie fig. ), 1 fase motoren zijn geschikt voor fase-aan- snijdg en traforegelg.de motoren zijn standaard uitgevoerd met een temperatuur gestuurd contact. De ventilatoren zijn geschikt voor werkg luchttemperaturen van -40 C tot +4 C. Indien de luchttemperatuur lager is dan -40 C dienen er speciale ventilatoren toegepast te worden. Hierbij dient men rekeng gehouden te worden met langere levertijden. De de tabel aangegeven technische gegevens zijn zoals aangegeven op de motorplaatjes en gelden voor werkg een luchttemperatuur van 40 C. Voor luchttemperaturen lager dan 40 C kunnen de opgegeven stroomsterktes vermenigvuldigd worden met een faktor uit bijgaand diagram om de stellgen van de thermische beveiligg te bepalen. The fans have glass fibre reïnforced polypropylene impellers. The motors are available for 400V-0Hz- phase or 0V-0Hz-1 phase electrical supply. -Speed regulation can be achieved at 400/V-0Hz- phase by usg a D-Y reconnection (fig. 1). Phase motors are suitable for a frequency controller (A sus filter is needed, fig. ). 1 Phase motors are suitable for phase control and transformator. The motors are standard executed with a thermo contact. The fans are suitable for operation air temperature applications between -40 oc and +4 oc. When the air temperature is lower then -40 C, special fans are needed. These speciale fans have a longer delivery time. The technical data the table below are the same as on the motor name plates and is valid for an air temperature of +40 C. For air temperatures lower then +40 oc, the current amperage can be calculated by usg the diagram multiplication factor, suitable thermal overloads can then be selected. 4 Capaciteiten op DTM: De capaciteiten zijn gebaseerd op NH pompsysteem en het verschil tussen de gemiddelde luchttemperatuur en de verdampgstemperatuur (DTM). De verdampgstemperatuur is de verzadiggstemperatuur overeenkomend met de druk de zuigketel van de koeler. De nomale capaciteiten zijn gebaseerd op verdampgstemperaturen van - o C en - o C, een DTM van K en lichte berijpg Capaciteiten voor andere koudemedia en koudedragers zijn op aanvraag beschikbaar. In onderstaande tabellen zijn correctiefactoren aangegeven, afhankelijk van de gemiddelde luchttemperatuur en de verdampgstemperatuur (DTM). De gevraagde capaciteit moet met een faktor uit een van deze tabellen worden vermenigvuldigd. GEMIDDEDE UCHTTEMPERATUUR MEAN AIR TEMPERATURE Capacities at DTM: The capacities are based on NH pump system and the difference between the mean air temperature and the evaporation temperature (DTM). The evaporation temperature is the saturated temperature correspondg to the pressure at the suction outlef the cooler. The nomal capacities are based on evaporation temperatures of - o C and - o C, a DTM of K and light frostg. Capacities for other mediums and systems are available upon request. Correction factors for various mean air temperatures and evaporation temperatures (DTM) are as dicated the tables below. The requested capacity must be multiplied by a correction factor from one of these tables. Afhankelijk van Uw selectie dient U zichzelf te overtuigen of de luchthoeveelheid een reeële verhoudg met de gewenste capaciteit heeft. Vooral bij de diepere koelblokken en grote temperatuurverschillen kan het temperatuurverschil tussen lucht /uit van de koeler een grote waarde opleveren, waardoor uitdrogg kan ontstaan. A low volume to capacity ratio results a wide temperature drop across the coil which cause to dry out (especially on coils with a high number of rows deep). 4
