4 1 Informatiedossier 1.1 Coordonnées de la firme Mon entreprise de stage s appelle Blue Sky Computing. Elle est située à Sint- Gillis-Termonde Heirbaan 252 Le numéro d entreprise est BE Le code NACE est le 47410, revendeur en détail par ordinateur, unité périphérique en logiciel dans les magasins spécialisés. Aussi le numéro de la comité paritaire est le Vous trouvez Blue Sky Computing sur le site web où envoyer un mail par [email protected] où téléphoner les sur le numéro 052/ Le nombre de RSZ ONSS est et le caisse d assurances sociales est Acerta. 1.2 Historiek De winkel in Dendermonde is een dochteronderneming van de onderneming Blue Sky Computing, die gelegen is in Sint-Niklaas, en van Computrade, gelegen in Merchtem. Blue Sky Computing is een zeer jong bedrijf dat is opgericht in augustus 2010 door 2 vennoten genaamd Ben Deswarte, zaakvoerder van Blue Sky Computing en goed voor 60%, en door Rony Ramaekers, zaakvoerder van Computrade en goed voor 40%. Op dit moment heeft Blue Sky Computing 100% in zijn handen want de 40% van Computrade werd overgenomen. Waarom dan een winkel in Dendermonde? Wel samen met telenet constateerde Blue Sky Computing dat er in Dendermonde langs de ene kant nog geen groot telenet center aanwezig was en langs de andere kant was er nog geen computerwinkel met een gedreven service. Daarom besloten ze om deze winkel op te richten in Dendermonde. Ook omwille het perfect past in de visie van de schaalvergroting van Blue Sky Group. Maar hoe is het bedrijf nu verder geëvolueerd? Als je gaat kijken. Ze zijn begonnen met 1 winkel (in Sint-Niklaas) en 2 werknemers. Tot op heden zijn dat 3 winkels (in Sint-Niklaas, Dendermonde en Hamme) en in totaal 5 werknemers. 4

5 1.3 Nom et logo Le nom Blue Sky vient d une ligne de pensée de Ben Deswarte qui pensent qu il devrait être possible parfaitement possible, avec la technologie comme aujourd hui, de profité de votre ordinateur, laptop où tablette sous un ciel bleu. Où que vous se trouvez, vous devrez travailler, jouer, amuser de votre ordinateur. La couleur est le ciel bleu Mission The mission of Blue Sky Computing is very simple: without any worries be able to browse with computers. Also they want to offer good service to their customers. They have a chat box on Facebook when there are people with questions. When you ask something in that box, after a couple minutes you get a response. Did you plan on buying anything but you got any question about the product? Then just ask one of the shop-assistants. They will help you as best as they can. They are friendly and they like to help you. 1.5 Forme de société On a choisi pour un SPRL (Société Privée à Responsabilité Limitée). Parce qu il y avait 2 actionnaires donc c était le meilleur choix pour SPRL. Les avantages : - Il y a une responsabilité limitée. - Ils sont avec deux personnes. Donc quand Blue Sky fait faillite, ce n est pas seulement qui doit payer, mais aussi les autres actionnaires. Les désavantages : - Il est obligé de commencer avec un capital minimum.

7 Ze hebben gekozen voor geografische organisatiestructuur. De uitvoering is naar de geografische regio opgedeeld. Want je ziet in het organogram, per winkel het personeel. 1.7 Initiatieven van de onderneming in het kader van MVO People: het belangrijkste voor hen is dat de medewerkers tevreden zijn. Want een tevreden medewerker is zijn gewicht waard in goud. Planet: Ze proberen, zo goed als mogelijk, om bij hun consumenten het bewustzijn te creëren om bv. Verpakkingen en afval te sorteren. Blue Sky Computing neemt ook inktcartridges terug, verzamelen onderdelen en batterijen om ze daarna te recycleren en een beter te geven. 1.8 Education of the IT-infrastructure Computers First let s talk about the computers they use in the company. First of all they have 10 desktops. Those are mostly used to get info from products who aren t in the shop at that time. Also the computers are being used for searching the duration of a delivery of a product. So when a customer wants to buy a computer but it isn t in stock, the seller can use the desktop to see how long it is going to take before the computer arrive at the shop. It is very easy and like that the customer knows how long he has to wait until he s got his computer. The computer that are being used have some fast processors. So they can guaranty a fast support. It is very important because time is money. 7 Also they have some portables for the technicians on the way, shop managers and business manager. So they can check there latest task, where they have to go, what they need to pick up etc.. Those mostly works via the RDP server. Last but not least the printers. They use 2 big functional printers. One from Canon and the other one is from Xerox. Those can be used to print the price quote or the customer bill. But those are not the only printers they got. There are also some network laser printers. But I think they only use them when the other two are in use.

8 1.8.2 Servers Then let s talk about the different server they have. My company use a standard server. So they can save all there files there. Also they use RDP server. That means they can enter the files on the server with their workstation. It is very easy for getting those files when they need them. Beside those servers they use a webserver as well as a domain controller for their website. Also VMware and HyperV. With VMware and HyperV they make it possible to run multiple virtual machines on the same desktop Software The most important thing is the software. 8 On the 10 desktops they use different software. Form windows xp until windows 8. The portables are also on windows 8. Also they use Microsoft office. Because sometimes Ben has to make a presentation or a document with important things in it. Also for sharing documents, over the shops, it is easy to use Microsoft office BYOD How does my company react on BYOD (= bring your own device). They aren t against it. You can only bring your own smarphone if it is via exchange and only your laptop when it is connected on a different network from the technical service or with telenet homespot. These are when you want to use internet on those devices Clouds The use cloud services. Mostly for a place where they can store backups from there servers. And also for Office. For saving the documents and presentations they make.

9 1.8.6 Safety of data They use their own backup system and they also save their backups in the cloud. So whenever there is something corrupt with the backup, on the server, then they can download the one from the cloud. Or vice versa. For the safety and security of their files they use Kaspersky business security. It is a program to protect it against cyber threats. Like malware, spam, hackers and DDOS-attacks, advanced cyberespionage tools and cyber weapons. The program can be used by everyone. Just for usage at home, for small companies and very large companies as well. 9 The firewall is via the servers Tips These are 3 tips I should gave them. 1) Update every computer to the latest version. If that is a possibility. 2) WiFi-Network for the workers. So they can connect to the internet when they have lunch. Then they can check their latest while taking a break. 3) A free WiFi-network for the customers. So when they have to wait they can check their mails.

10 2 Marketingmix 2.1 Product Breedte van assortiment Het assortiment van Blue Sky Computing is niet zo breed. Op hun site geven ze maar 4 categorieën weer Diepte van assortiment Het assortiment is wel diep. Want onder elke categorie geven ze redelijk veel onderverdelingen. Dit is zeer overzichtelijk voor als de klant iets wilt zoeken op de site. Audio TV Video heeft het diepste assortiment Kernassortiment Het kernassortiment bestaat vooral uit producten die te maken hebben met computers. Zoals headsets, toetsenborden, muizen, schermen, laptops en dergelijke die het werken met de computer moeten vergemakkelijken Randassortiment Het randassortiment zal dan vooral weer bestaan uit led verlichting, wekkers, gps. Dit omdat je als je aan computers denkt, niet direct een link legt met LED verlichting Service Als de mensen een vraag hebben maar ze geraken niet naar de winkel zelf, dan kunnen ze altijd een mail sturen naar [email protected], ze kunnen bellen op het nummer 052/ of ze kunnen naar facebook surfen vervolgens de pagina van Blue Sky computing opzoeken en daar een berichtje sturen. Dit word dan

11 zo snel mogelijk geantwoord. Ik heb dit zelf al geprobeerd en had redelijk snel een antwoord op mijn vraag. Ook geven ze de klanten de mogelijkheid als er iets kapot is aan hun apparaat van Apple (bv. IPod, iphone, ipad) dan probeert Blue Sky dit zo snel mogelijk te repareren. Op hun site geven ze aan dat ze dit kunnen in 30 min. En dan zou zo een gratis WiFi wel handig zijn Word garantie gebruikt als verkoopargument? Ja, want ze geven op alle producten minimum 2 jaar garantie. Het enige wat je moet doen, maar dat moet in elke winkel, is de rekening bij houden. Want deze moet je kunnen voorleggen als je beroep wilt doen op de garantie van een product Productaanbod Ik denk dat het productaanbod kleiner zal zijn als hun concurrent. Bv Van Den Borre, Krëfel. Deze 2 bieden ook nog andere elektronische apparatuur aan zoals afwasmachines, koffiezetten. Hun gemeenschappelijke producten zijn dan weer laptops, desktop, randapparatuur, televisie toestellen en dergelijke. 2.2 Promotie Promotievormen 1) Ze gebruiken hun facebook voor acties aan te bieden. Zoals bijvoorbeeld in de foto zal zien.

12 2) Ze maken ook gebruik van reviews. Deze vragen ze de mensen om hun mening te geven over de service die ze gekregen hebben. 12 3) Ze maken ook gebruik van een folder. Deze kan je online op hun site bekijken. 4) Ook de service die ze aanbieden trekt klanten. Als je een winkel hebt die je i-device zo rap repareren. Of wanneer je zo vriendelijk personeel heb weet je wel waarom je zou kiezen voor Blue Sky.

13 2.2.2 Andere promotiemiddelen ja of nee? Zelf zou ik geen ander promotiemiddelen gebruiken. Dit zijn goede vormen om klanten aan te trekken. 2.3 Prijs Welke marktvorm Volkomen concurrentie. Want het product is homogeen. Elke eenheid is in de ogen van de consument het zelfde. Ze hebben geen drempels. Dus er is een vrije toetreding. Ze hebben veel aanbieders. En ze hebben ook veel vragers naar producten. Want ze hebben daarom zelfs een online shop geopend. En ze hebben volledig inzicht. Dit heeft geen invloed op de prijs Interne/externe elementen De kosten die ze moeten maken om de producten te krijgen naar de winkel/centraal opslagplaats. Ze tellen ook kosten als ze werkmannen iets moet laten doen aan een computer. Bijvoorbeeld een nieuwe grafische kaart. Dat is dan intern. En extern om beter te zijn als hun concurrenten maar zeker niet verkopen met verlies. 2.4 Plaats Opsomming vestigingsplaats Voordelen - Makkelijk bereikbaar met de auto voor klanten - Makkelijk bereikbaar met de bus voor klanten - Ligt op een druk bezochte baan - Makkelijk bereikbaar voor het personeel Nadelen - Door plek minder parkeerplaatsmogelijkheden - Moeilijk om te leveren - Makkelijk voor dieven om te vluchten door grote wegen Distributiekanaal Men besteld hun producten en deze worden geleverd in een centraal opslagplaats. Van daaruit kunnen de winkels bestellingen doen voor hun

14 winkel. Deze worden dan in een auto geladen en zo naar de betreffende winkel gebracht Intensieve, selectieve of exclusieve distributie Er word gebruik gemaakt van selectieve distributie. Er word enkel besteld als het echt nodig is. Want dit zag ik bijvoorbeeld toen ik ging kijken voor een headset. Toen lag er bij logitech nog weinig producten in de rekken. 14
