15 Het kiezen van een afstudeeronderwerp Kies iets dat je echt leuk vindt. - Je bent er tenslotte 10 modules mee bezig. Wees creatief bij het zoeken naar een onderwerp. - Werk, OU, verenigingen, vrienden,... Wees pro-actief, er kan veel bij de OU. Afbakenen - Kom uit de wolk waarin je denkt alles te gaan oplossen. Zorg dan je niet afhankelijk bent van anderen. Afbakenen - Neem een deel waarvan je weet dat je het kan oplossen. page: 15 of 18

16 Tijdens het afstuderen Gebruik gepast aandringen voor snelle reviews. - Trage reviews kunnen de voorgang behoorlijk vertragen. Wees kritisch ten opzichte van OU-procedures. - Maar volg ze wel in principe. Houd contact met mede-afstudeerders. - Je bent vaak niet de enige die met een probleem zit. Reserveer voldoende tijd. - Vertel dat je aan het afstuderen bent, en zeg soms nee. Plan actief, maar wel realistisch. page: 16 of 18

17 Schrijven van het verslag Begin snel met de globale indeling. Luister naar wat de docent wil. Schrijf je documenten allemaal in dezelfde taal. - Handig als er in je verslag wat introducties nodig zijn,... Gebruik EndNote o.i.d. voor je referenties. Visio was handig voor illustraties. - Je houdt altijd je orgineel om bij te kunnen werken. SciDAVis was handig voor mooie grafieken. - Gratis, en mooier dan Excel grafieken. page: 17 of 18
