1 Uniphos gasdetectie Kwaliteit, betrouwbaar en nauwkeurig Voor het meten van concentraties in de lucht van specifieke stoffen gaat er nog altijd niets boven het colorimetrische buisje. Maar ook voor detectorstrips, rookbuisjes, opgelost ion buisjes, koolbuisjes en dosimeterbuisjes bent u bij Uniphos aan het juiste adres. Hoogwaardige pomp De Uniphos monsternamepomp is een éénslagspomp met tipbreaker en ingebouwd scherfreservoir. Hierdoor werkt u schoon en veilig en bent u altijd verzekerd van een zo betrouwbaar mogelijke meting. De pomp kent slechts 5 bewegende onderdelen (waar een harmonica-pomp of balgje er al snel 3 telt!). Lekken zijn nagenoeg uitgesloten, zodat de monsternamehoeveelheid zeer nauwkeurig bepaald is. Met de ingebouwde lektest stelt u een eventueel lek gemakkelijk vast. De handpomp komt met een garantie van 5 jaar. Voor de meest voorkomende stoffen biedt Uniphos een buisje, vaak verkrijgbaar in meerdere meetbereiken. De prijs van deze buisjes is lager dan waar dan ook! De meeste buisjes in ons programma kunnen twee jaar bewaard worden. U kunt met de meeste van deze buisjes al meten vanaf 0º C. Onderlinge verwisseling tussen buisjes en pomp Resultaten uit onderzoeken door derden tonen aan dat verwisseling tussen buisjes en pompen geen noemenswaardige nauwkeurigheidsproblemen bieden binnen de industriële standaard. De Uniphos buisjes en pompen zijn onderling verwisselbaar met RAE Systems LP-00 / Sensidyne / Gastec GV/00, 800 en Kitagawa A pompen, zo ook de buisjes van eerder genoemde fabrikanten.

2 Uniphos buisjes Gasdetectie oplossingen Uniphos rookbuisjes Rookbuisjes zijn gevuld met een gasproducerende chemische stof. Na het breken van beide uiteinden kunt u met een bal of specifieke pomp lucht door het buisje drijven. Hiermee komt een scherp ruikende rook vrij aan de andere kant. Deze rookbuisjes zijn te gebruiken om luchtverplaatsingen met lage snelheid te visualiseren. Ook zijn ze nuttig voor het testen van ademluchtinstallaties, zoals gespecificeerd door OSHA, het controleren van luchtrichting in mijnen, het testen van rookafzuiginstallaties, uitlaten, drogers, etcetera. Uniphos opgelost ion detectiebuisjes De opgelost ion detectiebuisjes geven u een snel, volledig kwantitatief analysteinstrument voor de concentratie van sulfide/chloride ionen in water. U heeft geen pomp nodig door de inherente capillaire werking van het vulmateriaal. Uniphos Gasdetectiestrips Voor een simpele en kosteneffectieve detectie van stoffen op drempelwaardeniveau hebben we de gasdetectiestrips in het assortiment. Deze veranderen van kleur als het doelgas in de atmosfeer aanwezig is. De tijd die de kleurverandering kost is afhankelijk van de concentratie. Detectiestrips zijn verkrijgbaar voor onder andere fosfine, blauwzuur en zwavelwaterstof. Gas Bereik (ppm) Fosfine 0,3-0 Zwavelwaterstof - 0 Uniphos koolbuisjes Met een koolbuisje kunt u lucht zuiveren Blauwzuur - 0 van niet-polaire dampen en gassen. Hiertoe Mercaptaan 0,5-0 is ieder buisje gevuld met twee kolommen Arsine 0,05-3 precies afgewogen pure koolstof. De Uniphos koolbuisjes passen in diverse houders en worden gebruikt in combinatie met een monsternamepomp en flowmeter. De koolbuisjes worden gebruikt om persoonlijke blootstelling aan organische dampen en aerosolen te meten. Dit is een door het NIOSH goedgekeurde methode van monstername.
