2 Geachte relatie, Voor zowel buitenlandse als binnenlandse afnemers heeft Van Geest Nurseries een ruim aanbod aan voorjaars- en zomerbloeiende bolgewassen, vaste planten, rozenstruiken en heesters. Door onze nauwe samenwerking met de beste kwekers kunnen wij een zeer uitgebreid assortiment leveren. Bij Van Geest Nurseries is geen aantal te gek! Of het gaat om 1 of stuks per soort, wij verpakken zoals u dat wenst. Tevens willen wij u op ons Cash & Carry assortiment wijzen. Dit zijn standaard verpakkingen die bij onze vestigingen in Nederland of het Verenigd Koninkrijk af te halen zijn. Door onze ervaringen in dit segment sinds 1936, zijn wij marktleider in diverse landen binnen Europa. Binnen ons bedrijf hebben we een systeem ontwikkeld zodat we uw totale order zo efficiënt mogelijk kunnen verpakken en afleveren. Desgewenst verpakken wij de producten per perk en groeperen wij ze per straat of wijk. Elke verpakking krijgt een label met daarop het door u aangegeven vaknummer. Op onze afleverdocumenten kunt u altijd terugvinden in welke (genummerde) doos welk soort verpakt is. Dit alles maakt het voor uw hoveniers gemakkelijk om te zien waar iets geplant dient te worden. Gebaseerd op uw wensen selecteren wij een passende verpakking om de producten in te versturen. Of het gaat om kunststofkratten, dozen, netlon zakken, houten kisten of papieren zakken, wij garanderen altijd de juiste verpakking waardoor de kwaliteit behouden blijft en u het beste bloeiresultaat heeft. Met vriendelijke groet, Sales team Van Geest Nurseries Dear Customer, Van Geest Nurseries offer a wide range of both spring and summer flowering bulbs, perennials, rose bushes and shrubs, which can be despatched to customers both in Holland and abroad. By working closely with the very best growers we are able to offer a wide range of product. We handle volumes according to our customer's needs, nothing is too large or too small, and will pack them according to our customer's wishes. We would also like to draw your attention to our Wholesale Cash & Carry range of product. These are standard unit counts and are available for collection either from our premises in Holland or in the UK. Although delivery can be arranged upon request. Van Geest Nurseries have developed extremely efficient systems over the years to pack and deliver orders tailor-made to suit individual customer's needs. For Landscapers and Local Authorities we offer the facility to pack and label orders according to planting plans, thereby reducing labour costs. Boxes can be labelled with contents, bed number and location, making unpacking and planting of a consignment easier for landscape teams. Based on our customer's needs, we select suitable packaging for transport, whether it is plastic crates, cardboard boxes, nets, wooden crates or paper bags, we guarantee the best material to keep the quality of the bulbs at a peak and get the best flowering results. Om dit te kunnen realiseren volgen wij een aantal maatregels om de service en kwaliteit op peil te houden. Zo brengen wij teltoeslag in rekening wanneer getallen lager zijn dan 500 stuks en de verkoopprijs van dit product lager is dan 500,00 per Deze toeslag bedraagt 3,00. Wanneer het totaal orderbedrag, exclusief extra kosten lager is dan 100,00 brengen wij 7,50 administratie kosten in rekening. Exportklaar Naast deze service is het ook mogelijk uw zending exportklaar te maken. Wij hebben veel ervaring met het exporteren van bloembollen naar diverse landen buiten de EU en kunnen zorgen voor transport met de bijbehorende exportdocumenten. Vraag gerust naar de mogelijkheden. Verpakken Wij passen ons zo goed mogelijk aan naar uw wens van aanleveren en inpakken. Of het nu gaat om een heester in een doos of om een gecombineerd pakket bloembollen, het is bij ons allemaal mogelijk. Desgewenst met een geprinte tekst op de folie of met een capperkaart aan het zakje. Met genoegen denken wij met u mee en vertellen u graag over de mogelijkheden. The strength of Van Geest Nurseries is the ability to provide solutions to customer needs, thus ensuring supply and delivery of product in the exact format required. To achieve this level of service it is necessary to charge a fee of 3 per item when the quantity required is less than 500 units and the price per 1,000 is less than 500. Additionally, where an order amounts to less than 100 in total, an administration charge of 7.50 will be added to the total cost of goods required. Export Van Geest Nurseries have a great deal of experience in the export of flower bulbs outside the EU and can organise transport and the necessary export documentation required. Packaging We aim to accommodate all your delivery and packaging requirements, whether it is packing individual lines into suitable mailing cartons, or collating several varieties into appropriate outers.
