1 INFLUENCE OF KENOSAN ON TRANSPORTATION MATERIAL IN LAYER FARMS Location: CID LINES, Oostkaai 38 Product: KENOSAN Test set-up: - KENOSAN at 1,5% - KENOSAN at 4% - Water Date of test set-up: 30 th of July 2012 Problem: Customer has complaint about degrading of the material of egg transportation bands. Goal of test: influence of KENOSAN at different concentrations on transportation material in layer farms (textile) Source of material: Guangxi, Cheng Xing Layer Farm

An extra test was performed with pure KENOSAN (100%) and after more than 36 hours of contact time, the material remained in its original state and no changes have been noticed. This test shows that the product KENOSAN, even in pure dosage, doesn t have any influence on the material. As advice to the customer 客户建议 : - Check the mechanical regulation of the rolls (space too big for the bands can result in continuous friction with the bands and thus the degradation) 检查机械设计 ( 卷宽度太大 会导致不断地摩擦, 影响到材料 ) - Check the tension of the bands (too high pressure can influence the lifetime of the bands) 检查蛋带的张力 ( 拉力 )( 压力太大将导致蛋带的生命率 ) - Check with the supplier of the bands for quality guarantee 联系蛋带的供应商以确保蛋带 的质量 - After foaming with KENOSAN, be sure to rinse well! 使用康渗后, 彻底冲洗 - Clean the rolls well to avoid the friction with the bands 彻底清洁卷上的污染避免与蛋带的 摩擦
